Frente al mar - Playa privada!

Nuestra casa de playa es espectacular "en la arena", ofreciendo su propia playa privada, mientras que ofrece vistas de aguas blancas y los sonidos del océano calmantes (escuche el surf en todas las habitaciones). Cuenta con una decoración playera brillante y un lugar tranquilo - convenientemente situado a medio camino entre el pueblo de Carlsbad y el Pier en Oceanside (caminamos en la arena para ambos).

Esta casa totalmente renovado está totalmente amueblada (nos relajamos aquí con frecuencia) y ofrece amplias vistas al mar de La Jolla para Catalina. Usted puede ver los delfines juegan o las ballenas pico de la sala de estar, terraza, o en la playa.

Por la noche, visite uno de los restaurantes de la zona o simplemente cenar en la playa mientras ve la hermosa puesta de sol sobre el Pacífico. Durante el día, podrá relajarse en la playa o disfrutar de las numerosas actividades que son exclusivas de este fabuloso destino.

Hay 3 unidades diferentes. Unidad A (2 Bd, 1 Ba - 6 plazas), Unidad B (2 Bd, 2 Ba - 6 personas), y la unidad C (1 Bd, 1 Ba - Capacidad 4). Unidad A es VRBO # 882233, Unidad B es VRBO # 882234, y las 3 unidades son VRBO # 882235.

Las unidades están dispuestas verticalmente con la Unidad de A en el nivel de la calle, Unidad B en el medio, y la Unidad de C en el nivel de la arena. Todas las 3 unidades frente a la costa, tienen cubiertas frente al mar, y compartir la playa privada.

Nuestra casa de playa está "bien cuidado", ya que personalmente (así como nuestra familia) quedamos en las 3 unidades, y tenemos acceso inalámbrico a Internet de banda ancha. Con los años, hemos tenido 100s de playa también amar encantados.

Fantastic location in Oceanside. My husband and I and our son stayed for a weekend. Although it was October, the weather was perfect. We got up every morning and drank our coffee while watching the waves, surfers and dolphins. The house is super clean and well stocked. The neighborhood is lovely and Oceanside is laid back with some great restaurants. (Be sure to grab a breakfast taco at the Buccaneer Cafe down the street during your stay!)

Property owner did not know that the property had not been cleaned after last renter. Property owner did a fantastic job taking care of the situation. We highly recommend the rental of this property to everyone. It is a very good location and peaceful. We were even able to watch the dolphins play from the breakfast table.

Great Hosts

Everything went great. Hosts were awesome! Super easy to work with. Quiet beach which was nice. Lots of surfers and dolphins in the ocean in front of us.

Perfect

This was exactly what I was looking for. A place to access the beach and watch the ocean. The host was very kind and conscientious, and quick to respond to communications. The apartment was clean and well-equipped. Not an issue for me but those with mobility issues should be aware that there are a number of stairs to navigate to get to the lower unit, and stairs and rocks to navigate to access the beach when the tide is out. However, there’s easy public access to the beach very close by. Nice residential location. Highly.recommend this host and property. Morning coffee watching the tide, dolphins, pelicans couldn’t have been better. I hope to enjoy this wonderful spot again.

Can't pick your neighbors

The C apartment was very cute and comfortable. Unfortunately when anyone walks in the unit above you, or talks, you can hear it clearly. We had terrible people above us who came home a little after 2:00 AM and proceeded to talk loudly, drag chairs across the floor, and walk around a lot! I think they may have had a dog because I heard little nails on the floor. The stayed up for over an hour after getting home and I wasn't able to sleep until they went to bed. It was very annoying. The only thing the unit needed that it didn't have was shampoo. Otherwise, everything you needed was there - and more!

Wonderful Location and Hosts

Perfect Getaway

This was the perfect place for a relaxing getaway. The view from inside and the porch area was amazing! And all you had to do was leave a window open or the door open and you could listen to the ocean. There are a few steps to go down to get to ocean itself from the beachy yard area but very easy to do and the it's so nice to walk along the soft sand at the ocean. We walked to 1.3 miles from the house to the pier along the beach and then back after getting a nice meal and it was a nice walk. We'll definitely be looking at coming back to this location again!

Never slow ocean moment

We loved this place, while yes, the beach down below was missing everyday cause of the tide being high, the sound of the water crash on the rocks and into the yard were great. All the surfers we got to watch and the many dolphins that swam through, with the surfers and jumped the waves were what we enjoyed. Our unit was the smallest but was perfect for the two of us. If we were not sleeping, we were on the front porch or had the French door open and watching from the couches. If you are the bottom unit, you will hear upstairs people, sure it is the same with middle, but really was not that loud. Was able to park right in front every day. I wanted to take the porch and ocean view home with me. We also did enjoy all the military helicopters too. If you get a chance take the whale watching tour, we saw two whales that stuck around us for about an hour and on our way back saw 200-400 dolphins jumping waves and swimming towards us.

Girls Trip

We stayed in unit C love the patio area and the little yard. Up stairs was very noisy and made it hard to sleep at night. The Manager was very nice and helpful.I would stay here again but I would stay in the top unit with no one above me.My Truck was hit by someone while being parked in front of the place on the street not a good place to park.

Perfect stay…Definite do over!

Absolutely loved it here. It was so relaxing and quaint that we barely left the property. We sat outside looking out at the ocean, listening to the waves all day… it was a perfect place to stay for a much needed relaxing weekend. This is a definite do over… again and again. Can’t say enough about this place. Loved it.

Nice beach cottage

This cottage on the beach is slightly worn but totally comfortable and livable. The photographs show a beach between the stairs from the property and the ocean, but recent storms and weather in the area meant that even at low tide, there was no beach. Not a big problem; water levels are typically higher in winter. Stargazing from the deck was a plus. An enjoyable stay!

Por qué escogió este alojamiento

We had long desired to have a beachfront home and when we found this gem we were thrilled. We selected this area because it is right in the middle of a beautiful wide sandy beach that stretches for 3 miles from the village of Carlsbad to the pier in Oceanside. We also liked the fact that the house was located in a less dense area with mostly beach homes. Most of all we were excited by the private beach and the fact that we didn’t have to cross a street or get in a car to enjoy the ocean!
