Playa perfecta en una ubicación ideal !!!

Encantador condominio de 3 dormitorios y 2 baños ubicado en el golfo. Duerme 6 con facilidad. Ubicado en el segundo piso, la vista desde el balcón da la impresión de que está sentado junto a su propia piscina. Desde el balcón, puede ver la piscina y el golfo, disfrutando del sonido de las olas y los pájaros. La propiedad es uno de los edificios mejor mantenidos en todas las playas del Golfo. Un cenador cubierto con 3 parrillas de gas y se suman a las comodidades. Muchos restaurantes y bares maravillosos a poca distancia.

Winter retreat

Very nice property super close to the ocean. Could hear the waves in the condo. Very well equipped. Nice people at the property. Away from the hustle and bustle of Clearwater

Perfect spot on the beach

We couldn’t have asked for a better location for our holiday. First floor unit right on the beach. Magdalena was responsive to our inquiries. Condo was light airy comfortable and had equipped with everything we needed for our stay. Highly recommend.

Awesome all around!

We shared the month later ng condo with friends. Took the pressure off cost. The owners in the condo were friendly and welcoming. Couch needs an upgrade. Overall great.

great holiday

We were at the condo for a month and it went by too fast. The condo is great, comfortable, and well decorated. Contrary to an other review there was nothing missing as rgards to cooking , bathing necessities , Extremely quiet , and the grounds are beautifully taken care of. Hope to go back next summer. Mathieu family.

Two months in Indian Rocks

My wife and I stayed in the Condo for two months. The condo was great and was exactly what we expected from the listing, no surprises. It was well stocked with everything we needed and had lots of extras. The kitchen had everything we needed for cooking, had plenty of extra towels, linens, as well as beach towels. The outside storage unit included 6 beach chairs, a beach umbrella, pool toys and some beach toys. Upon arrival there was a welcome snack basket and a bottle of wine. I thought that was a nice touch. During our stay there was an issue with the air conditioner, however Magdalena (host) responded right, and it was fixed quickly. We are looking forward to coming back again. It was a great vacation!

It was ok

It was ok. Location on the beach was the best thing about the stay. A bit noisy due to some remodel work in the building and painting of the building exterior.

The property was nice especially its location. However this unit is greatly in need of a major update. From the living room furniture to the beds, shower heads, kitchen utensils need replacing.

Another Great Stay

Driftwood Sands is a lovely place to stay. The grounds are immaculate, kept that way by an extraordinary maintenance person; the unit was clean, well managed, attractively decorated and well stocked. The environment was easy even when we were mostly at home during the Covid Virus experience. WE look forward to our return next winter

We stayed in Driftwood Sands for three years now, this year in a new condo for us. We had a fabulous time. The unit was well appointed and comfortable. The Owner and Property Manager were great to work with. We had a fabulous winter and looking forward to many more

This condo has the worst furnished kitchen . If you like to cook, this is not the place for you. If you want to sit on the deck, lots of luck. I bought two recliners and gave them to our cleaning lady . Casseroles ,mixing bowls etc forget about it. I did buy and leave a crockpot and some glasswear. No quality wine or beer glasses...there are a myriad of plastic tumblers with decoration on them and you are instructed to wash them by hand. I did buy some glassware and left them. The ice maker has to be worked manually and it will not dispense ice cubes...only crushed ice. Magdalena is the property manager and she was great. Hard to manage the unmanageable. Also the parking is not covered and it is, for all intents and purposes, on the street Driftwood Sands is really nice and very well maintained...outstanding view. Definitely not worth the rental price. Jan M

Great place

Loved location of Driftwood Sands and the condo location in the complex. Friendly people. Condo very well supplied. Would like to rent again next year for longer time.

Perfect slice of paradise

Wow!!! This was the best vacation ever. We had never been to IRB. The beach is beautiful and not crowded at all. The weather was perfect but HOT. (July in FL) The ocean was like bath water. The location is perfect. It is close to Clearwater and John's Pass. We visited both several times. There are many delicious restaurants and the bird sanctuary in Indian Shores was a neat place. This is truly their home and you can tell as soon as you walk in the door. The decor looks like a professional decorator did it. Everything was clean and well maintained. There are all the comforts of home in this condo. Jen is very detailed oriented. She was easy to work with and we could not have asked for a better experience. They even had a card and gift for us when we arrived. She is extremely accommodating. She was never more than a phone call or text away. (we still text each other) She saved us so much room by allowing us to use her beach supplies. The pictures just do not do this home justice. The condo is better than described and the entire property is immaculate as well. We always felt safe and all the people we met were super nice. This would be good for people in a wheelchair since the condo is all on one level and there are elevators to take you up to the condo. There is also a walk-in shower in the hall bathroom. The property is on the narrow beach so there is not a ton of sand to go through to get to the ocean. This is a perfect get away. I just wish it wasn't so far away. I am ready to go back now!!! Can't wait for next year.
