Estamos a pocos minutos de la tercera playa, cerca de 1º y 2º playas, ya 10 minutos de Newport. Aún más cerca está montando establos y Norman Bird Sanctuary. Disfrutar de rutas de senderismo que rodean la propiedad.

Fabulous Stay

Great property for families! We all had plenty of room for family events and individual time. So close to beaches and golf, but also a beautiful quiet backyard.

Wonderful Stay!

Great girl's getaway! Spacious house was perfect for five ladies to have their own room to stay and gather. House was clean and had all the essentials you could possibly need. Beautiful peaceful back yard to sit and enjoy. Just minutes to the Newport Vineyard, Newport National Golf Club and Beaches. Leslie was great to communicate with which is always a plus!

Highly recommend

Came with a group for Memorial Day weekend. Leslie could not have been more kind and helpful. The house is perfect for families or groups looking to have a relaxing weekend in a beautiful location.

Lovely home for family gathering

We stayed here while visiting family for the holidays. Lovely, open space and comfortable for two couples with adult children. The outside space looks wonderful, though weather did not permit us to take advantage. Would definitely recommend!

Stay for a Newport Wedding

The house had a fabulous common area layout with lots of areas to hang out and find space of your own and a great outdoor area. Easy access to Newport and the beaches and lots to do in the area.

Large Family

The house was everything we needed. We had 9 adults, everyone over 35 and everyone had a comfortable bed. House was very clean and had a big deck off the back. The landscaping made for a beautiful place for coffee in the morning. We were only a short Uber ride from downtown Newport and all the local beaches. Highly recommend a stay here.

Family wedding at Ocean Cliff in Newport

I can honestly summarize our experience our stay as completely exceeding expectation... I say that because the photos in VRBO do not adequately show the expanse of space and comfort. The layout was perfect for our family; the highest accolades definitely come from the children; They asked if they could live there ! You will not be disappointed on any level. Thank you, Leslie!

Amazing Stay at Leslie's Property

Stayed with a group of friends over a long weekend. Truly one my best rental house experiences. House is very spacious with open common floor and several bedrooms above. Comfortably slept 8 of us. Great backyard for hanging with a fire pit, deck, charcoal grill and yard. 2 min walk to Newport National if you golf. Best of all was the great communication with the owner. A+ would highly recommend

Great large family spot.

Property was completely as advertised and Leslie, the property owner, was very easy to work with. We had a call together prior to arrival where she shared aspects of the house as well as information and tips/tricks related to Newport and the surrounding area. That was invaluable. House is spacious and set up where we could all bond together or have space to ourselves...whatever was necessary. My wife loved the functionality of the kitchen and its set up. Back deck/fire pit/patio set up was great and a getaway all to itself. House was very clean on arrival, and the locking code was easy to use. All essentials were on hand including some entertainment (games, books, etc) if you failed to bring any. Store was close by for any additional needs. Property was just close enough to downtown Newport to not be an inconvenience and the short trip took you by possible stops you'd want to make anyway (ice cream, store, etc). Leslie was available for help during the week if needed which was nice. All in all it was a great place for us in a great spot. We'd definitely use the house again for our large family (8 of us).

Beautiful home - tremendous space - lovely outdoor property

Leslie is a terrific host. Very informative with precise descriptions and instructions. Very responsive communication. We (my wife and son) stayed at Leslie's home for our daughters wedding. The home was immaculately clean upon arrival. The huge open airy space is very impressive, yet it still feels homey and comfortable. The kitchen is very well equipped. The dinning space easily hosted small dinner parties. Bedrooms were very nice with comfortable beds. Our daughter arrived with bridesmaids the morning of the wedding to get ready and the space easily accommodated hair, makeup etc. in the separate sitting areas. The outdoor meadow is lovely and was great backdrop for pictures. We know Newport/Middletown very well, our daughter lives nearby, so the location was perfect. It's a short ride to shopping, beaches or downtown Newport. For us it was a perfect stay with a great host.

Large, bright, airy

We rented with 3 adult children + partners. Plenty of room to spread out. All the amenities plus some! If you want comfort and room to spread out, this is great. Must drive to Newport sites, shore, restaurants, stores …so a car is a must. This was understood. Very comfortable and well appointed.

Great for family

The house is very comfortable, full of light, and surrounded by greenery and flowers. The great room allowed us to spend a lot of quality family time together as all of the areas are interconnected and open. We enjoyed the fire pit and bbq and the kids' play area, and there are many trails in the neighborhood. The bedrooms were well appointed and the kitchen fully stocked. I would recommend this house highly.

Ideal House for Newport

This home is the perfect place to stay when in the Newport RI area. The layout of the house is spectacular with tons of space and light and plenty of room to spread out. The outdoor amenities are also top notch giving you the true feeling of an oasis. The check in process was so smooth, the owner is fantastic, and we will definitely stay here again when coming to Newport. Cannot recommend this property enough!

Great Weekend with Friends

From the beginning, I knew this would be a great place to rent for a weekend away with college friends that have known each other for fifty years. Leslie responded immediately to my request to rent and even checked to make sure I had the dates correct since we were renting Thursday-Sunday over a three day weekend. She reached out by phone closer to arrival to go over details and offered suggestions about what to do in the area. The house was immaculate on arrival and offered the six of us plenty of places to sleep and to gather together to catch up. The kitchen is very well equipped, which was helpful since we like to cook dinners in. We enjoyed the openness of the space, along with some cozier rooms. Although we didn't have time to enjoy the outside area, it is beautiful and very private. The location couldn't be better. It is a quick ride into Newport where we enjoyed the Cliff Walk, lunch and browsing on the wharf and cocktails on Castle Hill. It is also close to the bird sanctuary, which is fun to hike, and a quick ride to a beautiful beach where we were able to sit and enjoy the view even in October. I would highly recommend renting this spacious house. You will feel very welcome and at home.

Newport tennis trip

Long time planned trip to see Newport Rhode Island with one of our Tennis friends who used to live in Newport and worked at the Hall of Fame. It took us a lot of searching to find a property that was going to work for everyone. We decided on Middletown because it was a little more reasonable than Newport itself. What a great choice. Most of our activities revolved around tennis in Newport but we found some delightful little areas in Middletown thanks to the owner’s suggestions. Such an easy drive into Newport. The house was perfect. Everybody had different schedules of sleeping etc. but the house has so many little pockets that those of us who were awake could go have chats or play cards or just sit in the back and enjoy the garden. We 100% recommend this adorable sweet house. Great communication from start to finish. You can’t go wrong with this place.

Weekend Wedding

Our family came to Rhode Island for a wedding and stayed for a long weekend. We ranged in age from 14 to 77. The house was perfect with it’s 3 bathrooms, bedrooms on both levels and plenty of space to spread out. Leslie had everything we needed there. It was nice to not have to worry about packing sheets or towels! The house was immaculate and the property was beautiful and serene. We even saw a deer in the back meadow! Leslie contacted me ahead of time and gave me information about the area. It is a great location being close to Newport and Second Beach in Middletown was a beautiful family beach. Everything was close by including the Glen Manor House where the wedding took place. Thank you for a great weekend! We loved this home!

I love Rhode Island because there is so much to do beyond enjoying the beautiful beaches.There are activities year round and it is a perfect balance of enjoying beautiful outdoor activities with cosmopolitan dining and museums. This is our house which we love and are happy to share with you.

This is a very private, quiet home with lots of open space. The light is spectacular. The back meadow is bursting with wild flowers and places to explore. Relax on the deck or by the koi pond. Serenity abounds!

There is a huge 14' ceiling great room with a wow factor. The lofts add fun to the house which is architecturally unique. The kitchen is a real cook's kitchen w/double ovens and top of the line European appliances.
