Well............

The online check-in and access to the property were great, hot water and pressure also stellar, location to the downtown area great and within a decent walk distance. Just need some attention to the age and condition of the furnishings and upgrade or replace some of them and this could be a great place. Thank you.

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This process to rent this unit was very easy and the people I spoke with on the phone were very nice but the unit itself was very out dated the bed was horrible food was under the chairs in the front room. Location was great but unfortunately we left early cause the whole experience and condition of the place gave me bad vibes.

Reviewer Comments: The room was beautifully set up but I was except a full kitchen and I wasn't excepting the bathroom sink to be so short and the mattress in the bedroom was soft but the metal bed frame made the whole uncomfortable which made mine and my husband back hurt so bad we couldn't even bend down to pick up things and my children said the pull out bed in the couch was alright and there was no TV in the bedroom only in the living room

Cute condo which was in a great location!

We were in a wonderful location which allowed us to walk to everywhere we wanted to go. The condo was clean, and the communication with the owner was great. We will save this place to come back and stay on our next visit.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We spent most of our time roaming around Gatlinburg, so we really just needed a place to rest and sleep. The price was good compared to most others. It was cold the days were there and the "fireplace" did not work, although the HVAC unit did keep the place cozy. The location was excellent as we simply walked to everything from the condo.

This will be my last. The room was very disappointing. The pull out bed was broken and unable to be used. The stove did not work and the knobs were broken. The remote did not have batteries in them. The room maintenance was very poor.

Excellent value.

This is a good value no frills, clean and roomy. While the bed was squeaky it was comfortable. This place ould work well for a family of four with kids who are willing to share a bed. Location is convenient to Gatlinburg attractions. The kitchenette was functional , good for making breakfast and coffee or snack prep. Needs a few small things like a frying pan and a new spatula. Nice table and chairs made it comfortable for eating in if you order out. Recommend this place for people who don't need anything fancy but want to be comfortable.

Good, but could be better

So I'll start with the positives: Good location, convenient to Gatlinburg and also getting to Pigeon Forge. Property was clean and quiet. Living area furniture was nice Negatives: Definitely needs a bedroom update. The bed was squeaky and uncomfortable, linens were old and the dresser was about to fall apart. A new bedroom set would make a huge difference in the appearance. Bathroom could also use modernizing. Had a jetted tub but we didn't use. We couldn't find pillows for the sofa bed. Pool area got very slick when wet. There were at least 3 incidents of people falling while we were there. Pool water also smelled and tasted funny, but it was sort of clean overall. Need to include a description on how to get to the elevator when you get to the property. If you park by the office it's confusing to find your room. Otherwise check in was really quick. Basically, you get what you pay for here. We didn't want to spend a ton on lodging because we knew we wouldn't be in the room that much. It definitely served its purpose and we enjoyed the stay. Kids loved playing at the pool in our down time.

Bed was very uncomfortable and noisy. Pillows weren’t the best otherwise. Daughters loved the couch sofa though. It was very comfortable for sleeping.
