Amplio y acogedor condominio de tres niveles con 4 habitaciones, 2 baños completos, además de un enorme altillo con cama de tamaño completo, sofá, sillón, chimenea y gran televisor LCD. Duerme 12 cómodamente. Esta unidad es una de las más grandes de Lake City y es capaz de alojar cómodamente a dos familias, por mucho menos de lo que cabría esperar. Está ubicado en una comunidad exclusiva con convenio en Slumgullion Creek (hoguera justo al lado del arroyo). y está a solo 100 yardas del acceso público al lago San Cristóbal.

El nivel principal tiene la sala de estar, amplia cocina actualizada, baño completo y dos habitaciones privadas, cada una con camas queen. El nivel inferior tiene una suite principal y baño, lavadora / secadora y sala de literas con 4 gemelos. El nivel superior es el acogedor loft con cama de tamaño completo, TV LCD de 55 "con DirecTV, chimenea de gas, sofá, sillón y silla y una pequeña mesa de comedor. Fuerte servicio de wifi adecuado para la transmisión.

Salga al Alpine Loop directamente desde el condominio sin tener que remolcar. Y hay mucho espacio para estacionar sus remolques.

Great condo, just a quick walk away from Lake San Cristobal. Very clean and spacious. Don, the host, is super nice and helped us find a lost sentimental item. I highly recommend a stay here.

Relaxation and riding trails

We enjoyed the location and the accommodations were very nice. We brought side x sides and spent most of our time on the trail system. There are a lot of stairs involved in our unit so keep that in mind. Combine it with the altitude and it can war on you.

Amazing, Overall

This property was a wonderful place for my family, my brother's family, and my parents to stay upon visiting Lake City. There was plenty of room to stretch out and have privacy. Our kids, ages 6-11, really loved playing in the creek in front of the condo and did that daily. The beds were comfy albeit kind of squeaky. There is limited internet access at the condo. I wouldn't plan on doing too much on your phone or laptop--this was mostly okay with us, except that a couple of us needed to do some work. We were able to complete things, but it took longer. As mentioned in other reviews, the upper room gets warm during the day, but was fine at night with open windows offering cooler air. The owner was easy to communicate with. We really enjoyed the use of the kayaks, but unfortunately one of them had a gash in the bottom that caused it to sink. Thankfully we figured that out very close to shore. We would stay here again; however, I was told by the owner that the property only slept 10 and that we would be charged an additional fee since we had 11 people staying. It became clear after arriving that this property is 100% meant to sleep 12 as there was one king bed, three queen beds, and four twin beds. I was willing to pay for the additional guest that I thought would need to sleep on the floor on an air mattress, but after seeing there were more than enough beds to accommodate our 11 guests, I felt slighted. I believe we should be reimbursed for that extra cost.

This condo was great, and had everything we needed! Our grandkids loved going to the creek. It is literally right there. It’s closer than I thought it would be from the description. I loved my early morning walks to the lake. The view is gorgeous, and if you go down the road early in the morning you can see the mountain reflecting in the lake!! The bunk room was perfect for kids! We were there first week in June- so peaceful! Loved our time here!

Great Family Getaway!

The property owners were very nice and easy to communicate with. This is a great stay for multiple groups of family members because of the multi levels. We really loved it! The kitchen was a perfect community center. We had family dinners every night. The upstairs got a little hot, but it was pretty warm weather during our stay, and it was just a family room, so no one had to sleep up there. We would stay here again.

Wonderful stay on the lake

We had a fantastic time at this charming condo. The beds are comfortable, the pillows and linens are clean, and the kitchen is well-appointed… and the location is amazing. We especially appreciated access to canoes and the lovely fire pit next to the creek. The owners/property managers were great to work with, and they contacted us before, during, and after our stay to make sure everything was great.. and it was!

Ice climber’s paradise

We were so happy to have found this place that was able to accommodate all 10 of our ice climbing friends. We had plenty of room for all, plus a cozy loft space for us to all play cards. The house was very clean and the property owners checked in with me to make sure all went well. Great communication, 10 minutes from the ice park, and amazing views of the mountains and lake from the balconies. Have already booked twice and will certainly be back for more!

Great Place to Stay in Lake City

Google maps is a little funky with the actual address, so make sure to look out for signs directing you towards the Inn - I'd recommend putting the GPS coordinates or a pin link on the VRBO site. We all enjoyed our stay and all the spices and cookware were nice to have. It's a bit outside of town which is slightly inconvenient, but more than makes up for it with the lake and mountain views! Owner was easy to communicate with and we didn't have any issues with the property.

Relaxing getaway

This property worked very well for our family getaway. Condo was a perfect size, appropriately stocked, clean, and conveniently located. The hosts had great communication. Would recommend!

Family Vacation

This was the perfect location for our family. We also rented the DeLoach Cabin (Which is nearby) and was able to have 20 family members. The small stream in front of condo was ideal for the littles to play in for hours at a time. We were able to grill and also use the outside cook fire ring at the cabin. The lake is right there and so easily accessible. Owners were a dream to work with. We have already booked for next year--it's that good.

Quiet, secluded winter stay

Stayed at the condo in January to ice climb in Lake City for a few days. It’s a big place, cozy, warm, and well equipped. We cooked all our meals as most places are closed during the winter. Big kitchen and dining table. We did not use the bunk beds but did use the three bedrooms. Beds were comfortable. Plenty of pillows and blankets. Our group would certainly stay here again. Owners communicated well and responded quickly to our questions.

Lake San Cristobal

Absolutely beautiful location with a spacious family condo. Good amenities and friendly communicative host. Place had clean bathrooms and linens with a nice adequate kitchen. It was quiet. Only downside was the place needs an overall deep cleaning and some minor maintenance of leaky faucets, get the trash under the beds and crumbs, baseboard and fan type dust, etc. Even with the less than sparkling clean, I’d stay here again.

Nice to be right on the trail

It was great to be able to ride right from the trails. Trailer parking was across the road and down by the lake. We had 10 people staying there and we ran out of trash bags half way through our stay. The information book was out of date and frankly somewhat condescending, but the property manager answered questions promptly. The condo was clean, but the beds were pretty uncomfortable and some felt like the frames could fall apart. But it was definitely nice to have hot water and washer and dryer available. And the TV room upstairs was the most popular place in the condo!

Beautiful view!

Can’t beat the view and location for the price! The view is gorgeous!! The perfect spot between lake city and the alpine loop! Walking distance to the lake. The owner was great at communication and quick to respond as we quickly ran out of trash bags and toilet paper. Just a note the middle level floor is super squeaky near bathroom and bedrooms. It’s above the king bed / bunk beds on lower level. We just used our sound machine to help cover the noise.
