Nuestra cabaña de vacaciones se encuentra a 4000 pies de altura en más de un acre con espectaculares vistas de montañas de varias cordilleras en toda la casa y en la cubierta exterior. Podrá relajarse en la bañera de hidromasaje, asar en la terraza grande o tostar malvaviscos en el fogón a leña de piedra hecho a medida. La cubierta tiene un fogón de gas para que la familia se siente y disfrute de bebidas mientras observa los colibríes, las mariposas y los amaneceres cambiantes y el brillo de las puestas de sol.

La casa construida a medida tiene un plano de planta abierto, techos abovedados, una chimenea a gas de piedra, un magnífico dormitorio principal en el nivel principal con acceso a la terraza y dos dormitorios grandes en el nivel del desván superior. El piso del juego de nivel inferior tiene una mesa de billar, mesa de ping pong, lanzamiento de baloncesto de arcade, máquinas de pinball, dos televisores montados en la pared y una sala de cine separada. ¡Hay juegos de mesa, películas en DVD y libros disponibles, y una cocina completamente equipada para aquellos a los que les gusta cocinar!

Best vacation ever!

This property was absolutely amazing! It was clean and very easy to get to. So much space for the whole family to enjoy. The game room was our favorite spot. Me and my family spent most of our time having gaming competitions:) My teenagers had a blast! We also did walks in the evenings to enjoy the beautiful views! We saw so many bunnies and one bear that turned out to be a log with mushroom ears lol! We loved the area! Restaurants were super convenient and we loved every meal we got. We will definitely be back to this property in the future! If you are looking for a wonderful place to stay and this place is available, don't think twice, just book it. You will not be disappointed!

A true home away from home

The whole family enjoyed this property. It was clean, comfortable, and well equipped. Plenty to do without having to leave. The drive up was a piece of cake. The garage was a plus, it made unloading and loading a breeze. We also love that it is just minutes to the Blue Ridge parkway, and downtown waynesville.

Amazing Cabin for Large Families

I can’t say enough great things about Mountaintop Oasis! We traveled with friends and 6 kids total, ranging from ages 16 to 6. Everyone had more than enough to keep them entertained, and plenty of space for everyone to be comfortable.The cabin is stocked well with everything you need from plenty of linens to games and activities. (each room also had a fan, which is a nice touch)Very centrally located to everything, and the Winchester Farm tour at the bottom of the mountain is a must-do!We would definitely stay here again!

Relaxing Retreat with All the Fun!

So peaceful and away from everything, but still close enough to get to everything. Enjoyed my mornings on the comfy chair in the deck watching the world wake up and ended the day relaxing in the hot tub. We also had lots of fun in the game room with tournaments of every kind! Sadly lots of trails were either closed or inaccessible due to closed roads but I enjoyed walks around the lake, which was beautiful! Great shops in downtown Waynesville and we made a trip to Maggie Valley. Don't miss Winchester Creek Farm at the bottom of the hill. The house was just as described and pictured and communication was great.

Beautiful home

We booked this house for a family trip. There were 3 couples & the setup of this house is perfect. The home was exactly as described & it was amazing! The game room downstairs was so much fun. I rent in NC every fall & this house was definitely one of my favorites.

Home was everything as advertised. Excellent space for our family of 5. Game room was a hit with our 3 boys. Proximity to Waynesville great for easy access to run into town. Central to activities north into the Smokies and points south like Sliding Rock. Blue Ridge Parkway entrance minutes away. Would definitely book again! Thanks for the memories.

The Perfect Place!

Mountaintop Oasis truly has all the comforts of home plus all the fun and amenities that make a vacation wonderful. The firepit provided wonderful mornings with coffee and sunrises, the kitchen allowed us to cook wonderful meals together as a family and the game room....well that was hours and hours of enjoyment, fun and laughter. The home is located in a great spot with easy access to all the wonderful sites in the Smokies! We will definitely choose this location again when visiting the area in the future!

Perfect!!

We loved every minute of our stay! The property was wonderful, the 1st ride up on the motorcycle was slightly terrifying, but after the 1st time it was a breeze ! We had some rainy days (perfect for game room fun or reading a book) & we had perfect weather days for riding the bike on the BRP or thru the Smokey Mountain National Forest (we even saw Elk!), Getting up early to see the beautiful sunrise was spectacular! Anything we needed for cooking was already in the kitchen (except food of course). Having the garage to keep the Truck AND the Motorcycle was a bonus. Easy to load & unload all of our travel "needs" with the master on the main floor. I have no doubt we will be back to visit!! Exceptional !!

Just What We Needed

We had a wonderful time at the Mountaintop Oasis. The house was very comfortable and was able to accomodate our party of 8. The kitchen was fully stocked, may want to bring a few extra paper towels, pam spray, baggies and any additional spices that you like, along with laundry detergent if you plan on washing clothes. Otherwise the kitchen had everything we needed! The game room was a plus, lots of fun games for everyone! The road going up to the house is very steep and narrow, but wasn't a problem for us, as we are use to driving in the mountains. Lots of fun things to do near by. We went to the Winchester Farm down the road, which was really cute and fun to hang with the animals. Spent the day at Catalochee Valley, got to see tons of elk and hike while looking at beautiful views and learning about the history of the Caldwell family. Visited downtown Waynesville, but little town with many shops and places to eat. We ate at the Boojum Brewery, which had really good beer and food and got dipped apples from Kilwins. Drove on the Blue Ridge Parkway to look at beautiful views and visited some of the waterfalls. We didn't want to leave and could have spent several more days at the Mountaintop Oasis. Had a great trip!

Beautiful house

The master bed was unbelievably comfortable!! That’s the best I had slept in years. Everything was wonderful. Lots of extras in the kitchen & pantry to aid in cooking, that was very nice. The house was so warm, comfortable, & welcoming, I would 100% stay here again.

Welcome to Mountaintop Oasis – established May 27th, 2016! We came to Western North Carolina on vacation and fell in love with the Smoky Mountains and the friendly people. After looking at properties all over the area, we found our dream home in Waynesville, and we would like to share it with you. We love the majesty of nature and enjoy outdoor activities including whitewater rafting, hiking and more.

Waynesville has a great mix of nature and culture. There are many nice restaurants, artisan shops, outdoor stores and brew pubs. We are five minutes from a Blue Ridge Parkway entrance that offers scenic drives and many spectacular views. Asheville is only 30 minutes east, and Bryson City where you can find The Great Smoky Mountain Railroad and whitewater rafting is only 30 minutes west.

You will love the mountain views and sunrises in the morning. On a hot summer day, the air is nice and cool up at our home and balmy down below! We are less than a 10-minute drive from the Blue Ridge Parkway that offers many spectacular views, and a 10-to-15-minute drive to downtown Waynesville and Maggie Valley. Our home has everything you love about the Smoky Mountains: Majestic Mountain views, beautiful landscaping, an outdoor stone fireplace for family campfires, an indoor two-story gas fireplace, a gas fire pit on the deck, a fully outfitted kitchen, a hot tub and 1500 square feet of game room in the walkout basement. Enjoy the solitude, without being far out of the way.
