Great location

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We loved the location and the kitchen was well stocked with necessary cooking/dining equipment. However, we noticed spider webs in the kitchen and master bathroom. We did see multiple bugs and several spiders in the house during our stay.

Long term stay

While the proximity of the villa is good for getting to the beach. The inside is dated and it shows. The furniture and storage is poor. The villa needs a fresh count a paint and just some love to it. The stairs to the upstairs are very difficult to navigate and I would highly recommend adjusting the villa to a 2 bedroom instead of 3 with how difficult the upstairs is to access.The laundry setup is terrible and the units needs to be replaced. I had to always run the dryer for the full time at least twice per load no matter the size of load and the washer is very old and I am not sure it is cleaning that well as there is only one cycle.Lastly there is poor storage in the kitchen and no true space for a mini pantry for groceries no matter how long your stay isI would not recommend the property to anyone until these issues are resolved.I am also unimpressed with the management company.

Wonderful stay!

Needs better housecleaning

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Unfortunately, we had a late check-in (after 4 pm) due to the housekeeping staff being late in getting there. Upon entry, we discovered many (8) housecleaning issues (for example: counters and table not wiped off well, floors not vacuumed and swept well, dead cockroach near sliding door, etc.) so we alerted Sea Turtle Getaways. Heaven knows if they even mopped (doubtful). The housecleaning staff was not happy about returning to say the least and put forth minimal effort, so we were delayed even more.Cleanliness is very important for a week-long stay, and dirty floors, bathrooms, etc. are not acceptable. As far as the villa itself, it could update the bathrooms, washing machine and dishwasher. We had to plunge the bathroom sinks and bathtub numerous times because of bad drainage. The deck and steps were in need of pressure washing too and should be at least swept before rentals. The housekeeper said she does not do that.I would suggest future renters inspect the property upon entry. Hopefully management will employ a different housecleaning service.

Quiet Space With Great Beach Access

64 Night Heron was one of our favorite properties we have stayed at. You can't beat the location! Access to the bike trails and the beach can't be beat!

Great spot-central and super cute

Great spot. Super cute furnishings and comfortable beds. Totally fine for 6 ppl. Management company was great. Small tips to management: paint the rusty medicine cabinet, Kleenex would be helpful.

Great house for a family.

There was plenty of room for our group of 7 (2 parents and 5 boys aged 16 - 22). Beds were comfortable. There were no bugs, and everything was very clean. The location was only a few minutes from the beach and lots of stuff to do. We would be happy to stay here again!

This small home is all we needed for our three-night-get-away. Decorated nicely. The bathrooms are older, but functioned properly. Very easy walk to the beach. There were no tissues provided, but other starter basics were in the home. We were mailed a check-in packet. I understand that may be necessary for the car passes, but an email with check-in info (property codes) would be nicer. The neighborhood was very quiet.

Home was clean. Accommodated all 4 adults plus 3 children. Close to pool and beach. Both pool and beach were not crowded. Location was close to everything we needed.

Quiet and Relaxing Sea Pine’s location

Thank you for the relaxing week in a bright home. Nice second floor deck with a lagoon view , neighbors are not particularity close so it all feels private. Beautiful floors, easy to clean. Tasteful, pretty, large canvas on the walls. We greatly enjoyed the outdoor shower that offers full privacy. The two bedrooms are super private. The third has no full walls and is only accessible by a steep circular staircase so maybe not fully accessible for small kids or elderly. Well equipped kitchen with a number of small appliances at the ready. EVERYTHING had a place and there was space in the pantry for our supplies. No option for grilling. Bring your own beach accessories. About 10min leisurely walk to the beach, most of it due to the long beach access trail. Helena

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The property was overpriced based on the condition. A burner on the stove didn’t work. The washer and dryer are in bad condition not to mention I needed a chair to be able to turn the dryer on. The pillows were filthy and should definitely be replaced. There was not a full size ironing board.

Not what was expected

There were so many areas to address, not sure where to begin. Floor in kitchen is bowed. No toilet paper. One small body wash sample in each shower. The vents are disgusting. Water damage on the wall in kitchen. The address sign was sitting on the ground instead of on the house. Shower didn’t even have a drain in it. Shower curtain has mold on the bottom of it. Windows haven’t been cleaned the outside chairs for the beach are disgusting ( new ones at dicks $9.99) toilet seats chipped. The medicine cabinet is filled with bugs. In summary, you have a very good photographer.

Would have been 5 star EXCEPT…..

The area is great! The walk to the beach was easy and my kids LOVED the pool. The house was nestled in a very natural setting and the community was active and quiet. The house was very cute and comfortable. I would have given it 5 stars EXCEPT…..we got there very late, I ran into the soon to be closing store to get food to make a late dinner for my hungry teens, I started cooking and there was NO trash bag, NO dish soap, NO dishwasher soap, NO hand soap…. Nothing. I have never experienced this in a house rental in 50 years of living. I had raw chicken on my hands and had to rummage through my bags to find my own body soap to wash up with. Then I had to go to bed with a sink full of dirty dishes and trash all over the counter because there were no bags. It was annoying and disrespectful. They advertise that they have bags, soap ect to get through the first few days. Bring EVERYTHING because there is nothing. Not even salt. Just nothing

Great place that just needs some extra cleaning

We overall loved staying here! The view was great and the walk to the beach was perfect! We just wished that the place was cleaner, specifically, there were hundreds of dead gnats when you opened up the window shades and there were lots of cobwebs throughout the house.

The nature was awesome

The nature was awesome except alligators everywhere it made this mama stress out with young ones When we arrived the lighting was awful , my parents went with us and it was a hazard for my dad not to have lighting . The descriptions to this property was not correct . The beach is NOT a 4 min walk at all . Your not allowed to have any motorized scooters ,golf carts on the property you can only rent “bikes” . The pool was disgusting! Mold everywhere . When we arrived to our place it was not clean at all . The dryer was compacted with lent . The so called exterminator only came in to spray 1-2 base boards . Everything is a drive . We will not stay at this property ever again
