Recientemente renovado, 1653 Mar Dunes ofrece una vista panorámica de la playa prístina y el océano desde todas las áreas comunes. La cocina cuenta con electrodomésticos de acero inoxidable y encimera de granito. Todos los muebles son nuevos y crean un ambiente confortable y con playas. Gran pantalla plana de televisión de son en cada habitación. El dormitorio de invitados es amplia, con dos camas individuales y un baño completo contiguo top-of-the-line. Lovely ocean view with well appointed amenities

The 3 of us really enjoyed our time at this property and will stay here again. This was our 3rd visit to Amelia Island but our first at this property. We like to cook most of our meals and the kitchen amenities made that seamless; measuring spoons and all. The king mattress was the MOST comfortable hubby and I ever slept on and we just have to know what it was. There's just 2 things that would have made it a perfect 5: There were no room darkening shades in our bedroom (the kids room does) and it was so bright that we squinting in our sleep until it woke us. 2nd are the really uncomfortable chairs on the balcony where we like to have breakfast and spend lots of time. The management was very responsive and helpful. I appreciated their efforts to have the condo unscented due to fragrance allergies. The towels were still scented but washed out well and the sheets and room were unscented. Thank you for a great stay.

Great ocean views

You can hear the ocean from the condo's living room and master bedroom which was amazing. The condo was very clean. The neighbors in the complex were friendly. The beach was not crowded and was so close to the condo. The pool was not in working order but apparently it is not heated so it would have been too cold to use anyway. There were no beach toys or gear in the condo. The coffee table was not kid-friendly as the glass on the top is not attached to the bottom but it is a neat fixture. If there was a heated pool, we would stay again.

Clean with a fabulous view. We were given an access code to the pool, but we were disappointed to find that the pool was under construction. This should have been mentioned in the VRBO details. We were a little uncomfortable with the proximity of a drone to our window on the last morning of our stay. This isn't really the properties fault, and Im not sure there is anything to be done about that.

Wonderful Family Vacation!

Our family enjoyed a fabulous beach week in this condo. It had amazing views of the ocean and we appreciated that we were a very short walk to both the beach and pool. The condo was clean and the property owner was very easy to work with along the way. We would definitely consider staying here again next summer!

Its been a few years since had a real vacation. Our selection of Amelia Island was the perfect location. There weren’t a mass of people around. I look forward to returning in a few months.

Beautiful condo

The condo was beautifully decorated and very nice to stay in. On arrival, there was a horrible smell to the condo, but after several days (with odor absorbents and candles) it finally left. Other than the smell, the condo was amazing! The bed was comfortable, and the kitchen well stocked with anything that we needed. We would defiantly stay here again.

Good stay

We enjoyed the property. It was a great location. The condo was nice. It did need a couple of repairs. The floors were not super clean, but everything else was very nice. I would have liked more info about the property amenities.

Perfect condo on the ocean

We really enjoyed this beautifully decorated condo. The location is terrific and the unit was very clean and new. Everything from the fluffy towels to the comfortable beds and pillows was great. We will be back. Highly recommend!

All one could need in a lovely apartment.

Our week's stay at Sea Dunes was delightful. The apartment was well furnished, nicely decorated, and adequately equipped kitchen-wise; except for the need of one or two more dish towels, a sponge, and some cleaning solution to tidy up the counters. The weather was perfect for spending time at the pool and admiring the surroundings from the terrace. We have spent 20 winters on beautiful Amelia Island, and being there this fall was a little like coming home.
