Muy Grande 5100 casa el gran terreno ajardinado privado con vistas a la hermosa bahía de Gracia. Inicio está siendo renovado con todos los muebles nuevos. Todas las suites tienen nuevo rey o camas dobles rematados almohada reina, habitaciones con baño privado y closet vestidor, una zona de cocina con nevera y cafetera, ropa de cama nueva y TV. Todas las habitaciones tienen una impresionante vista sobre el patio y la piscina y vista de 180 grados de la Bahía de gracia. La cocina al aire libre y hacer ejercicio gimnasio tiene todo lo que uno puede necesitar. Hay un montón de sillas en la piscina y en la playa. Equipo de buceo, sombrillas, neveras y juguetes de agua están disponibles para su uso.

The house was great! Having suites for each couple was wonderful. The view was beautiful! The outdoor bar, kitchen, and pool were fabulous. If we come back, we want this house again.

Wonderful stay

Sherry was a great host. We had a group of 12 adults and it was perfect for couples and singles alike. The short walk to the beach was easy and the beach was small and private which was great. We had one small issue with the pool that was addressed quickly. Sherry was able to provide us suggestions on activities and other items during the stay.

Great vacation

We had a wonderful stay with our family of 16. The view and ocean breezes were spectacular. The house has many places to congregate or find a solitary spot. My kids and grandkids lived the work out room. Sherry was a pleasure.We definitely hope to return!

Fantastic 60! Sherry is amazing!

Family & friends took me to the Provos for this monumental birthday. Great host Sherry hooked us up with all things from our private chef, to brewery’s, scuba, snorkeling and JACKSON!! Absolutely fantastic time, love Sherry and Chef Rob! Excellent experience! Thank you Sherry!

awesome big villa

We had an amazing time at Sherry's house. We had a group of 12 adults 1 toddler and there was plenty of space for everyone. The outdoor space was breathtaking - beautiful views of the ocean from the upper balcony and from the infinity pool. Short walk down the hill to a nearly private beach where we were able to snorkel with sea turtles! Sherry was very responsive and helpful throughout, and had lots of great recommendations for the island. Truly an amazing stay, thank you Sherry!

Perfect property for our family

We cannot say enough wonderful things about Sherry and The Dolphin House property. It was perfect for our family of 17. There was plenty of space for family and private time, Sherry's suggestions for island experiences was spot on and her accessibility was phenomenal. We highly recommend this property. The photos are accurate; however, it is even more perfect in person. You will not be disappointed in choosing this property for your next trip to paradise! Thank you Sherry .. <3

Beautiful new renovation, great location

We truly enjoyed our stay at The Dolphin House, and Sherry is a wonderful landlady. She has done an amazing job with the renovations of this house, and the facilities resemble a resort, with wonderful views of the ocean from everywhere on the property. We were able to walk down to the ocean, and there are a handful of restaurant options nearby (be sure to find Angela's Deli, for affordable sandwiches!). Sherry is truly a part of the experience; she has been on the island for a while now, and has worked hard at meeting everybody and finding all the good deals. Our slogan: "Sherry has a guy for that!". If you ask, she can even arrange for Chef Jose to come and cook a private 5-star meal for you, with the freshest seafood selections available on the island. Sherry has available for use a couple of paddleboards, and beach chairs and coolers; she'll absolutely help you decide where to find your best spots. We found the accommodations to be very comfortable and clean - not always easy on the island! Although your room will be private, the rest of the facilities are expected to be common-use. An outdoor kitchen and a cabana are available for all to use, and it's likely that you'll meet some new friends. We cannot recommend the Dolphin House enough - after seeing the island, we cannot imagine a better place to stay.

This Villa is PARADISE in Turks

The Villa is much larger and more beautiful than in the photos. The beds are super comfy. Each room has its own air conditioning unit and most have a view. The kitchen is well equipped and has a large dining table. We loved the many large gathering spaces; the living room, outside on upper patio and lower pool deck. The view is spectacular with an easy walk or drive down the street to a small parking area to the private beach.. We prepared breakfast everyday and grilled a few evenings on the BBQ. We enjoyed the infinity pool and workout room. We were three families (12 people) and always had plenty of space to spread out. Our girls had fun playing volleyball and we all enjoyed the infinity pool. The property has a large parking area and the home is secure behind a gate. Sherry the owner is a delight. She is a great communicator, made sure we had all our TCI Covid documents ready, was available for anything we may need and offered amazing local restaurants to try. We enjoyed snorkeling at Smith's Reef which you can see from the patio and is just a quick 10 minute drive. What a treat it was to stay at Sherry's Villa. We are already planning to return soon.

Dolphin House Fun

The property is in a fantastic location, close to the airport and just off the main highway, but secluded. Our particular room was one of the private rooms on the bottom level, which really worked out nicely. Sherry was a little forgetful at times as I had to reach out quite a few times for the check in info and wifi codes, but after she was pretty available. A couple things on the property: Not as close to the beach as I originally thought. It is about an 8 minute walk, the beach is very nice, but no amenities so you will need to bring everything. When we arrived there was a big party staying upstairs so we did not have access to the main living area, which is fine because our room was nice and cozy. Because of the large party, sharing the pool was a little uneven. The driveway is extremely steep so you really need to gun a car to get up the hill. The rental we had was a manual and quite a piece of junk so that was an adventure. We did have to leave one day early because of a sickness and Sherry could not have been nicer saying she would give us a credit next time. One note if you are staying at a VRBO/Non hotel property: Grace Bay is fabulous, but there is next to no amenities available to the public including no restrooms. We did find one restaurant open to the public after quite a haul. Expect to bring all your supplies with you! We would definitely stay at Dolphin House again.

Dolphin house under renovations

First of all Sherry was a great host! She picked us up at the airport, took us to the grocery store, showed us around parts of the island , took us to a fish fry, helped with car rental, went snorkelling with me and shared meals with us. Very appreciative of all of the above. The area. Babalua beach area. Villa being constructed across the road. Started construction EVERY morning at 730 am which was very noisy until about 5 pm. Will still be going on for at least the next 6 months to 1 year. Houses on both sides being renovated which was also noisy beginning at 730 am daily as well. One should be done but the other is being gutted. Construction also was being done at the dolphin house. Pool and yard fencing was being done while we were there and starting at 730 am for a week while we were there. Much more construction to be done on this property but was put on hold for the last 3 weeks we were there. The house is not finished. Upstairs is the owner residence but Sherry was gracious enough to let us use the upstairs outside living area when she was not there and did invite us up when company there as well. Downstairs at pool level is 3 separate bedrooms with own bathrooms, mini fridge, coffee maker, safe and microwave. Air conditioning was excellent and quiet. New beds and linens, beach towels and bath towels supplied. Outside kitchen with bbq grill, 2 burner stovetop, toaster and sink. Also outdoor dining table and chairs. We were not advised prior to our arrival about the extent of renovations being done. Our room had no tv, or WiFi for the full 4 weeks we were there. We were told that she would get the TV set up but that never did happen. WiFi available outside on the pool deck but as soon as you were in your room there was no connection. The room itself was comfortable but the patio doors that lock your room did not make you feel secure. A simple latch lock and wooden vented windows were the only security. We were told that the area was secure but there was some crime going on during our stay that made me uneasy. No light switch (unfinished) had to use the ceiling fan pull cord only. Open electrical and light switch boxes that were unfinished in the room. Pool was cold but bearable. Cooler and beach chairs available. You need a car as not in the main tourist hub. No hot water outside to wash dishes in. Only one pool patio light worked which was not by our room. Dogs barking all hours of the night. Beach a short walk

The Dolphin House has 10,000 sq. ft. of living space located off Cherokee Road only a two minute walk down to the water. It has a 180 degree view of the ocean from every spot on the property. The breeze and views are some of the best on the Island. We fell in love with the place and you will too!
