La unidad 116 Sharks and Rec presenta la comodidad de la planta baja y el beneficio de una sala de estar abierta.

El océano cuenta con un sofá cama tamaño queen que se guarda, lo que le brinda a usted y su familia un espacio cómodo para relajarse y mirar las olas. Abra esas ventanas grandes frente al mar, salga al patio cubierto de hierba y tome una foto de la puesta de sol con su teléfono inteligente. Beautiful beach

Waking up to the beautiful view of the ocean was so therapeutic. Just a short walk down the beach are some tide pools that my family enjoyed. The walls are thin and there was a great deal of noise from upstairs.

Quick weekend getaway

Our family needed a break so we ran over to Lincoln City for the weekend. Booking the condo was simple and the communication and check-in processes were great. It is located right on the beach. The views and accessibility can't get any better. The condo is older and clearly used as a rental but it was clean enough and we had a great time.

Nice place

Nice place but very noisy. And the pull out bed in living room is very uncomfortable. Location is great.

Great room and overall experience. Only negative points were missing a screen on back patio slider door and wifi/smart tv in back room stopped working the last half of trip. Other than those small inconveniences the trip and room was great. Definitely be back!

Lovely time

The burner on the stove did not work well and the internet was very poor (even with the new "updated" availability). That being said, we love, love, love Sea Gypsy and did not spend that much time in our unit because we were either at the pool or the beach so overall, we had an awesome time!

Vacation stay

Kitchen stocked well. Bathrooms stocked well, functional and lots of hot water. Windows really clean to see the ocean. Everything in working order however, all of the furniture including the bed was awful. Very uncomfortable as well as old and rickety. The mattress in the bedroom was so hard and uncomfortable I could barely sleep.

Super cute, perfect weekend getaway

The unit was great, and very clean. I loved that it had plenty of the essentials (TP, hand soap, sponges, kitchen towels, etc.). The only thing i didn't expect was that being a first floor unit, the view is impeded by a chainlink fence (good condition, but you're still looking through the black fence). Take a look at the toilet in the master bath, as you had to be careful or it would continue to run.

Excellent!!

My son and I have been staying at the Sea Gypsy for many, many years. Honestly, we wouldn't even consider staying anywhere else in Lincoln City. Room 116 - Gulls Just Want to Have Fun is such a cozy room and the kitchen is fully stocked. We absolutely love the instant access to the beach. This visit, we had several family members join us after my son's wedding. Everyone enjoyed themselves immensely! Thank you so much for providing such a lovely place to stay!!

For kids only

The place could have been satisfactory for two adults and children but the hideaway and rollaway were atrocious! No sleep to be had. My 80 year old friend spent the second night on the floor and said it was much better! There is a nail coming out of one of the wooden chairs i caught my clothes on. It might be great for kids but next year we will look elsewhere.

Gulls just want to have fun- Unit

It was a great location and so close to the beach! My only complaint is the noise from other units. There was a lot of children running back and forth that can be heard fairly loudly and you can hear your neighbors conversations.

Great Location!

My best friend and I had an awesome girls weekend. Quick, easy access to the beach (heads up: lots of stairs tho!) The fully stocked kitchen made it easy to cook meals and the condo was spacious. We will be returning for sure!

Beautiful views

Has nothing to do with the room I originally reserved guppy love because my mom is handicapped. I received a call the day before we were suppose to check in that the unit was having electrical issues I understand that things happen we have been planning this trip for over a month took off work ect. The room we had was beautiful but just not comfortable for the disabled.

The condo rooms were fine. The "front" door lock did not work the desk person helped us and we used the "back" door during our stay so the front lock will require maintenance. Our first two nights and days were fine however on our last day and night we had extremely loud neighbors. At first we thought the noise was coming from the condo above us, it sounded like someone was running back and forth and stomping. The noise started in the afternoon and was still happening at 7 PM . I called the front desk and requested someone speak with the people up stairs. "JO " said he would approach them. The noise continued in fact it was worse We then realized the noise was coming from the unit directly across from ours on the ground level. The noise actually vibrated up the walls and down the opposite wall. I spoke with the women occupying the unit and requested she stop her children from running and stomping that the noise was unbearable. She said "she would try". The noise stopped for about 30 minutes then continued on and off until well past midnight. When I spoke with the desk person in the morning she responded she could do nothing about the noise that they only rented the units for the owners. She also said when we come the next time to have a unit on the upper floors. The noise was not due to being on the ground floor it was from a ground floor unit next to ours. She said the building was over 50 yrs old and did not have soundproofing. I did suggest it the people making the noise were not checking out the people checking into unit 116 be warned of noisy neighbors. That no one should have to put up with the noise we had. Just what is your policy for those who do not follow the quiet hours? Do the quests who are being disturb have to call the police?
