Tiempo para escapar! Alquiler de nuestra nueva adición! Este condominio recientemente renovado con un nuevo, de alta gama, cocina y baños actualizados marca (ver fotos) es tan agradable que puede que nunca quieren dejar la unidad. Esta unidad se encuentra en un 3er piso elevado (4ª planta en la realidad) y se encuentra directamente en el océano. (Hay un ascensor en el edificio) Las vistas son impresionantes y los amaneceres son fantásticos! Va a crear recuerdos para toda la vida con las personas que amas. Somos dueños de 2 unidades en este edificio y ambos son limpias, modernas, y hermoso. (Alquiler de Licencia ... PLR2016-00281)

We had a great vacation at this condo! The condo was very clean and had everything we needed for an enjoyable stay. We especially appreciated the restaurant recommendations that were provided. We loved sitting out on the balcony watching the sun rise as well as our walks along the beach. The condo has a great location and we were able to explore the Keys from the Upper Keys down to Key West.

This condo was wonderfully equipped with everything you could possibly want. The view of the Atlantic was spectacular and the condo itself spacious and attractive. The owners/managers went out of their way to provide useful information with regard to restaurants and activities in the area.

Awesome Stay

From the first contact with owner to the last was perfect. The place had very nice furnishings and the location overlooking/on the Atlantic Ocean was beautiful. I use a wheelchair and walker. If you have any accessibility issues this is the place! The toilet doesn’t have rails and you can step into the shower but have to be strong enough to balance and hold onto the wall. Other than that the doorways, the elevator and getting around the condo was easy. Most impressed.

Great location

My sister and I stayed here. Loved the view. The owners were very quick to respond to any questions I had. The owners also sent me links of things to do along with restaurants to try. I would definitely stay here again

Amazing

I can’t begin to say enough wonderful things about our time in the Keys. We were scheduled for a week at the condo but were switched to their waterfront home last minute due to some maintenance at the unit. We actually changed some of our plans due to this amazing home and private pool. The views and activities available to us made the entire trip better than expected and we spent more time at the house than expected. I would highly recommend renting from Todd. We had the best time.

Beautiful stay in the keys

My family and I stayed at this property for a week vacation in the keys. The location is great! Central to the keys, so everything is within a short drive. The property is easy to access and park. My kids really enjoyed the pool and spotting all the wildlife. The adjacent public beach is nicely maintained and perfect for going on longer walks or exploring. The kayak was a nice addition to be able to use. The unit itself was very clean and comfortable. Well stocked with things to do on rainy days as well as enjoy the beach! Beds were comfy and clean. The host was easy to communicate with and responded timely to our questions. Would absolutely stay again and recommend to others!

FIVE PLUS ALL THE STARS RATING!!

WOW, just WOW!! What an AMAZING trip we enjoyed in the Florida Keys!! My husband and I took this trip with another couple (our good friends) to celebrate our “15th” wedding anniversary. Our trip was FABULOUS!! Our trip began with an AMAZING waterfront condo with water views as far as you could see!! Our VRBO host even had a heart shaped swan created with two towels on our bed when we arrived!! How thoughtful!! We loved it!! THANK YOU Todd!! The condo was super clean!! It had EVERYTHING we could have ever wanted or needed for our weeks stay!! Todd, our VRBO host was an EXCEPTIONAL communicator!! He was ALWAYS responsive whenever I reached out to him with questions. He provided a DETAILED package via email with everything you could ever want to know about what to do, where to go, what to eat and MORE!! The information he sent to me was GREATLY APPRECIATED by our party!! The location of the condo was great!! It was private and quiet! We enjoyed the pool on a couple of occasions and even made friends with a gentleman who lives in one of the condos on the property!! The pool area was very nice and clean!! The whole complex was very nice and centrally located in Marathon. We visited the different Keys from Key Largo down to Key West!! We had bikes to ride, a kayak to use, pool toys, fishing equipment, snorkeling equipment and more!! The condo was FULLY furnished!! We DEFINITELY RECOMMEND staying here!! THANK YOU Todd for EVERYTHING you did to help us create lasting memories!!

Relaxing Stay in Marathon

We enjoyed our stay in this beachfront condo in Marathon. The condo was very clean and comfortable, and we enjoyed the balcony that had a beautiful ocean view. The breeze off the water was wonderful. There were plenty of towels for inside and plenty of beach towels for outside water activities. We didn’t cook, but there seemed to be plenty of pots and pans, and plates, etc. it is a well stocked condo. The pool was lovely and we certainly enjoyed our time swimming. We were looking for quiet place to read, relax and go out on some local boating activities—snorkeling, fishing and a sunset cruise. The location of the condo was perfect for us. This condo would easily accommodate two couples.

What a view!

To wake up each morning with an unobstructed view of the ocean is truly priceless! The beds were comfortable and the condo had everything we needed for a perfect keys getaway. The building even had a nice heated pool. It’s very centrally located. We went to Key West for a day, Sombrero beach and Bahia Honda. I highly recommend staying on Marathon…so many good restaurants! Todd is wonderful to work with!

Great Vacation

Beautiful condo in a nice area of the Keys, plenty of restaurants and activities nearby. The views of the open Ocean from the balcony were simply terrific. Todd was a great communicator and provided many options for dining in the area, everyone we went to was really good too. Definitely would stay here again.

Great spot in Marathon to relax

Had a wonderful stay in early August. The condo was very well kept and included everything that you could need in the kitchen or for beach excursions. The view and the pool can't be beat. It is a great location if you are going to explore more of the Keys. Communication with owner was very good. We did have one unfortunate day of very heavy construction noise but he made up for it by refunding us for the day. I would definitely recommend this unit or complex to others. The whole family enjoyed themselves.

Great Condo, excellent location, fully stocked!

We loved this condo! Located right on the ocean, with a nature preserve to the east which gave us extra privacy. The pool was great, with plenty of lounge chairs. Extra beach chairs for guest use were available. The condo comes with 4 bikes, and is located right on the bike path! We also used the ocean kayak, which was a ton of fun! Marathon is right in the middle of the keys, just over an hour to either Key Largo or Key West. The condo was the best stocked property we've stayed at in our >10 years of renting VRBO's (tennis rackets, snorkel gear for 4, fishing rods/tackle, beach towels, full kitchen, beach chairs, umbrellas) If we needed it, the condo had it! Todd was very accessible, and took care of any question we had. I would recommend this condo 100% to anyone looking to visit the Keys. This property truly raises the bar when it comes to where I'll be looking to stay in the future.

Quiet Oceanfront Condo

The spot is wonderful. Waking up every morning to the view of the water is something we all got used to. The pool was right on the water and Todd’s recommendations for restaurants was spot on. We plan on returning in the future!

So much to do- never enough time!

From the bikes, beach, kayaks, tennis courts, pool and great nearby restaurants, the condo was well furnished and well located. Todd was very responsive as the host and all was as advertised. We will return as soon as we can!

Beautiful Beachfront Condo!

This condo is a very nice updated condo with a oceanfront view. The kitchen and bath have both been updated and have everything you need for the week. The owners are very kind and stayed it touch to make sure everything was going well. The condo has beach toys, chairs, boogie boards, tennis rackets, kayaks, and snorkeling gear so you won’t have to worry about not having enough beach supplies! Highly recommend staying here it will not disappoint!

Wonderful Condo

We had the best week in the Florida Keys. This rental was perfect. Todd was amazing to work with and was very helpful. Although sargassum made the beach unusable, Todd told us about alternatives like Sombrero beach that were lovely. The condo was beautiful, very clean, and well stocked. I would highly recommend this rental and look forward to returning in the future.

Well, I am married to a great wife and have 4 adult children. We have been doing Vacation Rentals since 2012. We have 3 properties in Marathon, FL, two condos and a 4 bedroom house on the ocean. We spend a lot of time traveling, lately on our Harley. We are having the time of our lives with running our Vacation Rental Business and living the dream mostly in Wisconsin.

We love this property because of it's unique location. We are directly on the ocean and have a pool and a beach. We are right next to the Coco Plum (city) Beach. The Keys are not known for their beaches since they are built on coral, so to be next door to one is unique within itself.
