Very nice condo, furnishing are nice and well kept. Kitchen is well equipped with everything you’ll need. TVs in both bedrooms and the living room too. Both bathrooms are exactly the same size which was good for us. The second bedroom has a bunk bed in it & queen bed but the description of the rooms didn’t specify this. It apparently has been changed but not changed on the VRBO description. Wasn’t an issue for us but needs to be corrected. This first floor condo is actually up one flight of steps. Not an issue for us & used the steps many times instead of waiting on the elevator. The balcony is very nice with a table & 4 chairs overlooking a beautiful courtyard area that is maintained perfectly-looks like a golf course! Swimming pool & beach access is not too far away from this condo which is nice. Gated community is also a plus!

Great family vacation

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This unit was very nice, clean and well appointed. Housekeeping missed a few spots to clean ( under sofa and crumbs in the sofa bed) but it was minimal. Overall a great stay. Convenient to Coligny area. Nice pool and hot tub. Close to the beach. Nice view from balcony.

Check in was easy as we received a packet several days prior to our vacation. Parking was a little confusing because you can’t tell if spots are assigned or not. Property was very clean, had all of the amenities and is in a great location. We were able to walk to just about everything.

Amazing family vacation spot!

We loved this condo! The place was clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully stocked for a great family retreat. The complex’s heated pool and proximity to shops, restaurants, and activities were a huge plus as the kids could walk and explore without us. I would highly recommend Hilton Head and this unit.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have visited Hilton Head periodically for the past ten years. This was the first time staying at Shorewood. We will definitely return. By far one of the top properties we have stayed at. The property is clean and well maintained. The zero entry pool is perfect for our young kids. This unit is immaculate. Very up to date and well maintained. It had everything we needed for our stay including puzzles for our kids. I would recommend staying here and will be back.

Family Vacation

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great location, very nice condo with a great pool. My only negative was the management company. One trash bag in the condo and no salt and pepper. They finally brought a couple of bags over after multiple exchanges and them telling me that their 7 different cleaning crews "starter kit" includes one bag and the salt and pepper were oversights on their part. One trash bag means everyone buys their own while there and either uses them all, or takes them home with them OR the cleaning company takes them and uses them as their "starter kits" (I'm guessing third option). I bought trash bags (and S&P) before the mgmt company finally brought some over and I left them there for the next guest. Kinda how its supposed to work. We also left the laundry detergent we purchased for the next guests to use, assuming the crews left it.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Location was fantastic being right on the beach and very close to Coligny. Condo was very clean and had a beautiful view. Pool was nice and had a ton of space around it. Only thing that I did not like was I never received a call telling us the condo was ready as the packet I received told us they would. I know they need time to clean the place as there was a 10:00 checkout and 4:00 check in but we came in on a Monday and it did not look like it was rented the day before we came. Would have been nice to get in there earlier and that is a huge selling point too as most people are getting on the island before 4:00. That being said, I would still highly recommend this place and I would stay there again.

Nice Stay!

The condo was accurately depicted in the pictures. The management company communicated and sent packet of information in a timely manner. The location to the beach was great and easy to reach for us and our kids. It was also really close to coligny plaza and a great park.

Anniversary trip

HH is our favorite place to go and have been more than a two dozen times and this is the best comdo we have stayed. Furniture was nice loved the swivel rocker. Kitchen fully stocked only complaint no cutting board..we managed 😀. One of the nicest features is the pathway way to the beach through the dunes. After the boardwalk ends there is a beach access mat that runs past the dunes making it very easy access for cooler, beach buggies and elderly.

Great beachfront condo

We really enjoyed our stay here , condo was clean and comfortable. Only suggestions would be to update tv’s for smart features (more kid friendly ) .

Overall, happy with the trip. Condo was clean and neat. Location was convenient. Did have a few instances of late night noise at the pool and nearby smoking on the balconies when the property is supposed to be smoke-free

This was a great and convenient condo. The location is perfect for older teens to explore around by themselves. Beach access is super easy. Pool and paths are right there. This is our second year at Shorewood and we loved it.

Perfect Vacation

We've been to HHI a few times, but this was by far our most relaxing trip and this rental was fantastic. Perfect size for our family of 4 and a great location. We do so much driving in our day-to-day lives that it was nice to be able to walk or bike to most of what we did throughout the week. We hope to be back!

The location was awesome. We could walk right out to the beach. Condo was comfortable, clean and well stocked with everything you needed. The location was safe and quiet. We really enjoyed our stay.

Great for Families in Prime Location!

We have kids 5 and under, and the condo, amenities and area were perfect! We pretty much walked everywhere including an AMAZING nearby playground, shops and restaurants. Saved us having to buckle and unbuckle for quick trips, which is a bonus! They LOVED the zero entrance pool and kiddie pool. The walk to beach was easy having to tote all accessories and kid swag. Will definitely book here for future stays, which we do annually!
