Situada en la ladera de una colina, en forma de anfiteatro natural y frente al océano, goza de una fabulosa vista sobre la capital de la isla de Madeira, llamada cariñosamente "la perla del Atlántico".



No en vano se le dio el nombre de "Villa Bela": es muy bonita.

Es moderna, cómoda y funcional. La luz entra a raudales, los espacios son generosos y está decorada con mucho carácter.



En las zonas de estar, tanto en el interior como en la terraza, hay cómodos sofás, cuidadosamente dispuestos para que pueda aprovechar al máximo las fabulosas vistas al mar.

The management team was beyond excellent! The met us at the house upon our arrival and showed us everything about the house. The came back again to help us with some instructions on the kitchen appliances. The views form the house are exceptional! 30/10/25 We all would love to stay here again!

We had a group of 9 adults staying for 4 days at this beautiful villa in the mid of October. We all enjoyed it to the fullest. It has everything you need for luxury and comfortable stay. Laundry, dryer, grill, heated pool and jacuzzi. View with the sunset was a cherry on the top!!! Just one thing to note, the 4th room is in the basement and doesn’t have windows, but it is cozy. Claudia and Gustavo are very attentive and professional managers. They made sure everything was ok and helped us with all the questions and needs right away. I would decently recommend and stay at this place again. 17/10/25

The house was really well located, very clean, extremely comfortable and had all necessary utensils, etc. We really appreciated the jacuzzi and the sauna. res. Dec 30, 2023 I can't think of anything that needs improving.

Our host was so friendly and communicative, she was super helpful. The location - be prepared for some serious hills to/from downtown (or grabbing a cab) but it is totally worth it for the view 25/10/24

The villa has a breathtaking view

The villa has a breathtaking view. The contact with the owner was easy, fast and helpful. We were a group of 9 and enjoyed the house a lot. *If you have a car you need to be a good driver because the street is very steep. *You need to be conscious that the 4th room is located in the garage and has no window.

House is wonderful but needs some work done toilet in one of the rooms smelled very bad unbearable Washer old Dryer too long to dry Microwave not working well Speakers connected to someone that was previously staying there or lived there. Cameras connected no privacy.

We enjoyed having a place we could prepare a meal while enjoying the breathtaking views. 11/05/24 Changing the setting on the motion sensor lights in wardrobe areas, especially the master. The lights wouldn’t just stay on. Constant on/off was frustrating when getting ready.

This is a beautiful Villa with the most incredible views. The house is big, with private spaces and comfortable common areas. Claudia, the hosts, is simply the best and arranged for a beautiful Bday surprise. The location is easy and central and convenient to markets and interest spots. On the con side, given the price I think the Villa could benefit from more personal and luxury items like more towels and sheets, bathroom essentials, basic foods like water and coffee, ice, and maybe some snacks. They can also incorporate games, and other fun amenities to make your stay a more unique and reflective of what you pay. I would stay here again with my friends any day. Dieses Feriendomizil hat den Namen Villa wirklich verdient. Die Lage, Ausstattung und der amtemberaubende Ausblick sind nach unserer Meinung schwer zu toppen. Wir kommen definitiv wieder.

Amazing villa with fantastic views

Had a great week at this very modern stylish villa with my family. Check in was very smooth and nothing was too much trouble. There were a few minor issues but Claudia was quick to respond to help or sort out and the communication was great. The Villa needs a little TLC maybe due to being empty for so long during covid but nothing that spoilt our holiday. Would definitely recommend for families with babies (still not crawling or walking) or older children due to the design. There are a few shops within walking distance but as the villa is on an extremely steep hill I would not recommended the walk for the less able. We had cars for the week which is a must. Overall it was a fantastic break away.

Stunning views

The villa is modern, completely private with huge open plan kitchen and living room. Very well equipped kitchen, BBQ area could be at the front of the house, would feel a bit more social otherwise it is very professional just in a wrong place in my opinion. All three bedrooms upstairs have stunning view, master bedroom is very big, therefore great if you got a child as plenty room to play. The villa is located on the hill, but that’s the beauty of Madeira, so not possible to go out with pushchair or wheelchair, definitely need taxi or a car to go around. Driving distance to town aprox. 10min, taxi €10- €15. The property manager is super helpful and she saved me when I went to town and forgot my keys! She came especially to open the villa for me. Jacuzzi wasn’t working, which we only find out after we made a reservation- I think there should be an update about this on the website. Overall very good experience and we all had lovely and relaxing time. Thank you.

Amazing villa with stunning views over Funchal

As a multigenerational family group with a 1 Year old we were looking for comfort and space. The villa more than exceeded our expectations. We were met by Claudia who had arranged a welcome pack for us and showed us the facilities. The views were stunning and we all enjoyed the heated pool and jacuzzi. There was plenty of space for us all and although only there for 4 days we did manage a bar-b-que one evening. We had a car so we could get into Funchal easily but there was a good fruit shop and bakery a short walk away (a bit of a steep climb back) and we also made use of the bus to get into Funchal on one occasion. The botanic gardens could be reached on foot (30mins) and from there the cablecar could be used to reach Monte and the toboggan run. The villa was very clean and well equipped with cot and high chair provided and Claudia gave us lots of ideas for restaurants. I would thoroughly recommend it. We did have a slight problem finding it and perhaps a little sketch map from the church would be useful. It might also help to have some written instructions for tv, music and appliances as verbal instructions are easily forgotten. All in all a wonderful villa in a stunning position.

Amazing villa with a stunning view

My family and friends stayed here for a few days and what an amazing villa this is, the view leaves you breathless and it’s the location was great. Nancy the manager looked after us soo well, gave us great info on where to eat and tourist info which was very helpful of her. Can’t wait to go back

Absolutely fantastic!

This house is beautiful. It is perfectly located, close to Funchal. Amazing views of the area and the bay. The view at night is spectacular. You can walk to a few small shops or drive in to Funchal in 5 minutes. You could walk in to Funchal too but be prepared for very steep hill up and down! Claudia, the manager was so friendly and helpful. She was very responsive to every request and gave us some fantastic recommendations for activities and restaurants. She arranged a private chef for us and it was an evening to remember. We’d highly recommend this experience with Raul, if you get a chance. We were sad to leave and plan to return very soon. Great house, great island!

Extended Family Trip

We booked the villa to enjoy a family holiday of 9 people across 3 generations and everyone had a really good time. The views are amazing over the bay towards Funchal and it certainly is the best view any of us have ever had from a jaccuzi! Paying to get the pool heated was well worth it as despite the weather not being that warm, we all had lots of fun swimming every day. Claudia the owner was very helpful and certainly enabled the holiday to run smoothly from start to finish. For example, from a list I provided bought food shopping on our behalf, which was really helpful as we arrived at the villa late in the evening.There is however a few local shops within a five minute walk that has pretty much everything you could need, and a brilliant bakery. The villa is very modern and spotlessly clean. The 3 bedrooms upstairs have fabulous views. The only negative point I would make is about the 4th bedroom, which is located in the basement. This is for 4 people and the room has no window and although nicely furnished is quite a difference to the others. As a family the men gallantly agreed to take this room, but this might be a bit of a niggle for a group of 5 couples. I would happily recommend the villa as superb for 6 people; great for a larger group as long as OK with the 4th bedroom. Overall a really super location with a really helpful friendly owner...and we would certainly think about returning. Jean and family
