We found this flat very comfortable and really well located within Keswick. A big supermarket is two minutes walk away, and the town centre not much further. Parking was fabulous - at the door - and the Derwentwater launch is within walking distance. Reeally good value!

Lonesdale House Keswick

Stayed here for two nights, the property is superb. Spotless clean and in a brilliant location. Will definitely return, and 100% recommend.

Great stay

Good location and clean flat. Spacious light and airy living room. We’ll worth the money. One small issue - there a job and oven but there are no pans.

Well equipped, comfortable apartment.

Well equipped, comfortable apartment. Unusually for the Lake District, the weather was warm and we found the bedrooms hot at night. Being a ground floor flat we could not leave the windows open. However we appreciate that this is unusual and not the norm. We enjoyed playing the games that were in the cupboard.

The accommodation was clean, warm, fully equipped and ideally placed.

The accommodation was clean, warm, fully equipped and ideally placed. The location being such that we were not troubled by noise or other disturbance but still close to most amenities with a well stocked supermarket on the doorstep. Parking was just outside the front door and the main bus stands just across the supermarket car park. Keswick itself has everything we needed. Restaurant pre-booking is recommended for Friday and Saturday nights. The only minor gripe, and it is minor, it was unclear what to do with re-cycling rubbish. There are no facilities nearby although the information folder incorrectly stated there were facilities at the supermarket. The local council’s website was not clear.

All good! Minor points: a clothes airer would be handy and so would some kitchen scales.

Great, modern flat, well located and very well equipped.

Great, modern flat, well located and very well equipped. Good value. Very clean but a bit dusty on arrival. Main criticism is that the WiFi speed is slow.
