NUEVO condominio de vacaciones de 2 dormitorios y 2 baños conectado a un parque acuático, SPLASH HARBOUR, en el canal intracostero. Te encantarán las impresionantes vistas, el ambiente familiar, los restaurantes cercanos, la playa y mucho más. Estas unidades son ideales para parejas, familias con niños y / o grupos grandes. Nuestro condominio cuenta con dos amplias habitaciones con 2 camas Queen en cada habitación. Una cocina completa, comedor, lavadora / secadora y sala de estar. Un gran balcón con vistas a la vía fluvial intercostera y un puerto deportivo de 50 resbalones. ¡Su unidad también está a solo 300 pasos de la playa! ... La propiedad también cuenta con un gran restaurante de estilo Key West, minigolf y una sala de juegos para los niños. Alquiler de bicicletas de pesca y alquiler de barcos también están disponibles. Long weekend

This is our 2nd stay here and we love this resort. This condo is so nice and roomy. The kids love the water park and the beach is beautiful! Several restaurants within walking distance and fresh seafood. We Will stay here again.

GREAT place! Awesome view!

We loved staying here! The host was responsive and even let us extend our reservation last minute. Beautiful condo, amazing views, very comfortable. We walked to the beach, restaurants, and ice cream within a few minutes. We had no problem with parking. Thanks for having us!!

Great location

Condo was clean and in good shape. It is an easy walk to multiple restaurants and a drug store where you can get basic grocery items. The water park was busy but the lines for the slides were never more than 5-10 minutes. Overall, it’s a good location for families. We plan to return.

We had a great time at this unit. Splash Harbor was a hit. Kids enjoyed the sand toys supplied when they went to the beach plenty of restraunts in walking distance would stay again.

Nice but uncomfortable

Have stayed in a number of units here and love the location, however this particular unit the furniture was extremely uncomfortable. There needs to be hooks in the bathroom to hang the towels.

Great location

Property is located a 3 min walk from the beach. Our balcony faced the canal. Very clean and great communication with owner! If you use the water passes, you need to get wrist bands, getting in line with anyone else waiting. We found out the hard way. Pool can be used from 8am to dusk. Great drinks and food at Jimmy Guana's. Beds were comfy, shampoo cond & soap provided. Close to many restaurants and bars. Great stay. We'll be back!!

Better than we could’ve hoped for!

The property was very nice, conveniently located near the elevator and trash shoot, overlooking the beautiful marina and water views, splash park was fun, everything was clean and comfortable. We were pleasantly surprised as everything was nicer even than their pictures and we loved the location. Such a great time!

Great place for families

This place is perfect for families, and small groups. The free access to water park and short walk to the beach is unbeatable. The place is very clean. Hosts do not leave you a list of a million things to do before you go unlike some, which was really nice. This spot it right by the elevator, making for easy access. Also, the photos do not do the place justice. The photos are a bit dark, and the inside is much nicer than I anticipated. Would absolute book again!

June Visit

We love this condo and will definitely return. The location is great because you have the semi-quiet beach area but you are just a short drive to Clearwater and St. Petersburg beaches if you want more activity. The patio area overlooking the causeway is a great place to relax after a long day and the waterpark passes are a great bonus.

Top Notch Property

This property is truly AMAZING! We stayed in 4418AB. The condo was clean, comfortable and had everything we expected it to have! The beds were comfortable and there were plenty of linens for showers and towels for the beach and water park. We were a bit leary after reading other reviews.. I have NO negative comments on the Condo. My only recommendation for the Condo owner would be to have a map of the entire property, just because there is a lot of stuff in that area so it gets a little confusing if you've never been there! My only negative comments would be: Parking, if you are not "in" the parking area early you don't get a spot. The elevator closest to the condo is also very slow, which we had read so we were prepared and used the other elevators if we were in a hurry. It can also get very loud with the water park on-site, which has nothing to do with the Condo itself. I would give the Condo a 10/10.

We had a wonderful stay

We loved everything about our stay here our kids ages 12 and 9 loved the water park that’s where we spent most of our time. The condo was clean with everything we needed. View from the bay was also a plus,watching the dolphins swim. Highly recommend!

Fun weekend

Property was clean and safe. Condo was just as listed. Good communication with owner. Not sure but A/C was different in extra room finally flipped a switch in the room and it worked better?? Passes to Splash Harbor were great! You don't have to wait in the long line out front come in the side door for check-in. Cabana's can be rented in advance from Splash Harbor if you wish. We rented a month in adavance . Was very busy Memorial day weekend. Balcony very nice for watching the boats go by and occasional dolphin. Beds were comfortable and plenty of towels check out was the best of any VRBO we have EVER stayed at. Ron

Great!

Great location and communication from the owner. Very clear and timely directions. Perfect for our stay with our daughter and her friends for a birthday celebration. Waterpark and view of the intercoastal were a plus. Jimmy Guana’s Restaurant was just so so but was convenient. This condo is within an easy walk to the beach, shops and other good restaurants. Would definitely recommend!

Okay place to stay

Check in was relatively easy with unit and instructions, lock box etc coming the night before. Location is super convenient to so many amenities - brewery, amazing coffee shop, ice cream and of course the beach. First night was difficult with figuring out parking because there were no spots available under the building, a number of people checked out the next day and we saw cars also being towed. Building exterior is dated and elevator 4, closest to our unit, was incredibly slow. We ended up giving up on it and taking another elevator during our 5 day stay (this normally wouldn’t have been a hassle except with a young child, it was one extra thing to navigate) Interior of unit was clean and spacious. Couch and chair in family room were uncomfortable to sit on so we barely used them. Kitchen was sparse of amenities, knives were incredibly dull making meal prep challenging. We had to buy all accessories (foil, ziplocs, oil, salt and pepper etc) to be able to cook/store food. Beds were comfortable and well stocked with pillows, blankets and extras. On Saturday and Monday nights, we had late night drunk groups screeching in hall outside of our room with no security to tell them to settle down. We come down to the area on average 3 times a year, looking for our go to rental property but for the price, will be exploring other options.

Had a good time, but condo in need of supplies

Indian Rocks Beach is a cute little town with several restaurants, small shops and is very safe to explore. I felt comfortable allowing my teenage daughter and her friend to walk around by themselves. The area appears to be occupied by more of the middle-aged and retired crowd. People were very friendly. The beach was a very short walk from the condo. The condo itself was a little hard to find because the Holiday Inn was in the same complex. It would be helpful to provide a map of the area with the check-in instructions. When we finally found the condo, there was no key inside the box. I called the owner who answered promptly. The key was actually in the 2nd lock box, which the owner gave me the code for. She said the housekeeper must have put it in the wrong lock box. The condo is nicely decorated & large. Bedrooms were nice sizes, and it was great for the four of us to each have our own bed. Each bedroom had an adjoining bath. The bathrooms were adequately supplied with towels, wash clothes, beach towels and TP. The beds were very comfortable with squishy pillows. If you need a firm pillow, that may not be to your liking. TV’s in each bedroom and the living room. One of the TV’s was missing a remote so we had to use one remote for two. The deck was great for morning coffee & watching the boats in the marina . The biggest issue with the condo was the lack of supplies, pots, pans, utensils, glassware. There was one pot and one pan and a lot of covers with no pots and pans to go with them. No pizza pan, one baking sheet. No Tupperware for leftovers. No bags, plastic wrap or tinfoil. Five glasses-no wine glasses, no pizza cutter, one spatula. There were NO oven mitts or hot pads! We had to use a dish towel & a knife to get a pizza out of the oven and cut it with a knife. No salt & pepper. There were two cheap garbage bags provided. The toaster only toasted one side of the bread and you had to flip it. A Keurig was provided with ample K cups of regular and decaf. Someone needs to be checking the condo periodically to make sure it is adequately supplied. You cannot cook many meals here! The living room furniture is wearing out and I wasn’t happy to see the rug wasn’t vacuumed & included fingernails! The TV cabinet is not cleaned underneath and found a board game piece and lots of dirt & crumbs. Overall it was a pleasant stay, but I recommend supplying the kitchen so people can actually use it!

Comfy Condo

We enjoyed our stay at this condo with our son and the two grandchildren. There was plenty of room for everyone. The location was perfect walking distance to the beach and many great restaurants. The grandkids enjoyed the water park as well.

This property is fantastic for family fun and relaxation.. We are located directly on the intercoastal waterway and steps to the Gulf of Mexico. On site there is Splash Harbour Waterpark with a Lazy River, 2 giant slides 3, kids slides, a dumping bucket, raindrop mushrooms, a large free form pool with tiki bar and gem mining and mini golf and a game room!!! You can also rent a boat or bike and there is even fishing charters available at our 50 slip marina. The units are brand new. They are for sale or rent and all have two bedrooms with 2 full baths, a full kitchen, dining area and living room. Your large balcony overlooks the Intercoastal and the marina..
