Esta fabulosa y nueva casa de 3 pisos ofrece 5 habitaciones, 3. 5 baños y está directamente en la playa. Las dos cubiertas de 14x30 pies en el segundo y tercer piso tienen algunas de las mejores vistas que Port A tiene para ofrecer. En el tercer piso encontrará la sala de estar, la cocina y el comedor abiertos: un lugar perfecto para reunirse por la noche. Hay un dormitorio Queen y un baño en este piso también. En el segundo piso, encontrará el dormitorio principal, que es para morirse; Cuenta con una cama king size y un baño adjunto con bañera, con vista al mar. El segundo piso también ofrece un dormitorio de matrimonio, así como la sala de literas. La sala de literas ofrece dos juegos de literas gemelas: un juego incluye un nido. Hay un baño compartido para estas dos habitaciones.

La planta baja es donde encontrará el quinto dormitorio y medio baño, también ofrece un gemelo con un nido. En la planta baja, con vistas a la playa, encontrará a una persona con cribado en la bañera de hidromasaje. Esta casa tiene todo y más! El ascensor tiene acceso completo a los tres pisos. Amazing views, house, and all around location. I was able to bring my fur babies, which is critical for me . I would recommend an indication that it’s located at back the park of the luxury RV Park…I was confused and thought I was lost upon arrival. Once, I found it, I was in awe. A lot of people walking by asked me about the property as they were interesting in staying there in the future. Will most definitely book this property again.

Fantastic stay

We really enjoyed our stay in Port A. The house was large enough for our group of 12 to all have some space. The third story balcony had the best view of the ocean! The property management was very quick to respond with any questions we had, and the maintenance man even came on site and built ramps for my brother to get over the small door lips in his wheelchair so he could make it onto the balcony. If you are in need of an accessible home, just know that there are several 3-4” lips to doorways in and around the home, and there is not a shower that is wheelchair accessible. But for the average vacationer, this home was a real hit.

Great Family Vacation!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a group of 10, ages 2 to 68. We all had a blast the Pearl! There was plenty of room for all of us. The view couldn’t be beat, we loved spending time out on the large deck enjoying the cool Gulf breeze and looking out and taking in the sights and sounds of the waves. The home seemed fairly new and well maintained, great AC, appliances all worked well, and kitchen was well appointed. My only suggestion was that maybe they could replace the grill, it has seen better days but it was convenient that they had one at the house. The elevator made it easy to bring everything in and pack it all back out, since the main floor is the third floor (best views!). Our grandkids loved all the sand toys and boogie boards provided. I’ve been coming to Port A for over 50 years and have stayed in many condos and home rentals. The Pearl is by far the nicest we’ve found so far, to fit our big family. We hope to return to it next year, as we come every year to PA.

Great Stay

My friends and I had a fun time at this beach house! Overall a great location and nice house. The property could have been cleaner. Took off 1 star for check in because there was a slight delay as well as the 5th bedroom is tricky to find with no clear instructions.

It's called The Pearl for a reason

The view from the upper deck was amazing. We loved the open living area and kitchen. It was very close to the beach. We really enjoyed the hot tub and the elevator was an added bonus for out parents.

Great location

Excellent location and located in a very clean and well kept RV park. The house is as described. Bathrooms are nice, bedrooms overall spacious. We didn’t really use any TVs, but they seemed new. Kitchen was well equipped, the living room comfy. Cleanliness could’ve been better. The dishwasher was old and barely functional. Nothing was dirty, just not “clean”

We really enjoyed our stay! The location was awesome and the neighborhood is great! Only one issue with some of the lighting but maintenance was out very quickly and had it repaired. I would definitely recommend this property for a group looking to literally be right on the beach.

My family of 6 siblings with kids fit with room to spare. I swear the kids played on the pirate ship in the front of the house more than they did the beach. The house was cool and comfortable after we got there. The only problem we had was finding all the rooms! Which isn’t really a problem! The kitchen table was able to fit everyone around to play games on in the evenings. Everyone said their mattress was comfortable and clean. The water had plenty of pressure and plenty of hot water for people to take showers. We were in town for my grandmas 90th birthday. The elevator helped a lot with groceries and luggage to the top and middle floor. Would stay again next year.

Couch, chair covers could stand a cleaning or replacement. Had to wait 11 days to get the oven and a burner repaired, to get the cloths washer repaired. There is a outside lite on second floor ready to fall off. There were no working hoses. You guys were awesome with your response, but we had to waste 3/4 days of our rental waiting on repairs.

Reviewer Comments: We have stayed at this property multiple times because of the location, and perfect configuration of bedrooms, baths, living for our family. Plus the Gulf Waters RV resort location is amazing. Great amenities, and very friendly neighbors. The home itself needs lots of work. Much of the exterior has salt water damage, and the furniture is showing its age and usage. The living room couch needs to be completely replaced. The best feature is the hot tub (which is shown as a feature of this house online) does not work, and if it was replaced, we would visit this property more often. We will probably return because of the location, but really hope that the owner invest in keeping this property up to date with the neighbors.

Excellent location and neighborhood but house needs help.

First off, the location is amazing. Having golf cart access on the board walk was a huge plus. The pool area and hot tub at the main entrance was great considering the hot tub advertised at the house was full of sand and water line under the first row of jets. The banister to the 2nd level outside was broken. I submitted a fix it claim on the app for hospitality but never received any feedback. The 5th bedroom is BEYOND confusing to find. It would be extremely helpful to say there is a key hanging for 5th bedroom at this location in the check in notes. The queen bed on the 3rd floor is like sleeping on a table. A simple mattress topper would make all the difference in the world. Bring your own pillows. The pillows have a plastic pillow case on them and are horrible. The living room furniture is not comfortable at all. There is no cable and we were there during football season so I had to stream from my own phone and provider. The dryer does not work at all. And the washer hardly rinses. Bring plenty of clothes knowing you won’t be washing there. We packed light and were sadly mistaken. Not having access to the 3rd floor balcony except going through the master bedroom and outside stair case was ridiculous. Especially having rented due to family members not being able to use stairs and there being an elevator in the unit. We never used the 3rd floor balcony with the amazing views even though there is a door, you just can’t use it. For paying $4000 for our stay, it needs help.

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was more than happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: While we loved the location of this property, the house itself was a disappointment. Upon arrival, the AC for the main floor was inoperable and wasn’t fixable until the next day. The washing machine for the house was also inoperable and was never repaired during our stay. Our entire group packed light as we expected to have an operating washing machine. The hot tub on the ground floor was disconnected and had 2 inches of water and one inch of sand in the tub. While showering in the master bathroom on the 2nd to last day, the faucet handle broke off in my hand and the water could not be stopped. Fortunately, the management company was able to address this quickly (Port A Escapes was excellent, BTW). In addition to these problems, the furniture on the main floor was very worn and dirty. We would not allow our grandchildren to sit on the couch without towel coverings. Given the status of the washing machine, maybe cleaning the couch cushions wasn’t possible. Overall, the house is simply worn. It needs some love.

Thank goodness my daughter was there to help and the company was quick to get us the information we needed to begin our wonderful three day, which was not nough t8meto enjoy and relax. The home was beautifully furnished with little extras, above what we had anticipated. They provided sand toys, beach chairs and wagon for kids, which we did not need. We took way more than we needed. Plenty of space in the kitchen/great room for our family of seven. The elevator was so helpful in carrying bags into the house. We live in Arkansas so it was quite a drive to get there, but next time we will plan to stay longer. Thank you for a great time.

Best Memory yet!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was our second time to stay in this gorgeous home. My husband and I renewed our wedding vows on the beach in front of the home. Perfect day! We decorated the home and were able to accommodate 40 guests for dinner. The patio is huge! The house is big. Our father was in a wheelchair and the elevator made it possible for him to join us. The views are beautiful. Make sure to order a beach buggie before your arrival. We had a very difficult time finding one and ended up with a 4 seater.

Annual vacation

The property was in a great location. Large enough for 3 generations to spread out. Really enjoyed our stay. Only negative thing was the bottom bedroom did not have a shower as it is only a half bath. All agreed in our party that they would stay there again.
