Tiempo para escapar! Alquiler de nuestra nueva adición! Este condominio recientemente renovado con un nuevo, de alta gama, cocina y baños actualizados marca (ver fotos) es tan agradable que puede que nunca quieren dejar la unidad. Esta unidad se encuentra en un 3er piso elevado (4ª planta en la realidad) y se encuentra directamente en el océano. (Hay un ascensor en el edificio) Las vistas son impresionantes y los amaneceres son fantásticos! Va a crear recuerdos para toda la vida con las personas que amas. Somos dueños de 2 unidades en este edificio y ambos son limpias, modernas, y hermoso. (Alquiler de Licencia ... PLR2016-00281)

We had a great vacation at this condo! The condo was very clean and had everything we needed for an enjoyable stay. We especially appreciated the restaurant recommendations that were provided. We loved sitting out on the balcony watching the sun rise as well as our walks along the beach. The condo has a great location and we were able to explore the Keys from the Upper Keys down to Key West.

This condo was wonderfully equipped with everything you could possibly want. The view of the Atlantic was spectacular and the condo itself spacious and attractive. The owners/managers went out of their way to provide useful information with regard to restaurants and activities in the area.

We had a great stay a this spacious, updated property in a central yet quiet location. We appreciated all the extra touches - bikes, kayak, beach towels, games, washer/dryer. Super easy check in and good communication with the owners.

Great location

My sister and I stayed here. Loved the view. The owners were very quick to respond to any questions I had. The owners also sent me links of things to do along with restaurants to try. I would definitely stay here again

Great Vacation

Beautiful condo in a nice area of the Keys, plenty of restaurants and activities nearby. The views of the open Ocean from the balcony were simply terrific. Todd was a great communicator and provided many options for dining in the area, everyone we went to was really good too. Definitely would stay here again.

Beautiful Week Away!

The property has awesome views! We loved the walks on the beach, use of the kayak and bicycles, and the great condo! The condo is located to easily get to Key West and Key Largo. We also enjoyed so much in Marathon. The owners were so helpful to make sure we had a great stay!

Nice Condo and good location

Had a family vacation for a week at this condo. Condo was clean the the location was nice. Real benefit to be right on a beach. Good location to go north keys and down to key west. Easy rental with the owner.

Quiet Oceanfront Condo

The spot is wonderful. Waking up every morning to the view of the water is something we all got used to. The pool was right on the water and Todd’s recommendations for restaurants was spot on. We plan on returning in the future!

We have stayed at many condo's listed on VRBO. This condo was the most well appointed condo we have ever stayed at. Fishing gear, beach chairs, beach umbrellas, kayak, bikes. This place has it all including great views of the ocean!!

Great Keys Vacation

Owner, Todd was fantastic, communication could not have been better start to finish. Furniture, beds very comfy. Condo, location, pool nicer than pics show. Bikes, kayak, fishing gear, beach chairs awesome extras. Great Experience and Florida Keys Vacation.. Highly Recommended.

Best Vacation Spot in Marathon

Book this now!! It's a beautiful, spacious home with a million dollar view. It's so peaceful. You have your own pool, beach, kayaks and did I say it's RELAXING!! Just a short drive to The Keys and back to serenity. We will be returning!

Amazing view!

The location of this corner unit condo on the 3rd floor is outstanding! Beautiful views of the ocean where we saw dolphins, manatees and other wildlife. Condo is spacious and clean. Convenient parking. Clean heated pool steps from the ocean. Highly recommend this location!

This Unit is awesome with stunning views!

We loved our stay at Coco Plum beach in Unit 3D. The condo is exactly as described and the views are actually more stunning in person. The owners were very knowledgeable about the area, gave great tips and were very communicative. Bikes, kayak, snorkel gear, chairs, fishing rods, seriously a fantastic very quite unit and beach! We had an awesome spring break!

We spend a lot of time traveling, lately on our Harley. We are having the time of our lives with running our Vacation Rental Business and living the dream mostly in Wisconsin.

We love this property because of it's unique location. We are directly on the ocean and have a pool and a beach. We are right next to the Coco Plum (city) Beach. The Keys are not known for their beaches since they are built on coral, so to be next door to one is unique within itself.
