Nueva construcción 7 Dormitorio paseo de la playa y de compras

Ven a disfrutar de un momento de relax en la playa de Bergantín. Situado a pocos pasos de la playa, esta casa hecha a la medida fue diseñado con esa familia grande o múltiples vacaciones de la familia en mente. Un montón de espacio de la habitación y alojamiento para dormir junto con un montón de espacio común. Disfrutar de la cocina gourmet con encimeras de granito, barra de bar y electrodomésticos de acero inoxidable. Deje que los niños usan el estudio independiente en el segundo piso con su propio minibar con refrigerador y horno de microondas. Con 7 dormitorios, hay un montón de espacio para dormir. La sala de literas con capacidad para hasta 9 si los niños quieren todo a la litera juntos. Remojar en el aire libre en una de las 5 cubiertas. Obtener un poco de tranquilidad para ponerse al día con la lectura en el rincón de lectura. Relajarse en una de las dos bañeras de hidromasaje. La casa se encuentra a poca distancia de heladerías, restaurantes y tiendas. Bergantín es un gran lugar familiar con amplias playas y sin las multitudes de Ocean City y otros pueblos de la costa.

Very clean and lots of room for our family of 11. Plenty of room to all be together and more than enough quieter spots for reading and personal time. The kitchen was very organized and provided more than enough places for our family of 11 to sit for meals and play games and the grandkids to do arts and crafts before beach time!

Beautiful home. It has everything you need to enjoy the beach

Very accommodating home for our family. We had fantastic weather so we hit the beach everyday but Friday. The carts and chairs were great. We parked and had easy access to the handicap entrance on 34th which we needed for our granddaughter.

This property had everything you need for a great week at the beach. There were carts to take provided beach chairs, beach umbrellas, and beach tags for walks to the beach. The house had all the cooking supplies you needed as well as an easy-to-use gas grill for cookouts. Plenty of bedrooms, queen size beds, for my adult kids and 3 grandchildren. The decks were great too.

Wonderful house and great location

House is amazing with enough space for everyone to be together. The hosts have filled this house with everything a vacationer could ask for and more! The location is great also, close to ice cream, food, snacks, and has a do-able walk to beach.

Family vacation

This property is wonderful in every way! It is so suitable for a large family such as ours, with plenty of room for everyone, plenty of family touches which makes it really feel like home. We look forward to coming back next year for the fourth time!!! We all truly love this home!!!

Our Happy Place

This is our second visit to this amazing home! We had a beautiful week! Our family of 17 had plenty of space and plenty of fun! The big table and counter seating was perfect for family meals and lots of board games and the great room is so open that we could all be together at the same time. Susan and Kevin are fantastic hosts and we truly appreciate all the special touches that make this home our family’s Happy Place! We are already looking forward to next year!

BEST FAMILY VACATION EVER!!!!

This was one of the best weeks of my life spent with 3 generations of family!!! Susan, the host, was beyond spectacular in accommodating the many needs which came up due to supporting my elderly parents, and responding to every endless question/request I threw at her!!! The house was perfect for people of all ages, and contained everything that anyone could possibly desire for spending ideal, quality interactions as a large unit (games, movies big-screen tvs, kitchenware, etc.)!! My family and I have already been talking about going back, even before leaving, which was extremely hard to do after such a lovely stay (I broke down and cried!!)!!

Always Fabulous!

This was our second consecutive summer at this house. The house is perfect for a large family, location is great, and the owners are super organized/responsive. This rental has become a tradition creating lasting memories.

Great Vacation!

Our family was delighted with the house. It worked out perfectly for us. It is within walking distance of the ocean. In addition to the beach we found several other fun things to do in the area, including eating at the nearby restaurants. The owner couldn't have been nicer or more helpful. We highly recommend it.

Perfect Vacation!!

We had the best family vacation! It was perfect for two families (9 people total) with a variety of kids (from ages 9-17). There was plenty of space, great location on the island and very comfortable. The home owners are meticulous and very organized. We would certainly recommend!

Best Jersey Shore Vacation Ever

We absolutely loved our week, it went too fast. The house is amazing. With my family, and my cousins family we had 17 people and never felt crowded. In fact times it was hard to find where everyone was hanging out. The view at sunset from the 3rd story balcony was our favorite and we had dinner up there a couple times. The walk to the beach isn't that bad, we had a wagon. Plus the $25 parking pass for the lot at 34th/35th St was well worth it. All our years down the shore we had never been to Brigantine and we are so impressed , besides Strathmere, this now my favorite beach at the shore. It was clean, and unlike Ocean City the lifeguards were not blowing their whistles every two minutes. It was not over crowed, and having a WAWA, Liquor store and ice cream shop all a short walk was a plus. We are already planning on next year and hoping to do two weeks, if we can. I would highly recommend anyone thinking of staying here to do it. Susan was very easy to work with and the house was just immaculate. I travel for a living, I have stayed many places this is one of my favorites. Thanks Reardon Family for an awesome vacation!

Great place to enjoy your vacation.

August 2018 - Our whole family of nine adults and five grandchildren were very comfortable in the house. The house was clean and well-kept. Plenty of spacious bedrooms and bathrooms. We had plenty of space for eating our meals. Brigantine Beach is a nice city to visit and the residential area where we stayed was clean, quiet and a two-block walk to the beach - it sounds like a long walk, but it really isn't. If you wanted to drive to the beach, there was plenty of parking. We found Brigantine pleasant and not a touristy area, which was nice. However, it is close to other attractions such as Atlantic City, boardwalks, nature preserve, etc. Highly recommended.

Awesome! No other words necessary!

The house was very spacious and very new and clean. It definitely accommodates large families with kids. There is even a room with bunk beds for 6 - for the kids to enjoy hanging out in or sleeping. There is, of course, 6 other bedrooms which is a few too many. We had 6 adults and 6 kids for most of the week - grandparents visiting for a couple nights as well (that had their own bedroom/full bath on the 1st floor). The other bedrooms are on the 2nd and 3rd floor. There is a 2nd living room on the 2nd floor. So - plenty of room. The pics are really not enough. The house exceeded my expectations - and they were already high based on the pictures online. Also, wifi was great (I had to work for a little bit). The ice cream parlor nearby; the beach is down the street. The beach was great - and the water was clean/clear. Beach was definitely quiet - there are no hotels (that I saw) or public parking - just very quiet. It does have lifeguards and the house came with beach tags. Atlantic City is literally just a few minutes away - across the bridge. From the beach, it looks so close that you can walk to it. We did the Steel Pier (amusement park with rides) with the kids. Not sure what else to mention, we went to the beach practically every single day and then stayed in this great house.

Beautiful Home!

We met our children and grandchildren at the beach! There were 10 of us, and this house was perfect! We did have to provide our own linens but that was no problem. The house had everything else we needed. We cooked every meal using the kitchen and gas grill. The table sat all of us. The bedroom and bath set-up was perfect. The house is centrally located so we walked to the beach, the grocery store, and of course, the ice cream shop! Beach chairs are provided as are beach bags. We had a wonderful week, full of fun and good memories. Thank you Susan! Candace

Brigantine is a great family location. Short walk to a great beach without the crowds. Boardwalk and adult activities within a short drive. You won't find many properties out there that are this well suited for multiple family gatherings. There is ample bed space and large common areas. With a nice bunk room and second family room there are opportunities for those times when the kids and adults want to do different activities!
