Esta es una unidad de 2 dormitorios y 2 baños (1110 Sq. Ft) que tiene 1 cama King y 2 camas queen size y un colchón de aire queen elevado para el grupo extra grande. Esta unidad es completamente NUEVA con una cocina completamente funcional y un balcón con vista al canal intracostero. Siéntese y vea los barcos navegar o visite las cubiertas de los pisos 6 y 7 para ver las hermosas puestas de sol en el Golfo de México. Estás a dos cuadras a pie de la playa.
Su alquiler incluye:
     - Cuatro (4) pases para el parque acuático Splash Harbor (este es un valor de $ 100 / día que es GRATUITO con su alquiler todos los días que se hospede con nosotros)
     - Acceso para comprar seis (6) pases adicionales para parques acuáticos a 1/2 de precio diario

Communication with the host was excellent! The weather was the only bad thing about our stay (out of anyone's control), but the great part was our location! Even though it was cold, this property is centrally located, so it was easy to go up and down the coast visiting Clearwater Beach and Madeira Beach. There is a great Aquarium in Clearwater and our kids loved riding on a pirate ship near Madeira Beach!We opted not to rent a car, so we could easily take an Uber or the local trolley to the places we want to to visit. Depending on your departure, this may not work as there would be nowhere to stash your luggage if you have a later flight (just an FYI).Luckily, the first day the weather was warm enough and we were able to enjoy the water park! We had SO much fun there! It's small enough that the kids could run around and go on the slides and in the pool and lazy river. They also have food and drinks there that were delicious. The beaches are stunning and we enjoyed visiting those (even in the chilly weather)! Restaurants and shops are within walking distance and are easy/safe to get to.This was a very family friendly place and I recommend it if you are looking to visit this area.

Great place and location

This was our second stay at Harbourside and we really enjoyed this unit. It was well maintained and had plenty of supplies on hand (trash bags, toilet paper, dishwashing tablets, washing machine detergent, etc...). The waterpark is great for the kids and we love being able to walk to the beach and restaurants.Great communication from the owners. We would stay with them again.

Great Place With Kids

This property is connected to a water park, close to the beach and many restaurants, and has a beautiful view of the water. Highly recommend for families, we traveled in and never got back in a car until we were headed back to the airport. The unit was clean, had everything we needed, and our stay was very relaxing.

Spring Break Fun

We had 3 other families staying at other properties in the same location. We all really enjoyed our time here and with each other. Highly recommend for multiple families if you can’t stay together in a house. Lots of fun with nearby restaurants, taking the trolley to Madeira and other places, and of course the water park. The place was clean and well equipped with all we needed. Thank you for an excellent stay!

Great place for vacation

The place was awesome, if you want to just stay around the unit everything is close by. Very clean and everything you need. Also a wagon and toys and chairs for the beach. Enough room for 8. We will consider next time we vacation in this area.

Awesome!

My family and I spent Memorial Day Weekend at this unit. We live in Tampa and wanted a break by the beach. This unit has a beautiful view. Loved how close the beach, restaurants and Water Park were. Easy check in/out. We will be coming back again

Beautiful location! Great unit!

We loved staying here! Boys loved the Waterpark and didn’t want to leave! Convenient to walk to the beach and restaurants! Condo well equipped with towels and everything needed for the beach! The balcony was a little piece of paradise! James is very accommodating and easy to work with! Only wish we could’ve stayed longer!!

Everything was great! My family and I enjoyed this little home away from home. The beds were very comfortable. Communication was always there with James. " The front door handle turns upward to open NOT downward" They had very good instructions and well prepared. Everything was clean and handy. The place was right beside the elevator so very convenient to the garage and pool. Water park was perfect for us only wish it was open a little later. Couple of notes from the wife...... need a full legth mirror and a fan outside. Thank you for a great vacation!

Outstanding location and communication

The place could not be in a better place. Easy to walk to many restaurants/bars, easy 2 block walk to the beach and the water park is out the front door from the room. The owners provided great and quick responses. We will stay here again 100 percent.

Awesome Condo

This mini vacation was the best. This condo is immaculate, beautifully decorated, everything you could ever need. The views of the intercoastal is amazing. Super close to the beach, walking distance to restaurants. The water park is a blast and having the 4 passes per day was excellent. I wouldn't rent from anyone else.

Wonderful experience!!

The condo is beautiful!! Great view of intracoastal, all the amenities you can ask for. Also a block away from the beach and situated on a water park for the kids. The owner, James, is fantastic. He responds to you rt away and tries to make your stay as hassle free and easy as possible. I will definitely come back and stay and recommend this place to everyone!

Everything you need for a family

The property was just as described and was great for our family of four. Very clean with lots of space and everything you need. The beach chairs, wagon and toys were perfect. Short walk to the beach and everything else you need such as restaurants, stores, etc. James was extremely easy to deal with. Beaches are gorgeous and water park was lots of fun.

A+++++ Amazing family vacation

Centrally located to everything you need, beach, pool/splash park, restaurants and fishing access. Meticulously maintained, loaded with anything a family could need all the way down to the plastic kid friendly silverware. Owners were great with communication and flexibility. We rent a lot and this place was first class all the way, we’d 100% recommend to friends and family. Thank you again James and Stacey!

Great location and felt like home!

The place was very cozy and really close to the beach. It had a great view of the harbor and was super relaxing. I did not receive my arrival letter but when I called the number given the owners were extremely helpful and texted to ensure I made it. It was very well equipped and very clean. The beds were super comfy and had plenty of seating on the private deck. The only complaint I would have is the elevators could use some air conditioning! Will be booking here for years to come!

Beautiful condo with a view of pelicans and dolphins

The condo was great, just as pictured with plenty of space for 4 adults and 2 kids with a beautiful view of the water, birds, and dolphins. More than enough towels and kitchen items, soap, etc as advertised. Mid February weather was warm enough for the water park and the beach, plenty of people yet not a lot of waiting. The 2nd floor was convenient to the water park and we preferred to walk up altho the elevator was available.

Great waterpark

Our kids loved the waterpark! The beach is a little further than we hoped with toddlers and parking in the garage is difficult, but there is plenty at the waterpark. Any questions were answered quickly and the condo had plenty of linens and extras. The only thing we bought were papertowels. There was plenty of beach towels, toilet paper, soap, and shampoo for our family of 6. It was very clean!

Glad you enjoyed your stay. The walk to the beach is literally 2 short blocks, however, we can see where this may be challenging with toddlers, beach chairs, toys, etc. Hope to see you again soon!
