The owner was very pleasant to communicate with and the home is beautiful and cozy. The home is conveniently located to Lake City downtown side street and was in a quiet area of town.

Great location and a wonderful property

Beautiful spacious home, well equipped with everything you could need for your visit. Lake City is a lovely, walkable town and this house is well positioned to access the great restaurants, shops, and local galleries. Easy access to the lake, hikes and 14'ers. Property manager is very responsive and great to work with. We will be back.

Wonderful House; Wonderful Host

The Host was incredible at communicating everything needed to ensure check in/check out was easy, and when she learned we were arriving late, she even stocked the refrigerator/freezer with several items for us given that stores/restaurants close early in Lake City. The house is beautiful, and it was probably the cleanest place I've stayed. When I come to Lake City again, I will for sure seek to stay here. Thank you!

Perfect for our family would give 10

We arrived and were very happy with the house location we had additional family about two doors away. The condition of the house was perfect my granddaughter picked her room right away and grandson was please with his choice also. The master bedroom and bathroom was awesome after day on Aline loop a good soak was great. Every supply needed was there bbq smoker we were unable to use it all wish we had stayed longer. We road bikes everywhere and large yard for games and walking distance to Climb and Euphoria. Both great places to eat! Hope to come back next year.

Perfect. This is exactly what I needed as a getaway!

This place was situated well to branch off in any direction. It had all the amenities I needed, and it was warm and very comfortable. Having access to laundry was nice, too. Lake City is a terrific little town that had the feel of a real town, not a ski town, so the locals are more colorful and the stories down at the Restless Spirit Saloon were just better. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. Beautiful area. You can't take a bad hike, drive, or stroll around town. I will be back next year!

Cozy and comfortable garage appartment

The apartment is located on the least crowded side of town and is very quiet except for the occasional sound of an ATV driving by. It is not a large apartment, but we had all the space we needed for the 2 of us, with a small balcony to sit and drink our coffee on in the mornings and see the mountains from. The owners were very friendly and made us feel very comfortable. We grilled on the charcoal grill one night and they also provided wood and a fire pit for a cozy fire on a cool evening. We would recommend it to a couple but probably a little small for a family if you are staying more than a couple nights. The apartment was also very clean and well furnished.
