The place was clean, but it is very out-dated. The appliances worked, but are old and rusted in spots. It was a good value for the price, but I would probably look for a different place next time.

Great for my family

This was the perfect location for my big family. Everyone had a place to sleep, and having two bathrooms was excellent! The place was well stocked with everything we needed, including a pack and play in a highchair for my baby. I have only good things to say about this place!

The unit was filthy, outdated and furnishings were run down. I could run my finger along furnishings and make lines in the dust. The couches were dirty. I actually took out the cushions, and reversed them so the sunken part was in the back. The carpeting was disgusting, stains, worn out, just filthy. I had to cut 2 gummy candies out of it. I would guess the carpet hasn't been cleaned in years. Also, I booked the unit for the month, and there was no broom, mop or vacuum available. I had to go back and forth to get those items available in the unit. The bunk beds were grimy and I felt bad when my grandkids came to stay. The unit smelled musty and dirty. I requested air fresheners. The refrigerator was clean however rusted on the front. The paint is worn and it's obvious they've touched it up, so there are many paint marks, not matching the wall color, the place needs an entire paint job. I would never stay in this unit again, it was embarrassing when my kids came and a downer when I would come back at night The grounds as a whole were ok, the pools were great, all of the garages have paint peeling as well as exterior units with rust however. One of the biggest downers about the property was that the fitness room was only open from around 9:30-5:45. I was typically busy with work and activities during those times so could never go. I don't understand why this wouldn't be available for early morning maybe 7am or at least till 9pm at night.

We loved the pools, didn't like the room. The pictures online looked great, the rooms in person weren't. Walls in the bathroom needed to be washed. The door handle to the master fell off anytime it was turned. The fridge had a lot of decay/rust on the outside. Run down and needs some updates.

The condo was accurate to the listing. Unfortunately we got no sleep. The king bed in the master bedroom is an old spring mattress very uncomfortable and can hear every spring as you move. The couches were horrible. They are old and falling apart. And the condo smells very musty. The condo is very drafty. The front door has lots of air blowing through it so it was hard to keep the condo warm at night. Walls are very thin so the people above us were making noise all night and we could hear everything they were doing. We have stayed in Las Palmas before and enjoy the area and the amenities but they have been updated and are more comfortable.

Overall, just okay

First, let me just say that that there were no surprises with this unit. It was as pictured. Communication was great and check out process was simple which we like to see on this site - not a100 steps to clean the property. But overall, it just needs more attention and upkeep. I don't recall reading anywhere that this unit was on the second of 3 floors. So we had noise below and A LOT above us. Additionally, there are stairs, which I don't recall reading. Ok for me, might not be for others. Though it seemed silly when I read it in another review, it is a nuisance that the TV cabinet in the living area rattles at any movement. Finally, no unit on this site should ever have shams, or quilt like comforters. I never feel they are cleaned properly. The bedding and beds were uncomfortable and dated. Things should be new or like new. I will stay in this resort again, just not in this unit. The price was appealing, but I think I would rather spring for more to get more updates and proper bedding.

Disappointing Stay: Lack of Upkeep and Poor Service

We’ve stayed at Las Palmas annually since 2017, and this was by far the worst property we’ve experienced. To start, I attempted to adjust our stay by just one day over a week and a half in advance, and the owner refused to make any changes. On top of that, no accommodations were allowed for an early check-in. As for the property itself, it was a disappointment: -The couch is severely sunken in the middle, so all three people sitting end up crammed together. -One of the dining chairs is so unstable, it’s like playing Russian roulette—completely unsafe and would be better used as firewood. -The fridge is rusted on the outside. -The toilet seat in the guest bathroom is broken. -The décor and bedding are severely outdated, clearly from the early 2000s. -The outlet in the master bathroom didn’t work, leaving us without a blow dryer, steamer, or curling iron for an event we needed to attend. The worst part was the lack of communication. I texted both the main and emergency numbers for three days straight and never received a response. It’s obvious this property hasn’t had any upkeep or improvements, and unfortunately, it shows in every aspect of the stay. Given the owner's unwillingness to work with us from the start, it’s no surprise the property is in such poor condition. This place is a dump, and I wouldn’t recommend staying here unless significant updates are made.

As a St. George local, this property is perfectly located for exploring the area and visiting family. The pools were slightly smaller than the photos suggest, but still a great time with plenty of options.The building next to the clubhouse is a nice bonus — technically separate, but essentially on-site. It’s packed with fun activities including a ninja gym, roller skating, and a karaoke room, among other things.The owner was highly responsive and made everything seamless — easy to find what we needed, and check-in/check-out was effortless.I recommend this property.

Would not recommend staying at this listing. The pictures online did not accurately portray the apartment. There were ants crawling all over the kitchen counter, the smell of the overall apartment was very awful as well as an awful smell coming from the kitchen sink. The refrigerator/freezer was almost rusting through. We do contact the property management and they were nice and did provide us with some liquid ant traps as well as bug spray and some air fresheners. Overall I would not stay here again and they need to do some serious updating and cleaning with this particular unit.

Available amenities made it an adequate stay

Pros:1. 5 quality community pools.2. Pickleball, basketball, shuffleboard, giant chess, corn hole, playgrounds, pool table, and foosball.3. Location is close to most local activities4. Grill on deck, full kitchen, washer and dryer and 2 full bathrooms.Cons:1. Carports not vacuumed and clean. Vacuum in closet is broken. 2. Bath mats filthy. 3. Couches covered were old with worn out flat cushions covered in hair. Not comfortable sitting in them.4. Mattresses are old and cheap. Not comfortable to sleep on. Also noticed that the mattress protectors are stained with bowel movements. Attempted removing to clean but zipper is broken so I am not sure how long is been since they have been cleaned. 5. Dust/dirt and build up in corners and on surfaces. Made it uncomfortable to live, nervous if it's actually been cleaned or just wiped down.6. Tvs did not work. There are vhs movies and a DVD player. So it's not possible to actually watch. The live TV did not work at all.7. Garbage was collecting behind and under furniture.Summary: The location and amenities are prime. They are the oly reason this is not a 1 star rating. The state of the actually property is below par. If I visit again I would definitely not stay here again but find something slightly more clean and orderly. Even if its at a higher price point.

Condo was in a great location, close to the pools and club house. Only complaint was that you need to be under 5 feet tall to see yourself in the bathroom mirrors and sit on the toilet.

As expected at Las Palmas

This condo was completely as expected. Typical Las Palmas condo, not updated, but clean. This 3 bedroom is super small, since it’s an end unit. We were grateful for the washer & dryer, which was on the deck but worked fine. The only thing to know is there is a pool right behind this unit from another condo complex & it proved to be pretty noisy at times. There is also a tv cabinet in the living room that rattles anytime anyone in the condo moves or when someone upstairs walked with heavy feet. This could easily be fixed with a new tv unit. Other than that, everything was good.

Ok place to stay

The bed in the master was not comfortable. And the sofa and love seat were not comfortable to watch much tv. The dishwasher is very loud, so don't think you can turn it on before you start a movie or go to bed. For the price it was fine, but I'm not sure we'll stay here again.

Nice condo, but...

Spacious and well-stocked with plates/utensils, etc. We loved the indoor pool! But, we spent three days of (what should have been) our vacation being bombarded by hammers and drills as the unit next to ours was remodeled. Our attempts to stop the noise by talking to the remodelers and calling the rental office had no effect.

Not as expected

View and location great. Does not truly accommodate 9 especially adults. They don’t supply enough towels (7 towels ,4 hand towels, 4 wash cloths ). There were not enough pillows and if the expected you to use pillows in sham they should provide pillow cases. No sheets for sofa sleeper only for blow mattress. Kitchen toaster and coffee maker and coffee maker need to be replaced before there is a fire or Simone gets burned. If you rent this I suggest you inquire about all these concerns first. If they take care of them that’s great. I didn’t expect the best just the minimums. Ask for updated pictures. St George is a beautiful place.
