Amazing Vacation

The house is so nice and the pool and hot tub are amazing. It is a pretty quiet neighborhood and felt very safe while in the guarded community. Would recommend and plan to stay here again. Kids loved it.

Amazing

It was amazing amd beyond everything we thought. We are going back to Florida next year and will to try and stay here again. I would highly recommend this property.

Great getaway

The property was fantastic for our girls getaway. It was very clean and well kept. The pool and hot tub exceeded expectations and it was so nice having the privacy. The neighborhood was quite and well kept. Definitely planning in coming back next year.

Eh... probably wouldn't book here again

House was big enough. Pool is tiny and was full of algae. I called the owner and he said he would have someone come clean it, needless to say we stayed there for 8 days and never used the pool. The garden tub in the master was full of dead flies and the bath towels in the master closet looked like they were used and just thrown in there. I was given the wrong door code and had to keep calling the manager with no answer. Finally after reaching out on the app, I received a call. I drove for 12 hours that day and didn't need that nonsense. I travel to Florida at least 6 times a year and I will say, I won't come running back there.

House needs some TLC

This home needs some upkeep. It was 50/60 if you were going to jave hot water. Carpet in thee master bedroom was snagged and pulled up. Some of the electric outlets didnt work. I have cleaned rental properties on Kiawah Island, SC and on The Isle of Palms SC. This house was definitely not cleaned properly. We had to vacuum the rug in the living room because my husband stepped on something sharp in the rug. There was food and dirt behind the furniture. I was very disappointed with this home. The write up on it was definitely not accurate.

This people Re thief they have over charge me. For no reason. We left that house completely cleaned. And two weeks after they charge for cleaning. Wen. Mantanse is included in the. Price. Om g. I am furious 😭. This is no fair or professional. I will dispute this.

Good & Not so Good

Traveled to Florida with family for the interment of my father. Stayed 9 days. Large and spacious house. Kitchen is in great condition and extremely well stocked with dishes, pots/pans & utensils. Only missing a cheese grater. Bathrooms were all functional and in good condition. House cleaners need to move furniture when cleaning. Area under sofa was very dirty with lots of food scraps, popcorn, hair ties... Bedspreads and throw pillows have stains and need to be replaced. All blankets need laundering. Carpet is in all bedrooms and is in extreme need of replacing with numerous stains, rips and ripples. Paid extra to heat pool/spa but discovered heat was not working. Contacted property management who was very responsive. We lost 2 days of heat. No information was available regarding garbage or recycle collection days. No instruction for operation of the living room TV, which is different than ROKU in bedrooms. Someone had turned the cable box off so it took some troubleshooting before it was useable. No information was provided regarding entering the gated community or what is required for guests to enter. Also, each guard had different requirements. A little inexpensive TLC and some scrubbing could easily make this place a 5 star.

Family Vacation in FL

The house was very nice & a great neighborhood. The listing was a bit misleading, it did not list the heat for the hot tub would be an extra expense & had to be set up prior to the visit. As well as the extra expense for the use of the bbq grill. Those should be made very clear to the renter. Other than that, it was close to the parks & attractions, we had a great time.

Great location, Lots of space, Clean

My family booked this property because we went to the parks and golfing. The house is very spacious and we had almost everything we needed. I'm a OCD cleaner and it was clean when we arrived but I also go in and clean before I unpack. There are only three TV's in the house - master bedroom, queen bedroom and living room. The directions are a must - these were included in a binder on the table. The trash situation was a little tricky because we arrived late night on a Sunday and the cans were already full. Monday we got up early went straight to Disney and the cans were still full when we got home - trash wasn't emptied until Tuesday. We prob could have called the management company but didn't. We weren't in the rental a lot and didn't have much trash. The hot tub did not get warm - again we have teenagers and they were perfectly fine with the pool. I felt like the area was safe and didn't hear or hardly saw any other neighbors. We played several rounds at the Falcon's Fire Golf Club and was impressed with the pricing for a round of golf. We did venture to downtown Orlando and had dinner at Kres Chophouse and it was delicious. We're from Nashville so this steakhouse was your typical modern edgy restaurant not for little kids.

The pictures for this property does it absolutely NO justice ! It was beyond our expectations! Check in was a breeze and out as well !! Very clean and the kids loved it literally from the time we pulled up !!!! I would definitely stay here again !!!!

Holiday Home

My family and I stayed at this property for Christmas. The property was beautiful and in a great neighborhood. There were dirty pitchers under the cabinet and some of the sheets weren’t clean but those were easy fixes. The price of the property was reasonable for the time spent there as well.

Beware: Non Responsive & Kept Damage Deposit

We were told we broke a tv (cracked screen that could only be seen if tv was turned on apparently) and would not be refunded our damage deposit. The tv in this particular bedroom was never used during our stay. Two adults occupied the room and never had a need to be near the tv as we were rarely there. Owner and property manager were to investigate whether the cleaning lady may have damaged the tv. I have not heard back from either. Beware the pool and hot tub need to be heated for an additional cost per day. House was nice. Neighborhood was ok. Very disappointed in being accused of breaking a tv, not receiving my damage deposit and not receiving a response back from owner or property manager. I would not rent again due to this.

Very clean and well taken care of!

Plus the pool heat actually heated the pool in December! My family and I enjoyed using that on Christmas Day! Well stocked and over all wonderful! I’d recommend and stay again! (Also beds are comfortable!!!!!)
