Torrevieja también se encuentra un gran parque acuático: El AQUOPOLIS.

Apartment was very nice with great outdoor space. Pool area was very clean and pleasant. Close to La Zenia Boulevard and markets. We had a great stay!

Lovely apartment

Had a lovely week in the apartment. Clean comfy and very spacious inside and out. Pool area gorgeous. Patio are lovely. Will definitely book again.

Friends holiday

The apartment was ideal for four adults having 2 double bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The pool and area was excellent, just wish you could purchase 4 new sun beds and more lighting around the boules area, we played that in the evening, overall we had a fantastic holiday in your property and hopefully will be booking for next year

Amazing!

The property and location were both perfect. The property was very comfortable and the pictures online did not do the property justice. When we arrived we were blown away by the outside space and furniture that is in suite in the garden area. The inside was lovely and very well supplied with everything you could possibly need. We stayed for 8 weeks and met some very friendly neighbours on the complex which is always nice, would definitely recommend.

Great house close to everything

House is great, and outdoors and pool area even better. Unfortunately, cold weather period was not the best time to enjoy outdoors. Had some technical problems with hot water first, but it was solved in collaboration with the owner. There are plenty of dishes, spices etc. available for home cooking, plus more towels and sheets available as usual. Location in the middle of everything, shops, grocery stores, restaurants all year round. And Mercadona just next door was handy!

Fantastic start to the new year

Great stay @ this lovely modern house . Child friendly , home from home comforts . Nice friendly community of people . Walking distance to Zenia boularvard where there is plenty of shops , restaurants and entertainment for the kids . We were literally beside the Mercadona super market which was handy for grocerie shopping too . Oasis beach 1 is super safe and a good environment for families . First family holiday

Greeted by a lovely gentleman on arrival who showed us all around the property. The apartment had everyhing you need for a family holiday. Clean, tidy & plenty of outside space. Perfect location too, close to beach and supermarket. If any improvements to be suggested, it is 1 thing only, there was everything provided for the children including a travel cot and toys, but no highchair, which would have been handy. Also, we got a small paddling pool for in the garden, but watch the patio, its very slippery with wet feet! But all in all a great apartment which made perfect our first family holiday. Thankyou

Lovely winter break

Lovely apartment but absolutely needs updating. Both bathrooms are so dated and there was a smell of damp when we left and went back there Our bed was fine but the kids mattresses were awful so thin my 11 year old slept on the sofa instead. There are 4 kids beds but with awful mattresses. There was a miscommunication in regards to the second payment for the accommodation being paid I honestly thought it was a automatic payment on the card that I payed initially with. While sitting having food with my family I had this rude email to say I still owe this…. I apologised and explained as soon as I get back to the accommodation il transfer and I did exactly this but I found the owners message extremely rude and even though I had explained I thought it was automatic but don’t worry Il make sure it’s done straight away the reply wasn’t very warmly. Would I stay again absolutely not but what we paid it was fine. It’s in a perfect location although driving in unfortunately it has a lot of graffiti walls that tones down such a lovely home. We didn’t use the pool as it was freezing but all looked beautiful There were a few things in the apartment that concerned me like a scorch mark on the wall by the plug socket When mentioned this to the owner it was dismissed as it’s all fine, I personally didn’t use that socket. Eric who met us was lovely and over all we had a lovely week away even if it was cold it was a lovely break. This is just a very honest review for the price it was fine

I am extremely shocked by your comment. For my part, the bathrooms are not out of date, when you booked you had the photos on the site, if you didn't like it, you shouldn't book, and what's more, it there has never been a problem with humidity in the bathrooms in 10 years of rental!!!! Indeed you had not paid the balance via the site before your arrival, in no case was I rude to you you, I just sent you an email to inform you that you had not paid, I still have the emails that prove it. I don't see any graffiti on the walls, the exterior painting was redone last year .Concerning the stain on the wall at the electrical outlet, I explained to you that it was the electric diffusers against mosquitoes that stained the wall, it is not an electrical problem. The only criticism that I can accept, it is indeed the mattresses of the 4 small beds which are aging, they will be changed very soon. Your criticism is certainly not honest, in the future, I advise you to look carefully at the photos and to read the advertisements carefully before booking . Cordially Gwen

Fantastic location with great outside space

We had a great time overall. There were some negative points that would prevent us from returning but if these were resolved, the apartment would be superb. The “outside” bedroom is unusable. If the toilet is needed then one has to walk down the stairs, around the property and then open the front door with a key. There is not enough hot water available. We found that after one shower, all the water had been used. The fridge/freezer while looking very new was not keeping the food cold. Using the lowest setting was not enough to keep a bottle of water cold! Ice cream was almost runny. For us, clothes storage was an issue. In the main bedroom there are two small bedside cabinets and one single wardrobe. That simple wasn’t enough for us. Those are the negative things but overall we had a great time. The location is absolutely fantastic. The Boulevard is a stones throw away, the supermarket is next door and the beach is not far away also. We have stayed in many apartments in the area and the location of this one is the best. The seating area outside is wonderful and I can imagine in summer that this would be used extensively. On arrival, we had to meet Maria in order to receive the keys, instructions etc, and even though she didn’t speak a word of English, she was very helpful. Her husband also provided a large bag of oranges that provided us with fresh orange juice for the duration of the stay. The water heater and the fridge were probably the biggest issues for us. If you can resolve those, then the apartment would be much more appealing for a return visit.

Perfect apartment for family holiday with kids

From start to finish, I had an excellent experience with this rental, Gwen the owner was very responsive when ever I made contact and Marie at apartment was lovely to deal with also! The apartment itself is located about 45mims from Alicante airport, 15min walk from the beach and 10 mins to the famous Paddys Point, La Zenia Boulevard is literally less than a 5 minute walk across the road, we ate there a few times but we found some lovely local restaurants outside of the centre that were really nice and great value for money. The centre has everything you could want from high street shopping to restaurants, cafes, bowling, arcades, kids play areas and a casino, with daily entertainment also. The accommodation caters for everything you could want, there are 2 bedrooms in the apartment 1 double and 1 with 4 bunk beds for the kids, the other bedroom is upstairs in the solarium separate to the main apartment where there is a nice terrace area with a barbecue. The complex is really nice and the residents there were lovely to deal with, the pool area was spotlessly clean and the kids loved it as did I! If you have any security concerns over holiday apartments especially if you have small kids then you don't need to worry, first of all the complex is gated at all times with only those who have keys can access and secondly the apartment it's self can be locked up like fortkox! So you can sleep easy! The only minor negative on the apartment would be the drains can get quiet smelly especially if you are out for awhile, but I suspect this was down to building going on in new apartments down the street, once you run the water for awhile it tends to get rid of it. The local supermarket the Mercadonna is literally out the door and across the street and is very well priced! Lidl is also beside it. No lugging bags of shopping for long distances which is great. We spent 10 days in La Zenia and it was our first time here and we will definetly be back next year if not before then! Many thanks to Gwen & Maria the hostess!!

that the stay at your house has not been entirely satisfactory. Firstly, it should be noted that the mattresses are in a deplorable state, with stains and an unpleasant smell, secondly, the cleaning , left much to be desired, when we arrived the smell in the house was not ventilated, in place smell of cleanliness, as is normal, when it has just been cleaned and another thing that is not usual and surprised us, is that in the cupboards (bathrooms, shoe rack...) there were personal belongings of the owner, when the usual thing is that those things are not there, and finally the bedding is very deteriorated and some are even stained with paint, we believe that these things should be changed more frequently.

Buena relación calidad precio. Una habitación está fuera de la casa, lo que era ideal para mi cuñado. El lavavajillas no lavaba bien todos los platos. Había muchos cuchillos, pero ninguno decente para pelar. De vez en cuando olor a tubería en el baño. Echamos de menos unas bolas metálicas para la pista de petanca del patio. El aire acondicionado funcionaba bien. La piscina con jacuzzi muy bien. La playa al ser pequeña un poco masificada en estas fechas, a unos 10_15 minutos andando

Härlig uteplats inomhus lite slitet, behov av uppgradering, köksbordet vingligt, o lite udda stolar soffan framför tv rymde 3 personer ( lägenheten har 8 sängar så det stämde inte riktigt) 3:e sovrummet låg utanför själva lägenheten(på takterassen)o ingen toalett i anslutning, så räknar nog med att det är en 2 sovrummslägenhet trots detta kommer vi gärna tillbaka läget var fantastiskt

The terrace is from 2016, so 8 years old, I don't understand why I had to renovate it!!! I'm going to have a few chairs changed if they are defective. It is not possible to put an 8-seater sofa in the apartment and it is a maximum of 8 people. It is noted in the description of the ad that the third bedroom is outside on the solarium and that the two toilets are on the ground floor. Regards Gwen

Oasis beach resort

Lovely location. Supermarkets on your doorstep. La Zenia boulevard across the road with many shops and restaurants. Plenty of pubs to choose from. Handy for Villamartin, cabo roig and la florida. Taxi to torrevieja 14 euros. Bus from Conzum car park to Benidorm every Wednesday 12 euros return. Can't fault location. 2nd stay at Oasis beach resort and thoroughly enjoyed it.

Lovely holiday

We travelled as 2 pensioners nearly 80 with our teenage grandsons and the apartment was superb for all our needs. We spent the majority of our time outside in the huge seating/dining area which was lovely . The Mercadona supermarket was just across the road which was so handy for us and the La Zenia boulevard was a 2 min walk away from which you could catch the land train or taxis easily if wanted to go further afield. Plenty of nearby bars and restaurants within walking distance our favourite was Diana’s fish and chips bar which had a huge menu range and was licensed. Marie who looked after the apartment was lovely to deal with and Gwen was easy to communicate with for everything and arranged extra set of keys for us . I would definitely recommend this apartment and will be booking again .

Très bel appartement

Très bel appartement, très accessible et bien situé à 2 minutes à pied du centre commercial de la Zenia et à 20 mètres d'un magasin : pratique pour faire les courses. Terrasse solarium, terrasse avec vue sur piscine, très grande terrasse privative très bien aménagée avec terrain de pétanque privé (il ne manque que les boules). A recommander les yeux fermés.

Stay April May 2019 for 9 nights

Joanne soko and our 4 year old son Seán from Ireland had the best time we have been going to la Zenia for 10 years by far the best place we have stayed in terms of space location and all the facilities on offer. Would highly recommend and we would love to go back. Thank you so much

Another beautiful stay in La Zenia.

Though not our first stay in La Zenia, it’s was our first stay in Gwen’s beautiful house. The property is very clean, sleek and comfortable. The outdoor space is the cherry on the cake and we were able to invite our friends for lunch in the sunshine with plenty of space to spare. We didn’t use the 2nd floor double bedroom because we hadn’t realised you couldn’t access the main house from the bedroom which felt a little odd and didn’t leave us feeling at ease as two single girls sharing the property. That said, the other main bedroom was spacious enough and we didn’t mind sharing. Our only other note for improvement would be that you need a kettle! We quickly got used to boiling water on the stove to make a cup of tea but a kettle would have been great. Fantastic location, lovely quiet pool area and all in all - a fantastic holiday. Would definitely return and Gwen, Maria (or Marie) we’re both so helpful and only a quick email away. Thank you to you both.

Très beau séjour

Appartement très fonctionnel et très bien équipé. Les nombreuses terrasses sont très agréables à toute heure de la journée. Magnifique terrain de pétanque. Situé proche des commerces. La résidence est très calme et la piscine est magnifique. Nous étions 2 familles soit au total 8 personnes et nous nous sommes pas du tout gêner avec les 2 salles de bains et l'étage où se trouve la troisième chambre. Excellent séjour.

Great Stay At Oasis Beach

Having checked out all of the reviews we had high hopes for the property and its complex and it didn't disappoint. The property was modern, clean and well positioned for the pool area and also the grocery shops nearby. Gwen was extremely helpful during the booking process and nothing was too much trouble. Maria who checked us in was also extremely helpful and lovely and when we had a medical emergency with my young daughter, she could not have helped us more. I would highly recommend this for families with young kids as the pool was spotless and the security of the complex made you feel like you could relax.

Formidable comme à chaque fois

Séjour formidable comme à chaque fois. État impeccable de l appartement. C est la quatrième fois sur 2 ans que nous louons cette location et c est loin d'être fini. Carole et Olivier de Belgique
