Esta es una unidad para no fumadores y que incluye el patio, de hecho, el edificio 14 es un edificio para no fumadores. (Si fuma en esta unidad o en el patio perderá su depósito de seguridad). Esta es una habitación, ubicada en el 4to piso del edificio 14. Completamente actualizado con baldosas de travertino, encimeras de granito, electrodomésticos de acero inoxidable. Nueva alfombra y muebles (mayo de 2019). Completo con utensilios de cocina, ropa de cama, etc. WIFI con pantalla plana de 50 "en la sala de estar, pantalla plana de 46" en el dormitorio. Una chimenea eléctrica para esas tardes acogedoras en la sala de estar. Gran cabina de ducha. Las mejores vistas desde el patio de su 4to piso. Nadie encima de ti, edificio muy tranquilo, 5 piscinas, 4 climatizadas de octubre a abril, hermoso gimnasio en el centro comunitario. El hotel Embassy Suites está al lado junto con el club de golf Stonecreek. Además, cruzando la calle desde Paradise Valley Mall, muchas tiendas, Target, Costco, Walmart, Steinmart, REI, Big 5 Sporting Goods, Hobby Lobby, The Oink Cafe, IHOP, Chompie's Bakery & Bagels, Starbucks, Dutch Bros., Red Langosta, Outback, Olive Garden, LongHorn Steakhouse, In-N-Out Buger, Panera Bread Co., The Habit Burger Grill, Oregano's Pizza Bistro, Paradise Lounge, The Golden Wok, Baskin-Robbins, Chipotle Mexican Grill, Raising Cane's Chicken Fingers , McDonald's, etc., Picture Show Theatres. This was beautiful home with a great view.

The home has everything we needed. We really enjoyed Bev and Bud, they were very helpful and gave us some great ideas for area things to do. We had a great time at the pool and met many wonderful people. Hope we are able to move to this area. There are great places to eat within walking distance, also a great Mall.

Very nice,clean,well kept property

Bud and Bev Weekes condo was very comfortable and well appointed, had us wanting for nothing. The view from the outdoor balcony of the unit (4th floor) is incredible!!! And of course the weather was awesome ,mornings around 60 and afternoons in the high 80's. We used the walking trail that is adjacent to the property almost every morning, stopping at the Oink for breakfast before heading back to the condo to begin the rest of our day.

Relaxing and Comfortable Stay

Bev's condo was perfect for our one month stay. It's a great location. If you don't mind walking 1/2 mile or a little more, there's tons of stores and restaurants. Our favorite was Julio G's. Groceries just across the street made our long stay convenient. The condo was very clean and pretty quiet (maintenance workers started blowing leaves at 8:00 AM. Quiet condo neighborhood though. Furnishings we're excellent and the King bed exceptional. If we head down again, we'd definitely stay again.

Great location fab views good feel to the condo

Our 2nd time at this condo- we love it. Love the views as soon as u walk in the door and see the mountains in the distance. Wonderful large kitchen, Bev n Bud have made sure there is everything you need in it. The bed! Oooh so comfortable as is the lounge suite. It’s a home away from home. Bev n Bud were there to answer any questions and always very helpful. Great couple Look forward to our next visit Sue and Russ New Zealand

A true delight!

I had a wonderful stay at Bev and Bud’s condo. It was in a great location in Paradise Valley, the condo was incredibly comfortable and well-equipped, and the view from the balcony was amazing! I especially loved sitting out on the shaded balcony and watching the golfers, swimmers, walkers and hummingbirds. With the overhead fan going and the well-shaded table, the Arizona summer heat was even tolerable. The condo exceeded my expectations and Bev and Bud were great hosts. If I come back to the area, this place will be my top choice!

Love this condo!!

My husband and I stayed in this beautiful condo for the month of January, 2017. This condo is beautiful, the view-pool-golf course-mountains-is amazing. The condo has all the amenities we could ask for-the beautiful kitchen, gigantic shower, comfy bed. We were in a quiet, secluded area of the complex, yet were steps away from shopping, walking trails, restaurants. The owners, Bev and Bud, live in the next building and were available for anything if we needed them. I wholeheartedly recommend this place, will definitely come back again!

Home from Home!

We had a lovely holiday over Christmas at Bev & Bud's Condo. It was very relaxing and the view from the patio was beautiful. We spent many hours sat watching the golfers and the birds. We had a Humming Bird feeder that was very popular and we had countless visitors! The Condo was clean and spacious and had everything we could have wanted for our stay. Bev was on hand for any help that we might have needed. The location of the Condo was excellent, just across from the Mall and only a short walk to many restaurants with differing food types. We had a wonderful stay and will definitely come back here if we are back in Phoenix, it was everything we wanted and more. Thank you Bev & Bud!

Fantastic Property

The condo was just as indicated. The kitchen was fully stocked including spices and cooking supplies needed to cook. The bed and sheets are first class and so comfortable. The bed can be adjusted for many positions and even a massage. The view from the patio is of the pool, golf course and the distant mountains. The pool and hot tub are kept amazing clean as are the grounds.. Bev kept in touch throughout my stay. Things were so perfect that I didn't need anything.

This property was just as described; maybe even a little bit better. Bev and Bud were excellent hosts. They live in the complex and were attentive without being intrusive. Very nice people. I would definitely recommend this place for a vacation stay!

I've stayed at several condos in Anasazi but this condo was the best by far! Bev was a great host.

Well furnished & decorated. The kitchen was stocked with everything you might need for a simple breakfast to a full course dinner for four. Big screen tv and a comfy k sized bed for those long days on the golf course! The view of the pool, golf course and mountains from the 4th floor balcony we're amazing. I'll definitely be back. Thanks again, Bev.

Perfect Home

My stay was perfect! I am relocating to Arizona. Bev and Bud me feel like family and welcomed me to Arizona. The condo was so well appointed, I wanted for nothing. The location is perfect. The facilities at the condo are perfect. Bud and Bev are perfect hosts. I loved it!

My wife and I arrived on February 1, 2017 and were at the Weekes's condo for the month of February. This is a beautiful condo with everything in great shape ready to enjoy. Bev and Bud live in a building next door to this condo so they are very close. The condo has a stunning view from the balcony over looking the heated pool, the ninth fairway of Stone Creek golf course, and the mountains in the background. Wow it is a dream come true view. Golf, hike, entertain, take in the many offerings in the Phoenix, Scottsdale, AZ area and enjoy. If you like to read and soak up the sun take in the heated pool, hot tub, and enjoy, relax. Beautiful condo, location, view, etc. Thanks to the Weekes for taking such great care of this condo.

This property is a gem of the Paradise Valley area. It is definitely resort living with the 5 pools, (4 heated from October 1st thru April 30th) beautiful grounds for walking.
