Ubicado en un entorno selvático a diez minutos a pie de la playa de arena a, este estudio es paz y tranquilidad. Construido a propósito, tiene triple acristalamiento y está bien equipado.
Entrada en la planta baja a un área de servicios públicos con fregadero, lavadora y secadora. También en la planta baja hay un cuarto de baño con WC y lavabo.
Debajo de las escaleras, el armario esconde la plancha, la tabla de planchar y la aspiradora.
Arriba hay un plan abierto con un área de cocina totalmente equipada, mesa de comedor y sillas, además de cama doble king size. Se incluye televisión y wi-fi gratis, así como ropa de cama y toallas.

Perfect holiday with family living close by

Lovely property. Beautiful garden. The owners were very generous allowing us to sit outside and also use the swimming pool especially with 4 boisterous grandsons. We had a welcome pack and the apartment was very well stocked with everything we needed. Perfect.

5 star apartment at 5 star location

Everything was just wonderful! Lovely apartment, beautiful and quiet location and very friendly hosts. The swimming pool and the beach hut were a big plus as it was tropically warm during our stay.

Beautiful flat.

It was very well equipped and beautifully designed. Perfect little home from home. The hosts thought of everything. Close to Compton Acres, beautiful beaches and Poole.

Lovely accommodation 10 minutes from the beach

Lovely stay a in fantastic surroundings with tree lined avenues and very peaceful, couldn't wish for a better location. Only a 10 minute walk from the beach through nice gardens. Margaret and Derek where fantastic hosts and nothing was to much bother including the offer of use of the swimming pool. The accommodation itself was immaculately clean and modern. With all the amenities you would expect and more. Would definitely recommend a stay

Thank you very much Margaret & Derek for your hospitality and warm welcome to your beautiful property and the start of our wonderful holiday here in Dorset. The studio apartment exceeded all our expectations. It is very well equipped with everything you require and more. The property is set in a beautiful garden and has the most amazing swimming pool. Lovely to relax around with a cool drink. The property is situated close to some wonderful beaches which are a short walk away. We look forward to our return trip.

A great base for a couple in Canford Cliffs near beaches

A comfortable, modern and spacious studio with a very well equipped kitchen area for those like us that prefer to cater for ourselves. The area is handy for the wonderful beach that runs for miles from Hengistbury Head (Christchurch) in the east past Bournemouth to Sandbanks in the west. And the delights of Brownsea Island and Poole Harbour are very close.

A lovely welcoming and informative host, so greatful for the little extras provided for our stay! Fantastic place to stay to get out and about exploring the local area on foot. The cleanliness was outstanding and property maintaned to a high standard throughout. Would definitely recommend.

Fabulous property

We had a great holiday in this lovely property. The owners Margaret & Derek were great & were there if we needed them. The property was very clean & had everything you needed. The attention to detail & high spec of everything was second to none. Lovely pool. We also used the beach hut which was well equipped. I would definitely recommend this property.

Best Holiday Inn I have ever stayed at!

WOW! This place is everything a young or old couple could want for a holiday whatever the circumstance. A beautiful area with a wonderfully homely feel to the studio. A 10 minute walk to the beach and what a beach it is. Quite literally the best holiday I have had within the UK. The hospitality was brilliant and felt so welcomed, even with special dietary requirement.

What a little diamond find in beautiful Dorset. Spotless clean with every thing we needed and more provided. Margaret and derek perfect hosts, and even welcomed us with a little shopping bag of milk, bread fruit cheese and biscuits, there was tea and coffee provided as well as toiletries. Great WiFi connection, lovely bed sheets and towels and furniture and equipment is top notch, what a comfortable cosy stay we had. The area is lovely and quiet, and nearby to everything...thank you very much for your hospitality and we will be sure to book next time we visit, great hosts and fabulous accommodation Thank you very much x

We had the most fantastic stay for 3 nights (wish woulda been longer) in this beautiful apartment. All newly refurbished and clean. Everything we needed was provided!! In real it's definitely bigger than the pictures look so that was a good surprise in a way :) comfy couch. Bed good size and comfy too. Perfect amount of sitting area for a couple... Derek and Margaret, the owners, provided excellent service - 5 star, were there for us all the time and gave us all we needed when we asked, they even bought the apartment a fan when we were worried we might be due to the hot august 2018.. the pool too was a bonus (love that it can be covered in kinda a conservatory when cold and slid open to be totally outdoor when hot...) the garden is really lovely too... and to top it all off really fab and peaceful holiday location! Will surely be going again soon! Thanks again for all :)

Stunning property, very clean, convenient location and has everything you need for your stay.

Definatly has the wow factor...couldn't ask for anything more. The property is in a beautiful location, very quiet and a short walk to the beautiful beaches...you don't need to take your car anywhere. The owners could not do enough for us, even down to leaving little extras like bread and milk for us, everything was there that we needed, all we had to take was our clothes. The apartment is very roomy and beautifully clean and if you don't want to go out on an evening then it is comfortable enough to just stay in and watch the tv. This was our first stay at this property and after visiting Poole for many years it will definitely be our first choice for future visits. Thank you to the owners for making our stay so fantastic and letting us have the use of your stunning property.
