Cute apartment! Apt was clean, A/c worked great, had a washer (no dryer, which is normal for Italy so not an issue). Was close to the Duomo, shopping district, Ponte vecchio, and excellent food. If you don’t mind walking a little further, two great lookout spots are just over the Ponte Vecchio bridge, 15-20 min walk from the apt.

Wonderful Location and Quaint Accommodations

The location within the Historic Center was a treat to be able to walk to shopping, historical sites and the river. Communication with Barbara was easy and she responded quickly.

AMAZING stay at this beautiful, clean and modernized apartment. Came to visit my daughter who is studying in Florence for the semester. Apartment perfectly located- near everything. Wi-Fi excellent so I could get on work calls in between our outings. Extremely responsive hosts. Would definitely stay again!

This is a genuinely comfortable apartment with great beds and everything you’d need for a comfortable stay—if you don’t have mobility constraints.Important for families with strollers: The three-story walk-up became a real challenge with two young kids and strollers, especially in the heat. If you’re traveling with small children, seriously consider whether you can manage stairs multiple times daily with gear. The listing doesn’t make this clear upfront, and it affected our ability to enjoy the space.Small amenity gaps: The crib was perfect for our one-year-old, but the advertised highchair lacks legs and isn’t usable. We also had only one roll of toilet paper and one dish towel for our stay, which meant laundry runs mid-trip. These aren’t dealbreakers, but they’re worth knowing.The apartment itself is lovely—just make sure the layout and supplies match your family’s actual needs before booking.

Thank you for being our guests and for your kind review. We are very happy you enjoyed your stay and appreciated our apartment. The highchair has legs, but when it's not required, we keep it disassembled for room question. And you did not ask for it. We provide a kitchen towel, but it's strange you only found a toilet paper roll, we usually leave 3. So I apologize for it. Last but no least, it's clearly written in the listing that the little elevator is on the first floor(20 steps) and that it's suitable just for luggage or a person at a time. So it's fair that a open stroller or crib does not go inside it.

Nice Apartment

Overall this was a nice place to stay for our 6 nights in Florence. It is in a great location for walking to most museums and restaurants. There is plenty going on in the area at night as well. The apartment was clean and the property managers were quick to assist with an issue with the washer.

The apartment itself is beautifully designed, stylish, and very clean. Unfortunately, the overall experience was ruined by poor hospitality and an extremely rude property manager. For a high-priced rental, the amenities were shockingly lacking — no shampoo, no body wash, and barely any toilet paper. When I politely asked about toiletries for my two children who needed to bathe after dinner, I was told, “This is an apartment, not a hotel,” and that since check-in was at 3:00 PM, I had “plenty of time” to go buy shampoo. That response was dismissive, unprofessional, and unacceptable.We stayed in multiple other rentals during our trip, and all of them provided thoughtful basics like toiletries and extra supplies, so this felt especially cheap for such an expensive property.To make matters worse, we were also contacted and accused of making too much noise while we were actually asleep with our children already in bed. Meanwhile, the apartment itself is extremely noisy — you can hear people in the alley outside and every footstep from above because the windows and soundproofing are so poor.Beautiful apartment, but terrible customer service, poor amenities, and an uncomfortable stay. I would not return or recommend it. This property management company has a lot to learn about the hospitality industry.

Thank you for your kind review and for being our guests. We are happy you liked the apartment and its cleanliness. We don't expect to be everyone's cup of tea, but it's the first time that a guest calls us rude and unprofessional,and I cannot accept this. We do this job with dedication, but that doesn’t mean we have to fulfil every guest’s request just to please them, even if it goes against our rules or duties. For the italian law we cannot leave anything in the apartments, but a welcome kit for the first hours our guests are in our house. Moreover, we did not accuse anyone, we kindly asked to be quieter cause the downstairs guests were trying to sleep.
