Nos encanta nuestra pequeña casa de playa de Naples Park, y que usted también! Construido en 2011, es nuevo a los alquileres y parece nuevo. Los techos altos, luces empotradas abundante, todas las encimeras de granito, azulejos en todo, pantallas planas en cada habitación, además de la sala de estar, Internet alta velocidad ... todo está aquí para disfrutar. Apreciará los pequeños extras como una cafetera Keurig, una parrilla nueva, un enfriador de vino y vasos de vino de calidad, además de productos no quebradizos para lenai. Calphalon ollas y sartenes con mango frío, muchos platos y utensilios de cocina. Son las pequeñas cosas que hacen que esta casa tan agradable. ¡Lo más importante, es brillante! Hay sillas de playa, una sombrilla con ancla, toallas de playa y un práctico carrito para guardar todo. Ven escapar a un paraíso tropical!

We had a great time here! The house is perfect and clean, with absolutely everything you might need. Communication with host was perfect. Neighborhood is super quiet. The nearby state park is great! We will 100% come back.

Perfect location !

Our family had a wonderful time in Naples! The home was nice and close to beaches. We really enjoyed the bikes. It was so fun to cruise around the neighborhood. Tiffany was wonderful!

Great House with Pool Close to Beach

Jenelle was very communicative and made sure we had a great stay. The house was very clean and the pool/hot tub was great and set to the perfect temperature. They had everything we needed, including a pack and play, high chair, pool and beach toys, and beach chairs. Location was good and very close to Vanderbilt Beach. Highly recommend staying here!

We stayed at this home over the Christmas holiday. The owners, Tiffany and Sal were so caring and helpful with many suggestions of places to eat and things to do. The home is beautiful and included anything we needed for our stay. We enjoyed using the included bikes and beach chairs. Such a nice home and we had a wonderful stay!!

Perfect home for Naples

I’ve stayed at multiple home rentals and this by far was the best. The home was immaculate. Very clean and comfortable. The amenities were awesome. Everything we needed was right there. Bedding, , linen, toiletries, games, pool toys, etc. were all in abundance. 5 min drive to the beach and the house had everything needed for a comfortable day at the beach. Janelle, the host is amazing and very attentive.

Girls Getaway!

The property is bright & cheery, conveniently located, spotless and contains everything you need to just relax and unwind! Jenelle our host was super responsive, always prompt in answering my questions and offered some excellent dinner suggestions. We enjoyed a wonderful day at the beach and appreciated having towels, chairs and umbrella available for our use. Our only regret is that we didn't stay longer! Great place only 1 mile to beach

The house was great. The property manager was very responsive with everything. Easy to work with. My only reason for 4 stars overall was that the pool heater and hot tub jets quit working before we got there. A pool guy was there right away, but heater on pool was not fixed until day 2 and hot tub needed a part. I understand it wasn’t fault of manager, but it was disappointing.

Beautiful Home

The home was perfect and just as described. It was very neat and clean with all amenities thought through and available to us. Really enjoyed the pool and hot tub especially after a long day out and about. Sal and Tiff were wonderful at advising us on where to eat and what to visit. We had a storm that took out the power for several hours. Sal called the power company and made sure we had candles and flash lights. He even gave us a wonderful bottle of wine to enjoy! Great location and easy to walk or ride bikes to the beach! By far the best VRBO I have been to.

Impeccable gem!

Tiffany and Sal are very gracious hosts. Tiffany responded very quickly to all communications prior to our visit. She also provided wonderful recommendations for dining and activities. We were able to meet them when we arrived and they walked us through their immaculate home. The kitchen is well stocked with everything from coffee, spices, crock pot and paper towels. They also provided wonderful smelling toiletries and ample toilet paper in the bathrooms. We enjoyed riding their bikes to the beach. They also had beach chairs and an umbrella for us to use. They even provided a beach pass for the area beaches, if you wanted to drive. Plenty of bath towels, beach towels and kitchen towels were provided. We enjoyed eating “al fresco” out by the pool and loved relaxing in the spa. This is a turnkey vacation property. We wanted for nothing. Most of all, it is one of the cleanest and well maintained properties we have ever stayed in. Definitely would return and highly recommend. Thank you, Tiffany and Sal, you made our get away so perfect!

Great home near the beach

Beautiful home. Well maintained. It was really nice to have a small pool and hot tub right outside the sliding glass doors in the backyard. Used it everyday and the kids loved it. Had a chance to meet the owners and they are terrific. It is clear they really care about their home and your experience as a renter. We highly recommend this residence.

Great house

We have rented many times in the neighborhood, and enjoyed this house the most. It is clean, well stocked, has comfortable beds, and has everything you need. A big plus over that of other houses in the area, are the included bikes, beach pass and hot tub. Also the owners don't nickel and dime you over every little thing. They are responsive to your needs, and very generous. I would highly recommend this property.

We are a family of five from New England and got tired of paying for two hotel rooms to come visit during school breaks. Then there were the wet swimsuits with nowhere to do laundry, and the need to eat every meal in a restaurant. We love the Gulf beaches of Naples so much; it is far south enough that the weather is the warmest possible during winter months. When we found this perfectly clean, pretty little beach house with a salt water pool and spa we had to make it our own.
