Great location and views. Adequate amenities but need to be updated. Same with furniture and decor. Unit was smaller than expected and large furniture compounded that feeling.Overall, unit worked well for my stay.

Place was nice and cozy. The kitchen is small but it was fine for the amount of time we were there. The view was wonderful and it was nice that chairs were provided. The umbrellas didn’t work so we had to rent an umbrella. The blinds in the master bedroom need to be replaced but it was wonderful to have a view of the ocean from the master. The place is nice and in a great location.

Even more beautiful in person

Everything was perfect. The condo is absolutely beautiful and the beds were so comfortable. Elevators were fast, the water was perfect and the sunsets were incredible. Easy walk to eat, get donuts or ice cream.

Awesome Beach view…..the kitchen really needed cleaning….the dishes I used I run the dishwasher first…I used many wet paper towels wiping off counter tops with left over crumbs, coffee grounds etc. handles on refrigerator, dishwasher etc. the sink really needs soft scrubbing…..I understand a housekeeper has a lot of territory to cover…..I feel for them! Yes, we enjoyed your unit, loved your decor….wish I could find a bowl like the one you have on the table! Sure enjoyed meeting you both….Bill has shared your stories with our children

We’ve stayed at One Seagrove multiple times and it’s so convenient. It can’t get any easier with the beach access and proximity to Seaside. The condo itself was really dirty. Crushed up goldfish under the table, hair along the baseboards of every room, mold on the ceiling in the bathroom. It really just seemed like they hadn’t gotten it cleaned in a long long time. Yes, there were fresh sheets and towels but that was about it. It definitely needs a deep clean.

Venue was breathtaking. I and my family had a relaxing stay. The HVAC in the condo did not seem to work, but really didn’t need it due to outside temperatures.

Great fall retreat

We enjoyed our stay at this condo. Loved all the extra pillows and blankets. Always appreciate those at a beach place! It was a beautiful view, great location and great communication with host! Would choose again!

Our family of 5 had a wonderful stay at this beautiful condo. The listing was exactly as described - right on the beach with a heated pool (which was absolutely key in March). We would definitely recommend!

Our week in Seagrove Beach

We had such an enjoyable, relaxing stay at Mr. Sandman in One Seagrove Place. The condo is beautifully decorated, and our host, Ann, even provides beach chairs, umbrellas, and a wagon. It is convenient to the restaurants we enjoy and to shopping. I would highly recommend.

Wonderful NYE

This is our second NYE at this property so we knew we loved it already. The outdoor furniture looked brand new and was wonderful to sit on. We truly love this building and it’s easy to walk to several of our favorite places. Ann was wonderful to work with as always.

Girlfriend’s getaway

The sudden very cold north wind that arrived Day 2 of our 4 day stay didn’t dampen our spirits and we enjoyed our lovely condo. It was clean and attractive with a wonderful balcony and view. Thank you for the opportunity to rent this property.

Wonderful location

We had a girls trip for the long weekend. The condo was perfect choice for us. The host was very nice and available when contacted. Location right on the beach with a great oceanfront balcony. There were 3 of us so we had plenty of room. Beds were comfortable. Kitchen is small but very well stocked. The location is great -close to restaurants and grocery store is only few minutes by car. Nice to have the beach chairs, wagon and umbrella’s provided. Would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful Unit

We would absolutely return to this unit. Beautiful and well stocked kitchen. As previous reviews have stated, only one of the chairs was operable and the 2nd bedroom closet door is off track.
