El apartamento tiene una entrada privada y una excelente vibra tan pronto como entras. La sala de estar tiene un asiento y una silla y es un lugar ideal para relajarse y ver la televisión de pantalla plana o escuchar música en el altavoz Bose BT. La sala de estar está abierta al comedor, que tiene una mesa de comedor y sillas. El balcón está fuera del comedor y es un lugar ideal para tomar un café por la mañana. El dormitorio tiene un cómodo colchón de matrimonio con sábanas de algodón egipcio y algunas luces geniales que lo hacen muy acogedor. La cocina completa está equipada con cafetera Keurig, té y cualquier otro material de cocina que pueda necesitar. Además del baño, hay otra área con una mesa de maquillaje que te brinda espacio adicional para prepararte. Apartamento es un cómodo 600 pies cuadrados. Lavadora y secadora están fuera del patio en la parte trasera de la casa principal. Mi lugar es 1 cuadra del Barrio Francés y 1. 5 cuadras de Frenchmen St. Está entre Bourbon y Royal. Simplemente no hay nada mejor que eso.
También tengo un 2/2 que es la casa principal de esta propiedad. Se puede combinar con un apartamento para un 3/3. Hay un estacionamiento nocturno a 2 o 3 cuadras de distancia.

Love, Love, Love this place

We cannot say enough about this great place. It is so cute and literally in the perfect spot - right between Frenchman Street and French Quarter. The home has such a cozy feel and a great place to hang out after all day at Jazz Fest! Also loved the little makeup area in the nook. It was perfect to get ready. Already planning on renting here again!

Perfect place

This is a great apartment in the perfect location. We were able to walk everywhere we wanted to go. Friends who stopped by were a bit jealous and Pam was a great host who checked on us after we arrived to make sure everything was ok. Thank you for sharing your place Pam!!

A great place in an unbeatable location

This property was ideal for our anniversary weekend get away. The apartment was just what we needed, and we loved being able to walk anywhere we wanted to go. The parking was a game changer! The fact that Pam was so easy to work with was the icing on the cake. I highly recommend this spot to anyone looking for a place to stay in NOLA. Thanks so much!

Adorably decorated and quaint

My best friend and I stayed here for our first trip to NOLA. It has a homey feel with small details to make you feel welcome. It is located perfectly between Bourbon and Frenchmen which allowed for easy accessibility to both. It's also within walking distance to the market and shops. Pam was very considerate and accommodating throughout the trip. She was quick to respond when we had a question. We are very excited to return again, hopefully soon!

Great Location!

We were very happy with the apartment and would stay here again. The location is wonderful. It was a very short walk to Frenchmen Street and the French Quarter was also in walking distance. The apartment was generally as described and was comfortable. The washing machine and dryer are in a shed in the backyard, but it was easy to access them. The parking pass worked well. We were usually able to find parking very close to the apartment. The one time we didn't find a space right near the apartment, we found one around the corner, about a block away. My only minor complaint is that the dining table is wobbly and needs to be either repaired or replaced.

Thanks for the review Pamela. I'm definitely in a great location. I do want to address the description of laundry and the dining table. There is no backyard here but there is a back courtyard and the washer and dryer are in the storage room not a shed. Nothing out of the ordinary here. The dining table is an antique. It's cool because it can be folded and pushed flat against the wall. There is a removable peg underneath to allow that. If you look all you have to do is push the peg in tighter and it tightens it all up. It's a great table. Pam

Perfectly charming!

My husband and I have been vacationing in New Orleans for 15+ years and this was our first time staying in the Marigny. We’ve always enjoyed the nightlife on Frenchmen Street but spending time in the Marigny during the day gave us an entirely new experience. We absolutely fell in love with the neighborhood and Petite Sweet Spot. Pam is a perfect host and a great source of information about restaurants in the area. She recommended Cake Café on Chartres for breakfast and it gave us an opportunity to visit a lesser known corner of the neighborhood. The service at Cake Café was excellent and I’ll return again for the crab cake sandwich! Petite Sweet Spot is on a quiet street near a little pub where we joined locals to watch Sunday football and root for the Saints. The apartment itself is clean, cozy and well-appointed. Pam’s attention to small details like the well-lit vanity nook definitely set Petite Sweet Spot apart from other rentals. The bed was also quite comfortable and the blinds in the bedroom were sufficient to keep out the light on the mornings we slept in. I am reluctant to give Petite Sweet Spot such a stellar review only because it may become so popular that we won’t find it available when we plan our next trip to New Orleans!

Sweet New Orleans Home

The Petite Sweet Spot was an adorable apartment in the perfect location! We were able to walk to everything but return home to our place for some quiet time when needed. The decorations and amenities were wonderful. The only room that was a bit too small for us was the bathroom but overall a great place and a great time!

Hi Donna. Thanks for taking the time to write a review. I always like to share info when someone gives me less than a 5 star review. You can tell from the pictures that the bathroom itself is a small bathroom so that should not come as a surprise to anyone that has really looked at the pictures. That is why I have a separate space to put make up on, dry your hair etc. I just like to give an accurate account of the way things are. It's the best location there is to have be in walking distance to everything and also have some peace and quiet on returning home. Pam

Even better the second time!

My husband and I stayed at Petite Sweet Spot last year at Thanksgiving and we had such a great experience (see my Nov. 2017 review). We stayed there again this year and it was wonderful. Charming Apartment in Perfect Location

This place was so full of charm and culture. The apartment was extremely well maintained, so comfortable and just cute. That’s all we kept saying, “I love this place, it’s so cute.” Pam was extremely attentive and the communication was excellent from prebooking throughout our stay. The location is perfect, steps from Frenchman Street and The French Quarter. The bed was extremely comfortable after a long day out and about. The living room, kitchen and balcony were so unique and cozy as well. We would definitely stay her again. Loved everything about it!

Cozy, fun apartment

Enjoyed staying at Petite Sweet Spot. It is located very close to Frenchman St with many outstanding music venues and restaurants. That was our main reason for choosing this apartment. French Quarter is only a few blocks away with more restaurants, shops, etc. Pam was very attentive to our concerns about the locks and got them repaired that day. The apartment is very comfortable, but is is very cozy, especially the bathroom. Loved being in the neighborhood enjoying the vibe of this neighborhood.

Thanks for taking time to write a review Kathy. My location is fantastic. My house was built in 1848 and is like most homes in NOLA as far as a slant. It just kind of goes with the city as does the water pressure. I do have a picture of the stairs in the photos and they are just stairs going to a second floor. Sorry if you found them steep. I do want to address the bed and bedding for others that are reading these reviews. The sheets are only a couple months old and there is nothing wrong the coverlet although I have had on my mind I might get a new one just for something different. I have to say that I have had guests contact me wanting to know brand of the mattress because its so comfortable. It's less than a year old and is a really good mattress. Pam

Perfect honeymoon retreat

My husband and I really enjoyed staying here for our honeymoon. The location is great; it is walkable to everything but is quiet at night. The place was very clean and well decorated. Pam was very attentive to our needs and was super friendly. It was really charming experience and I really enjoyed staying here. Will definitely stay again.

It's perfect!

We love this apartment. Already trying to figure out when we can visit nola again and stay here. It's very clean and had everything we needed. However we did not spend much time in the apartment as its a 5 minute walk from Frenchman street and the French Quarter. Being so close to all the fun made it easy to make a quick stop at the apartment to drop off bags after shopping in the quarter or to take a short break before heading back out. Its was also convenient after being out late watching live music on Frenchman. Can't wait to come back to nola and stay here.

Great location, charming decor.

Close enough to walk to French Quarter, but quaint & quiet, not touristy. Perfect setup with living area & kitchen. Owner checked in periodically to make we were sure all set. She had good tips for local restaurants. This spot was perfect for couples weekend but would also be ideal for business traveler.

Close to everything, and still a quiet gettaway

While some rooms in this spot are petite, it allows for more than enough space to relax after walking all around the city. We had a great time checking out all the music on Frenchman Street and being able to walk back to a quiet place for the night. The space was clean, tidy, and comfortable. Pam had lots of great tips of places to check out, such as R Bar right on the corner. Would definitely return!

New Orleans has been a part of me from the first time I went. I love great food, music and football so its a natural fit. I was so fortunate and excited to have found this home that I decided to share it with others when I wasn't there. I"ve meet some really cool people and have enjoyed listening to people describe their time in NOLA and conversation about whats going on in their lives. Gotta love the Saints for better or worse. Been going since I was a kid. WHO DAT!!! Laissez les boys temps rouler!!!!

When this property became available I was so excited at the possibility of having a place in NOLA and being in this location made it even better. It was one of those things that just fell into place. It was such a fun project. You couldn't pick on a map a better location. It's amazing to me every time I walk out the door. Steps away from the French Quarter and Frenchmen but still has a cool neighborhood feel .

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

When I walked in this apartment for the first time I new it could be definitely be a fun spot. It has a nice private entrance and when you walk into the room it's bright with tall ceilings, nice bookcases with a fireplace in the middle(decorative now) and dining room with french doors open to the balcony. The location can't be beat.
