Villa Safia una encantadora villa amplia de 2 dormitorios situado en Coral Bay, con vistas al mar ya la montaña. Perfecto para familias o parejas Ofrece amplias habitaciones de planta abierta. Hay un precioso jardín privado con plantas maduras y palmeras con aparcamiento en el terreno, la zona de comedor exterior está cubierto por una pérgola de buganvillas creciente a dar sombra además de que está completamente cerrado que ofrece total seguridad de la piscina para los más pequeños .. Hay una barbacoa de gas para cenar al aire libre. Tiendas, restaurantes, bares y supermercados se encuentran a 7 minutos a pie playas a menos de 10 minutos andando, y la parada de autobús con un servicio regular en Paphos y el Parque del Agua. Nuestra propiedad hermana es Villa Finikia un mero 400 metros (cy1653), en caso de necesitar una segunda villa para su grupo. El aire acondicionado está incluido en todas las habitaciones. .Cena para 4 con vino a solo 40 euros. Al hospedarse con nosotros, usted es elegible para descuentos en muchas atracciones turísticas y restaurantes.

Beautifully spacious villa

We loved the location, close enough to the action but in a quiet road. The property was clean and spacious with a beautiful pool that had pool floats to enjoy. We appreciated the thoughtful touch of welcome food in the fridge to get us going after a long travel day. Would recommend!

We have just returned from a 2 week stay at this lovely villa.

From booking to check in, was simple and easy. The Villa was in a quiet residential area, if you are looking for a relaxing peaceful holiday, this is the villa for you. It was well equipped, has everything you need. Would highly recommend and will definitely return.

Great villa

The villa has everything you need, we hired a car but there’s a supermarket nearby that will also deliver your shopping. There’s some great pubs too. Coral bay is beautiful, it was our first visit but will definitely be back and would book this villa again if it’s available.

Lovely villa

We had a nice stay at this lovely bright and airy villa. The accomodation was just right and great to spend time by the pool relaxing. The location is good - within walking distance of two beaches as well as local restaurants and also the bus terminal. The detailed information pack was very useful too. Thanks for a lovely stay

Excellent property and lovely week in Cyprus. Our 3 year old loved jumping in the pool. Easy walk to the beach. Great welcome pack when arrived after a late flight. Would recommend to family and freinds

Another wonderful stay at Villa Safia

This was our 2nd visit to Villa Safia and again it was faultless. Everything is as described, a very pretty Villa in a quiet location although still close enough to walk to the beach and the main resort of Coral Bay. We really enjoy staying at Villa Safia and thank you for the complimentary food/drink in the fridge on our arrival and a huge thank you for the late check out.

Lovely villa, Lisa cooked us a lovely meal on are arivel and Felix helped with are security. Plenty of room well equipped every thing you need for a great stay. In a great location for all your amenities and beaches, car hire not essential good bus service. Recommended for tourists without a car, sightseeing, families with teenagers and families with young children. Would go back again.

I am Lisa,my husband & I own three villas in Coral Bay, we emigrated to Cyprus in 2006, with our 2 children. Our children have now finished school here and are at uni and miss Cyprus life!.We bought a lump of mud on honeymoon and had our holiday villa built in 2001 , we initially lived here whilst we had our house built and we started renting it out 14 year ago and having been holiday makers knew what people looked for, it proved very successful so we have expanded purely in this area looking after properties such as this beautiful villa from neighbours and friends and buying a couple more ourselves.Felix and I personally look after our villas . We live locally (5 mins drive away) we can provide that added extra personal service, you can not often get, ie. sorting cars, taxis, massage etc. We are both UK hospitality trained so offer great standards. staying with us you get discounts at many local bars, restaurants and trips etc.

a beautiful two bed villa, so hard to find in Coral Bay, situated on a lovely quiet residential cul de sac. The villa is fully enclosed and lovely and private , the gardens are mature, offering a mix of fruit trees, palms and shrubs. Bougainvillea clad pergola for outside dining is a wonderful feature. This area is gated and railings so safe with young children. further dining area to the rear with mountain views.
