Nº 11 La Fábrica de mantequilla

Apartamento moderno y espacioso, con una playa de lujo sentir - a sólo unos segundos de las tiendas y de la playa con excelentes vistas y sensación de vacaciones. Capacidad para 6 personas en dos habitaciones bien equipadas de tamaño queen (una con baño en suite) y una habitación doble con literas.

TENGA EN CUENTA: La estadía mínima es de tres noches fuera de las horas pico y de 7 noches (de diciembre a finales de abril)





La fábrica de mantequilla

El sitio de Butter Factory se convirtió en un complejo galardonado en 2002 que ofrece lo último en comodidad junto a la playa. Al estar a solo un minuto a pie del inicio de las tiendas y restaurantes ya tres minutos de la playa podrá estacionar los autos en el garaje doble y relajarse durante toda su estadía.

* Muy espacioso galardonado, apartamento junto al mar diseñado arquitectónicamente. Sitio costero elevado adyacente a Great Ocean Road *

* Orientación norte que da a la sala de estar abierta Gran ventana acristalada que da a un amplio balcón con vistas panorámicas a las montañas y al océano

* Disfruta de la barbacoa y el escenario al aire libre y diviértete en el balcón

* Tres habitaciones, todas con batas incorporadas y baño en suite con dormitorio principal completo con bañera de hidromasaje de esquina. Dos habitaciones tienen cama de matrimonio, el tercer dormitorio tiene literas adecuadas para niños / adolescentes y adultos más pequeños!

* Electrodomésticos de acero inoxidable de estilo europeo con cocina bien equipada, sala de estar de planta abierta con aire acondicionado de ciclo inverso

* Lavadora completa, secadora y tendedero.

Short Stay in Apollo Bay

Richard and Jeni were perfect to deal with even when I did not read the instructions correctly to open garage door....Our accommodation was just as they described. Ground level is entry and double garage. 1st floor was a small 3rd bedroom and a spacious 2nd bedroom (our bedroom) with a generous bathroom and laundry. Up another flight of steps was the master with ensuite and a very spacious kitchen/ lounge / dinning area with floor to ceiling windows overlooking Apollo Bay and the hills. The balcony was also a decent size and was more than comfortable for the 4 of us. Overall a clean spacious accommodation walking distance to everything in Apollo Bay.

Fantastic location with everything you need

We stayed here for the Great Ocean Road Running Festival and it was fantastic. Location was perfect and the house had everything you could need. Communication with the owners was straightforward and stress free. Would definitely stay again.

Really enjoyable stay

Really loved our stay. The apartment was very clean and well presented. Fantastic location - minutes to beach and shops and with the supermarket right next door it was so easy to get supplies as needed. What a wonderful view from the balcony! When we arrived there was a small problem with the hot water and Richard attended to this very promptly to our complete satisfaction. Highly recommended.

Unpack and Relax

Firstly, the details provided for entering the property were very well explained and easy to follow. The position is great, no need to use the car at all and undercover parking is very convenient. Apollo Bay is a great place to relax in and the apartment was very well fitted out with everything you could possibly need. The furnishings are all very comfortable and there are lots of little things that make it feel like home.

Easter get away

Thank you Richard and Jeni for the lovely Easter getaway we had in your town house. We found it perfectly located, central to everything, we could leave the car locked up safely and walk wherever we needed to go. The sun rise is something to see from the balcony and was worth the early wake up two mornings in a row. Clean, tidy house, everything worked and the owners were a pleasure to deal with. Thank you again.

Quality accommodation in idyllic setting.

Once again, we had a relaxing stay over the Christmas break at this property. Great location, wonderful ocean and mountain views and easy access to the beach and shops for the kids. The accommodation is well kept, there is plenty of room and well sourced. We will definitely return here for another visit.

Great location

We stayed here a week before Christmas and truly enjoyed everything about this property, including it’s great location. Close to all the shops, the beach and the grocery store, you couldn’t ask for a better spot. The place is well stocked, has a good sized fridge, comfy beds and nice couches. The only thing missing that would be a nice to have is wifi. The hosts are very responsive to all inquiries.

No. 11 The Butter Factory. FANTASTIC!

Our second stay at no. 11. Family had a great time again. Plenty of space and great location. We have previously stayed at three similar properties in Apollo Bay and the Butter Factory is by far our favourite. As I said last time, we will be back.

Fantastic accomodation!

Stayed 10 nights with our three kids and had a great time. Clean, spacious, great view, only 100m to the beach and close to shops. Double garage was great, we brought everything, two cars, four bikes, loads of space. We will be back for sure!

Position, position, position!

Wonderful week's stay, everything was thought of in the unit, very comfortable. Richard and Jenni are lovely and great to deal with. It was very easy to wonder over to the beach or next door for coffee or to go to the supermarket or shopping strip. Decor very tastefully done (FYI coffee machine in cupboard). Deck an added pleasure to view the water or the mountains. We would love to go back. Nat, Paul and kids.

Escape the city

Travelling with a 6 month old baby and a 4 year old kid we were really critical, but this flat is just great. All four of us had a wonderful vacation, thanks to the flat and its owners. Children have plenty of space inside and outside to play. Even for passionate cooks the kitchen is perfectly equipped. Most importantly when traveling with children: everything is within walking distance. The owners are incredibly helpful and nice. Definitely a place to recommend, we will for sure come back

Lovely stay! Apartment is well located, very close to the beach and town centre cafes and shops. Apartment has great views of the mountains and the sea, is decorated with very good taste and has all the equipment you need (dishwasher, dryer, iron, etc.). Owners are very good communicators and are honest. Apollo Bay is a lovely little town to stay on the great ocean road. I look forward to being there again!

We had a wonderful and relaxing stay in Appollo Bay. The apartment was spacious with good size bedrooms with all facilities and was very clean and modern. Very convenient with the lock up garage and walking distance to the shops cafe's and the beach.
