Este condominio ha sido remodelado de forma atractiva con excelentes acabados y decorado con muebles hawaianos. Maui Beachfront Rentals ha tenido mucho cuidado en asegurarse de que el condominio tenga todas las comodidades que nos gusta tener cuando viajamos. The overall stay was fine the place is small its a little tight with a bigger family but it was cozy. Great location and the house is equipped with everything needed to enjoy the beach. The views were beautiful and you can see sea turtles all over from the balcony. We even were lucky enough to see some sharks. So the condo itself was good. The Complex where the condo is located, i wasnt a fan of, not a kid friendly place. I guess people that live there are watching your every move and with us traveling with our two year old they would file noise complains against us, where our son barely even made any noise just cried at times like a normal two year old would. Another complain we received was when we had a few of our family members that were staying in the next door complex drop off some groceries when residents saw we had more people inside the condo they filed a complain for women screaming outside the balcony when they were only there for five minutes and left, they never even went outside our balcony plus it wasn't three women. Also adding on to this there were few more incidents that just made it really uncomfortable to stay and enjoy the condo to the fullest. So would i with my kids stay in this place again absolutely not. We come to Maui quiet often and have stayed in the same area and way better places where you can enjoy and not live on vacation under a microscope.

Quiet relaxing stay

My wife and two older teens stayed here in late april. Though a bit tight on sleeping arrangements it was super affordable. The mornings and sunsets we spent sitting on the lanai spotting the odd breaching whale and the numerous passing turtles was worth every penny. We spent all of our days in the relentless pursuit of spotting our next series of turtles only to find that they all mosey on over to the break wall in front of the condo for their evening dinner. Cant say enough. Perfectly set up for the elderly and small children with a safe grassy beach out fro front and easy access to the beach next door. We feel reluctant to tell anyone of our stay so to keep it our own little secret but its too good not to tell. We will be back

Loved the views

Had a great time. Was a great place to snorkel and see turtles and even whales. Condo was well supplied with all we needed e en beach chairs. Just brought food. Bed could use a new mattress. To soft but thats just my preference. Would come again.

Excellent location in Maui

This property was fantastic. We stayed April 2023 with our family of four. Maybe a touch small for us - it would be ideal for a party of two. But we made it work with the pullout sofa and the bed. The location of this property is so great. The northern beaches, our favourites, were so close by and grocery, gas, food all super close. The view from the lanai was amazing - lots of whales were spotted in the distance and the best part is that huge sea turtles come to feed at the sea wall. We even saw a humongous tiger shark right in front of our condo (so keep that in mind if you choose to snorkel there eep!). The kitchen is extremely well stocked. We had ample bedding and towels. And the amount of beach items was super appreciated. I loved this property and would love to stay here again. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is so people don't think it's the height of luxury haha. But for the price it provided us an absolutely wonderful experience in Maui. Some things to note: laundry is coin or app operated, and is open from 8:00am-7:30pm; no air conditioning but you don't need it - just open up both screen doors and enjoy the wonderful breeze that comes through; there is more than one barbecue area so if one is full, check out the other; the pool asks you to be somewhat quiet, as it is right in front of residences, but is warm and wonderful; be sure to check out the sea wall for turtle and crab sightings; the pullout sofa is actually pretty comfortable to sleep on.

Did not get this Oceanfront unit

Don't bother reserve this unit through vrbo, you won't get this Oceanfront unit. Probably won't use vrbo from now on.

Amazing!

There is no way to put into words how perfect this location and home was for us! All the comforts of home with sea turtles right by your side and whales in the distance. The beauty of this hideaway is completely breathtaking, like a dream come true!

Great Island Getaway

This is a great location, right on the ocean. Beautiful views with beach next to property. Gets pretty warm in the afternoon, as the afternoon sun shines on lanai/patio window, but beautiful sunsets and monrnings out there.

Best place to stay in Lahaina!

I will recommend this property for anyone traveling to Maui. It was absolutely incredible! There is beach access right from the condo property which was perfect. Waking up and walking to the beach was a highlight. The condo was very clean and had everything we needed to be comfortable. Suggestions for future guests: if you are particular to water taste, buy filtered water from the grocery store, as the tap water doesn’t taste great.

Great sunsets. Comfortable property with all amenities

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. Pros: great lanai with beautiful views. Kitchen fully loaded with everything needed for a comfortable stay. Beach chairs, snorkels, umbrella, beach noodles, cooler bags made for great beach days as we picked a different beach each day and had everything needed for a great day. Bed comfortable. Bathroom had a nice roomy shower. Cons: No beach (seawall only); we knew this but missed morning walks on the beach. We tended to drive rather than walk to eateries and bars, although some are a relatively short distance away. The bottom line is that we wouldn't hesitate to stay at this property again.

Great stay!

We had a great stay at Kahana Reef. We loved the location. The sound of the waves right outside was very relaxing. We saw many whales. We loved the small beach adjacent to the building. We went snorkeling there and swam with a turtle! The unit was clean and updated. I would recommend to anyone looking for a relaxing stay away from the crowds.

Kahana Reef #212 ROCKED!!!

OK... If you are going to Maui, then you need to stay at the Kahana Reef #212. We LOVED this awesome condo! From the moment we booked it until we sadly had to say goodbye at the end of our trip, our experience was amazing. The owner called me soon after booking to let me know that she was looking forward to our family staying there and gave us some great tips about the area. On the way to the condo from the airport I realized that I forgot to print out the parking pass, so we called the management company. They said no problem and that they would have one printed out for us and we could pick it up on the way to the condo. When we arrived at our "home away from home", we were blown away with the awesome layout of the unit and of course the AMAZING view! I BBQ'd steaks 15 feet from the ocean on New Year's Eve and I couldn't have asked for a better view. The unit was outfitted with boogie boards, binoculars for whale watching, a cooler, beach chairs, and even a bucket with shovels for the kids to play in the sand of the beach that is adjacent to the condo. Oh... there were 3 sea turtles that hung out at the sea wall of the property, which was way cool. This is a first class unit with a first class owner and management company. I would recommend this unit to anyone and everyone... it was just gorgeous!

Beauty, peace, and the perfect fit.

Communication: Communication from the owner/manager were awesome. Incredibly quick and clear responses. Description/Accuracy: The description of the condo was very accurate. The pictures were very accurate as well. The layout, amenities, items provided for the guests were spot on. Outdoors: Walkways/elevators were exceptionally clean & well maintained. Parking was readily available throughout our stay! Indoors: The inside of the property was incredibly well maintained. The floors throughout the whole condo were spotless. The air was fresh and the condo smelled clean! Provided items: Linens and fresh towels were provided. The linens were fresh and actually smelled of fresh laundry. A welcome sign to any weary traveler! We appreciated how the light switches were labelled so we know what we were turning on & off. There were plenty of towels provided & the towels were clean. There were no spots, tears, or stains on them. There was soap, 1 mini shampoo/1 mini conditioner that were provided. Both smelled heavenly. Although we didn't use them, it was a nice option to know they were there. The kitchen had paper towels, a sponge, and dish soap. We were happy to see the sponge was brand new in the package! There were excellent beach chairs, a large water proof beach bag and beach towels that were provided. We used those everyday. We loved that the chairs had backpack straps on them, it made it very easy to carry. There was a safe that was provided and it was easy to use. We totally appreciated it and used it while we were there. Location: For us the location was perfect. We would pick up water bottles from the shell gas station store right around the corner. It was totally within walking distance. The Maui Brewing Co. has excellent food, and great service. We were close by to Times Supermarket, Miso Phat Restaurant, Boss Frog's Snorkel store, Lahaina Fish Market (get the Tako poke and the lobster salad!) It was a short drive to Front St. We visited there and enjoyed the Korean Tacos at Lahaina Luna cafe and Star Noodle. Which is a little hidden gem, a few streets away from Front St. (BEST Ahi poke we had in Maui). We absolutely adored this property. We had such a great time that we are looking forward to returning to this property in the future. If you are wondering if this is worth your money, please know that it is! The views were incredible and we were so sad to leave. Maui and this property showed my new husband and I a wonderful time.

Great view, homey and comfortable

View was fabulous, condo was clean and in a great location. Condo needs some updating and the bedroom carpet either cleaned or replaced. The owner responded quickly and efficiently. We enjoyed hiking, beaches, traveling and eating!

Amazing condo!!

We booked this condo from 4/6-4/13/17 for our honeymoon and absolutely LOVED it! It was a very quiet place, but perfect if you don't want the resort style madness with kids running around crazy, etc. It was only about 5-10min from Lahaina where you can enjoy restaurants, shops, and more people around. The condo was very clean and although no A/C, it was very comfortable the entire time. It is on the 2nd floor so we kept the sliding doors open the entire time and the front door most of the time except for when we would leave for the day and the breeze coming through kept it cool enough. The views from the condo didn't make it too bad waking up every morning either. Very relaxing place, we've already talked about coming back, not disappointed at all.
