4 day beach stay

4 day summer vacation. The condo was perfect! Location on the beachfront with beautiful views was amazing. It was quiet and everyone was respectful of each other and the property. Perfectly appointed and organized. I would definitely stay again and recommend.

Wonderful couple’s beach getaway spot

We came to this property to have some time together at the beach and unwind from life for a bit. This place was the perfect spot for us to watch the waves and get in the ocean. It’s relatively close to restaurants and shops and you can also walk or bike to the beach and some beautiful nature areas. Will definitely come and stay again!

Relaxing Beachside Escape

Very nice condo for beachside visit. The complex is nice and have stayed in many of the condos. It is definitely decorated in our beach decor. Greatest compliment would be if it went up for sale we would buy it.

Wonderful beachfront condo!

We absolutely loved our stay here. The house is totally equipped for a day at the beach with boogie boards, towels, picnic baskets, and chairs. It was cool at night so we were able to listen to the waves while we fell asleep. Stunning views and easy access to the beach. Beautiful little condo that we would love to visit again!

Our favorite

We enjoyed our stay and hope to be able to stay here again in the future! This was our third stay in this particular condo complex and this unit is our favorite so far! The condo is well equipped with attention to detail. It was nice and clean and updated. We were very comfortable and had everything we needed! It is an adorable little condo in a great spot! Can’t wait to get back!

Adorable condo/ Amazing view

We loved our stay in this condo! It is decorated so perfectly and equipped with everything you could need for a beach visit. The condo is very comfortable and spacious for four people. The view is amazing, and we spent a lot of time on the balcony enjoying the sunrise and watching the dolphins. We plan to return to this condo in the future! Just an FYI of a couple of things I would have liked to have known before our visit, the condo is equipped with a K-Duo type Keurig and there's one small table fan (good for white noise at night).

Positives: Beautiful location, on-site parking, usually covered spaces available. Easy beach access. Beautifully decorated. Useful items for the beach provided. Appliances were fancy. We really liked having a washer and dryer available. Negatives: loud noisy upstairs neighbors. We could feel every footstep. Walls and paintings shook. The shower curtain didn’t work to keep the water inside and ended up all over the bathroom floor. Keypad entry was inconvenient, we had trouble remembering the 6 digit code.

Fabulous!

We loved our 2 weeks here! Opening the front door for the first time was magical…looking at the water sparkling, hearing the surf…just what my soul needed. The condo was well equipped, although we couldn’t figure out the Smart TV, and decided not to try…being unplugged was perfect. we loved the balcony, watching the surf and enjoying the dogs that other folks had. I absolutely loved walking the beach at sunrise. I also loved hearing the surf day and night…so soothing! The location is close to the town of Fernandina, which was wonderful. We can’t wait to come back!

Priceless views

Amazing. Stunning views and the owners of the condo thought of everything. So many special touches. Comfortable, updated and clean accommodations. Parking was interesting and stressful and the people staying around us must of been performers for Stomp Out Loud. These are small condos so we couldn’t understand how people did that much walking nonstop in theirs. That view and closeness of the ocean was worth the 24/7 stomping.

Incredible Beachfront Condo

What a fantastic condo right on the beach! Amazingly, the ocean and beach views from this first-floor unit were excellent. Getting to and from the beach was a cinch! The balcony is quite big and encompasses the entire width of the condo. We really enjoyed drinking coffee on the balcony each morning while watching the sunrise. The unit is small, but it doesn't feel like it. The layout is great, and the furniture is ideal for the space. Also, we discovered that both beds are electronically adjustable! In addition, the refrigerator, washer, dryer, and dishwasher were new -- definite upgrades from what you see in the photos. The kitchen had everything we needed and more -- even a countertop icemaker! The location of the condo is ideal too. We walked to The Sand Bar via the beach for dinner on our first night. We also brought our bikes and had no problems locking them up and storing them behind our truck in the parking area below the unit. We easily rode our bikes downtown almost every day! There are lots of included goodies with the unit, like beach chairs, umbrella, shell bag, yoga mat, towel, and more. While my husband surfed, I used a boogie board that I found in the balcony storage bin and had a total blast! We've stayed at a lot of different condos around the island, and I certainly wouldn't mind staying at this one again. The location and views are worth it!

Amazing Amelia

We had another VRBO property in Jax Beach booked for 6 months prior to our departure date that cancelled on us less than 48 hours prior to our departure. Luckily, we turned this very stressful event around when we found this wonderful condo on Amelia Island on short notice! We have rented many VRBO properties, and this was one of the best. It was super clean and made excellent use of the small space with lots of organization in closets. We appreciated nice touches of extra blankets, beach towels, beach chairs etc. all ready for use. The location was amazing. We enjoyed sitting on the balcony watching the sunrise and wonderful scenery. The first floor location made it easy to take the dogs in and out as well. The real estate company was excellent and helpful. Loved Amelia Island and will definitely return.

Wonderful view of the beach.

Very nice place for a couple to stay. Only one small bathroom, so might be a problem with older children. But it was just my wife and our small dog, so no problem. Would definitely consider staying again when return to Amelia Island.

Perfect location

Loved that we could bring our dogs with us. First floor location was perfect for getting the dogs out to the beach or just for a walk. Even though there are 2 bedrooms- the master had a fabulous view of the beach- the bathroom is a really too small for more than 2 people. The proximity to downtown Fernandina Beach was also wonderful. Plus grocery, pharmacy, and pet supply stores plus many others were also very close. We spoke to several guests in other units who also had dogs. The only negative: There was a leak in a water hose in the unit right above us which leaked into our kitchen on the outside wall. The only inconvenience was a fairly loud dehumidifier that needed to be put in to start to drain the moisture from the wall before repairs could be done. This was towards the end of our stay. So for our inconvenience, we were allowed to stay an extra day. I also accidentally left clothes in the dresser which were found by one of the employees of the realty company. I was immediately contacted and the clothes were packed up and sent out. All-in-all, a great week.

Great place but bad timing

If it weren't for bad timing this would be a 5-star stay. However, we signed up for a Friday to Friday stay. Check-in until Monday went fine. Unfortunately, beginning on Monday, the condo directly above us began construction work. From mid-morning, we had hammers, skill-saws and other construction noises continuously until 5:00 to 6:30. This was Monday through our checkout on Friday. they worked inside the unit and out on the deck so there really was no getting away from the sound. And this is immediately prior to Labor Day weekend. It may not sound like a big deal, but it really affected our ability to enjoy the stay. We had to leave the condo to get any relaxation during those times. I realize that is not the owner's problem or doing, but if I had known this beforehand we wouldn't have come. Maybe the condo complex should set some rules requiring folks to notify their neighbors and prospective renters about those kinds of things or restrict projects like those to the off-season.

Beautiful Oceanfront Condo

The condo is right on the ocean, beautiful beach and ocean views from a newly updated condo that is clean and comfortable. The condo is small and only 1 bathroom so 1 couple with 1 or 2 small kids is about all you can fit without feeling cramped.

perfect location! The outer building could use some repair such as elevator which worked 1 day, and stairwell had broken light. But the actual rental was well decorated and quaint. We would come back again!

Want to keep this place our little secret

Well appointed, great arrangement (love the dog leash hooks by the front door!), comfortable king bed, and incredible views of the ocean. Great location, perfect beach vacation!

New Year Getaway

The property was perfect for what we needed.....kitchen was fully equipped since we stayed in the 4 nights and cooked. You can not beat that view so no need to go out!! Our dogs loved the beach and the porch. Great way to start the New Year!! We will be back!! Coleen and Jeff

Great location

condo was great! Right on the beach. Could watch the sunrise every day and the balcony was a great place to watch the evening storms rolling in. Condo had everything you needed.
