Le encantará este acogedor casa de vacaciones porque ahora por fin puede relajarse. Fue remodelado en 2016. Esta villa cuenta con una cocina totalmente equipada y está totalmente amueblado. Nadar o flotar en la piscina viendo la puesta de sol. Hay una vista perfecta del magnífico lago donde se puede ver toda la naturaleza y la vida silvestre! Si los niños tienen que descansar la casa incluye una sala de juegos con mesa de billar, mesa de ping pong y futbolín. Las habitaciones son amplias para estirar hacia fuera y relajarse. Accommodation was dirty, router box and wires on kitchen floor total hazard. One cooking tray so impossible to cook a meal. Fridge dirty and broken inside. Bug plug ins all over property but still cockroaches in all areas of villa. Pool dirty and dangerous broken top to pool filter area. 20yrs of renting villas in America and never experienced such a con. Not hire again via this platform as you don’t seem to care either.

Weekend get away

The house was exactly as described, the pool area was a very good size, we added the heating of the pool the day we were to arrive after looking at the weather and so glad we did it took about 12 hours for it to really feel like it was heated but that is to be expected. Might want to add a few extra towels but other then that would definitely recommend this property.

Close enough for fun, far enough for quiet.

House is located in a great location, everything is in good working condition, very relaxing vacation home. The only issue I had was that their documentation changes from their ad to their rental agreement to the documentation in the home. If you've got any questions go ahead and call them, they will get them answered quickly for you.

A nice getaway and beautiful home

We enjoyed our stay thoroughly. The tub in the master bath creeks bad. The garage was converted into a “game room”/laundry room which doesn’t really have much. Overall it was a very beautiful home overlooking the lake. I would have no problem staying here again easily. Communication was good and it was peaceful. Plenty of linen in the garage and there was a good amount of sleeping space also.

Our Visit to Kissimmee

The property was very nice and in a good location and overall we enjoyed our stay. A few concerns worth mentioning: The pool furniture was lacking, as 2 of the loungers were broken. We had to buy dishwasher soap because we were there for 8 days and were only given 1 pod. There also was only one tea towel in the kitchen. Also, the outside garbage cans were quite gross, as the previous tenants had not sorted things properly. We were expected to deal with it by putting it out to the curb.

Upon arriving the house smelled of mildew/ mold. I had to go buy air fresheners because the smell was so terrible. There were body hairs all in the bathroom floor and master bedroom. The pool looked like it hadnt been cleaned in a long while, there was dirty all in the bottom. The pillow cases were dirty as well. The tvs in both bedrooms did not work and I actually had to buy batteries for the living room remote. We stayed because we had already spent our money on the room and the mecum car show. We actually left a day earlier. I do not have any photos.

Poor communication and cleanliness

Check in process poor- had to reach out several times in the days prior to arrival before receiving information on night prior despite assurances it would be sent 3 days before. Bathrooms not clean with evidence of rust at bathroom sink which also leaked.

Cleanliness

The house overall was fairly clean but the pool was foggy and not clear on our whole trip staying in the house . Myself and my friends also all got sick either from the pool water or from the vents in the house every morning we woke up very stuffy. Overall the house wasn’t horrible just needed to check those vents and the pools filter.

Would certainly come back!

It is a beautiful house and neighborhood. Place is as described. Minor things to mention like the administration forgot to send me the check-in instructions, one day before arriving I had to ask and they delivered. There was a strange cracking noise in the bath floor when I was taking a shower. Last thing is that the game room had an air hockey that I plugged in but didn't work, maybe was me and there was a dart board but I couldn't find the darts. As you can see is not that important but worth mentioning. Other than that I would certainly come back as I titled this review. Place is great!

Apparently you can't put the a.c. below 73 or the a.c. freezes. The first night we didn't know and it froze from then on it was hot in the house. They came to fix it but it was still hot. The beds are hard and you can feel all the springs. One of the bath tub would fill up with water and the other made horrific noises. Other then that ok house.

Hello dear Kristie. thank you for you feedback. Things happens, and we send the specialist to fix the AC as soon as we could. And you put AC on 70 degrees but it can not be below 72 to keep unit running. We will recheck the mattresses (all mattresses are orthopedic quality), previous guest was happy with them. My maintenance were in the house to check all your issues and as I know he fixed the bath right after you reported the problem. Thank you to be our guest, we wish you all the best . Tatyana

The pool and weather was nice but worn-out home furnishings.

Up front there was confusion with leasing company communication. The place needs updating badly. After arrival, everyone we met was helpful and courteous. The home was clean but basic. Furniture is tired with sagging couch springs, broken dresser drawer, worn and ripped bed sheet, "Game room" is the garage with a broken air hockey table, a trashed kids basketball hoop and a ripped couch with foam sticking out. Be prepared to buy EVERYTHING you will need in the kitchen including salt & pepper and coffee filters. Pots and pans are D- quality. The pool was nice and patio view of pond and eagles. Gas grill works but it too is worn out. Cost ya additional $50.00 a month to use it however.

The pictures on the listing are old!! The house is run down, dirty and roach infested! As soon as we walked through the door we were hit with the smell of roach spray, mold and old carpet. There is an active leak in the roof and the company is fully aware and still renting the house! There were literal pieces of the ceiling falling onto the sofa daily. The only okay this was the pool and even that needs a good cleaning. We had to clean and disinfect the house ourselves. We even purchased our own pillows and blankets because the ones in the home are old and gross. The property management company isn’t proactive and it was super frustrating having to spend the first couple days of my trip sending them photos of the home and requesting housekeeping. The refrigerator was also so gross! The smell was weird and I hated keeping anything in the fridge. Obviously I was stuck, I had already spent close to a grand on this home and couldn’t afford to spend another grand to stay somewhere else. I do NOT recommend staying here or any property managed by Orlando Short Term Rentals.

Decent house, missing a few details

The house was okay, but missing a few important things that would really improve the experience. First, the posting says there are games in the garage, there are not. I had figured this out before our stay, so I was not surprised, but they really need to update the posting to accurately reflect the property. When we arrived there were no floor mats for either bathroom. I inquired with the management company and I was told they are not provided at this house. This seems to me something that should be provided as a standard amenity. It really is a safety issue. We had to go out and purchase bath mats. Additionally, there are few towels provided. I think there were 6 bath towels and 4 pool towels. We had 4 of us staying for a week and a half. I had to wash a lot of towels! We ultimately bought two additional shower towels, and two pool towels. The kitchen is also lacking in supplies, causing it to be hard to cook in. For example, there was not a single measuring cup. Also, there was only small pans, and hardly any water glasses (we ended up buying plastic cups). Also, although the dishwasher runs, it does not actually clean the dishes. We ended up washing everything by hand. The mattresses are not the most comfortable. Very bouncy, and some you can feel the springs. There are some good things though! The pool heat really works! The pool was very warm for our stay. The view was nice. The updates to the kitchen and bathrooms is good. I was also happy to see the carpet in the bedrooms d recently been replaced. The house was an easy drive to all the Disney parks. Also, the management company was very responsive when we reached out. I don't think most of the issues listed above are at the fault of the management company, but the homeowner. And all things that could be easily fixed.

Florida vacation

The property looked like the pictures but was not cleaned or kept up. The frying pans were disgusting so they brought us new ones. The kettle was rusty so they brought us a new one. The master bath and the oven were very dirty and they came back to clean the. The phone didnt work so they had to bring a new one. The TV wouldn't work and 2 days on and off they finally got it fixed. The first night it finally worked the remote wouldn't work so they had to bring us a new one. The toaster wouldn't work so they had to bring us a new one. The house was advertised as heated pool but if you wanted it heated you had to pay an extra 30 dollars a day and they wouldn't turn it on till you paid. What good is a pool if it is not heated. We were there for 5 weeks and it took us the first week the get everything like it should have been from day one. It caused a lot of stress. I enjoyed the pool side and the view but that is all I can recommend.
