Venga a disfrutar de Sandy Paradise -A209, un condominio de gran altura ubicado en North Coast Village. Sandy Paradise está ubicado en el edificio "A" más tranquilo que se encuentra al otro lado de la carretera desde la mayor parte del complejo. Si bien el complejo principal aún es accesible para usted con el uso de la llave de su puerta, el edificio "A" tiene su propia piscina privada y bañera de hidromasaje, así como un área para parrillas. Sandy Paradise mira hacia el oeste a través del edificio y tiene una vista parcial del océano y es solo unos minutos para bajar a la playa. Los propietarios han puesto mucho en el condominio con gabinetes de lujo personalizados en la cocina y el baño y encimeras de Corian con una barra extendida. El condominio también tiene una chimenea de azulejos personalizados y persianas de plantación.

Sandy Paradise está completamente amueblado con suficientes asientos y camas para alojar cómodamente a 4. El dormitorio principal tiene una cama king size con un pequeño televisor. High School 55th Reunion trip

Wonderful accomodation but in all honesty I didn’t realize that it was a large complex. You can’t be held responsible for the noises of other guests. But knowing what we now know we’d certainly plan another stay with you.

Enjoyable retreat! Everything we needed. Shower still leaked as mentioned in a previous renter’s review. The living room remote for TV has a broken button but vocal command still functional. One spatula handle broke. Had to update the combination code given us for the locker. It had been changed. The privacy blind was helpful on the balcony to block views from a hallway outside. Overall stay was very enjoyable!

Condo in Building A

We enjoyed our stay in Oceanside. Bldg A is an older building than the large complex on the other side of the road. It is well taken care of and clean. Kitchen very small. Refrigerator took 2 days to cool down. Shower door leaks all over bathroom floor, although it looks new. Had to use a beach towel for bathmat each day as they became soaking wet. Everything else was fine but would rather be in large complex across the street. Complex managers very nice.

Nice 1-bedroom in North Coast Village

Unit has good sized bedroom, easy access to small pool in complex, small patio for outdoor eating. Ceiling fan in living room was horribly loud and rickety but was replaced when I reported it to management.

Great value for a beach stay!

The complex grounds are very very clean, the beach location is awesome. I feel the cleaning of this unit could of been a little better. ( floors sticky, bed pillows with stains) Overall a nice unit for the money, there are much better unit locations if you spend a bit more per night. Will stay at this complex again soon.

Beautiful Stay on the Beach

We had a lovely stay in Oceanside! So nice to be close to the beach! Lots to do around the area and having a dedicated parking spot made it easy! Very comfortable bed and easy to use home!

Location was perfect

The location is wonderful, the condo worked wonderfully for our family during our stay. It was well supplied so we didnt need for anything while there. Would definitely recommend and stay again.

There were some nice amenities and some real problems

Here is the good the bad and the ugly: This condo is in a nice area, close to the beach. The living room has nice couches and is set up very nicely with a large flat screen TV. The kitchen is nicely done and there is a very adequate amount of dishes and cooking utensils on hand. The only problem with the kitchen was the side by side refrigerator/ freezer. The freezer worked fine. The refrigerator was set for it's maximum cold setting but liquids placed in the refrigerator were not cold, but barely "cool." The remodeled bathroom was nice, except for the shower. Whoever made the new shower did not have a clue what he was doing. My wife had to call me in just to open the glass door into the shower. The glass door was so close to the threshold that the very narrow sweep was literally compressed tightly on the threshold. I thought I was going to break the glass as I struggled to open the door. The threshold did not slope into the shower, but was flat. Hence the water leaked out between the doors and pooled up on the threshold until it ran out and covered the floor. The other problem with the shower was that there was practically no cold water plumbed into it. You had to chose between very hot up to scalding hot, that was it. The bedroom was done very nicely with a king size bed. But the bed had a major problem. It was so soft that you sunk into it so far that it was hard to get out of. There was no support for your back. Sleeping on your side or stomach were impossible. Fortunately we had brought two bed boards, just in case, and they saved the day (rather the night). The only other issues we had were the location of the condo in the building and the inability to close the windows because of the heat and humidity. The windows had to be fully open at all times or you would die from the heat and humidity. Because the windows were all open, the noise from other tenants, the swimming pool below, etc. was continuous. This condo sits right at the junction of the "T", as the building is shaped. The elevator and the trash dumps are also at this junction creating more noise. Unfortunately the location of the condo can not be changed. But the shower could be re-done and a new mattress installed in the bedroom. It would be nice to have air conditioning so the windows could be closed to keep out the noise. But it is what it is!

This unit was updated and very clean. The view from the patio to the left was amazing. At night you go to sleep with the sounds of ocean waves. I was there the 1st week in September and the unit was Cool. North coast village doesn't have air conditioning in any of these units . After talking with people staying there for weeks, they bring or the unit has portable Air conditioners. That is such a great idea. I will say I did not need any Air conditioning in September. I loved it and hope to stand in this unit again.

Beautiful complex. Clean condo with everything you need in you home away from home.

The complex is absolutely beautiful and well maintained. It’s in a great location to easily walk across the one way street to the beach, walk over to the harbor, walk to the pier or downtown. There’s no need to drive anywhere. Booking and check in were easy. Prior to our visit we were emailed instructions to get into the gated complex and a list of all the amenities/extras inside the condo so we knew exactly what else we needed to bring. Which wasn’t much, everything you need is provided. There were even sand toys for the kids and an area to lock up your bike. The unit was clean and had a great balcony to enjoy the ocean view. Great communication from the owner, Mark and Shanna were easily accessible by phone or text if we had any questions. Thank you for sharing your home with us, we had a great family get away!

Delightfully furnished Had to keep windows and patio door door covered for privacy as view opened onto walkway. Very unhappy with all extra charges on top of advertised price. Seems like false advertising. Won’t use VRBO again

Clean Condo

Condo is well equiped in the kitchen and dining area. WIFI good. Handy to the outside grill, which was cleaned everyday and left in good shape. Cox cable is pretty lame on the channel list.

Oceanside Vacation

We always love our week's stay at A209 Sandy Paradise. Like the name says it's Paradise. This was our second year staying in this unit and have already booked again for next year. This unit is close to the beach, pool and hot tub. It is stocked with everything you need for your stay. It is also close to the Oceanside Marine with many nice places to eat and places to rent water equipment. Working with On The Sand was great. Wonderful people to work with. Recommend this unit for your stay at North Coast Village.

Paradise Vacation!

We loved our week-long stay in the condo! It just was perfect for our small family. We spent most of our time out on the beach, at the pool, or in the hot tub. The condo was just steps from all three. We barbecued a couple nights as well. They have rally nice BBQ's just by the pool. The condo was stocked very well and was very comfortable. We didn't love the positioning of the balcony but other than that it was a perfect vacation. Thank you so much to On The Sand for making the stay possible!!!

Ocean view from balcony

It was a beautiful view and great to have a cup of coffee on the balcony anytime of day and see the ocean. The condo is comfy and has everything you will need. Close to pool and hot tub. Complex is great. Beach is wonderful.

Great Family Vacation

We had a great time with our grand kids. We stayed for a week and were very tired by the time we were ready to go home but we made some great memories. On The Sand was great to work with and had great communication before and during our stay. We had an issue with the screen door during our stay and they sent out Tobey their handyman to take care of it that same day. Tobey was great to talk to and he had our entire family laughing before he left. It would have been nice to have a larger TV if it was just me an my wife but since we were with our two grand kids we were usually out and about not watching TV. We'll probably be back next August.

Clean and Cozy

We thoroughly enjoyed our weekend at the beach. The condo was clean and comfortable. It was stocked well with everything we needed in the kitchen and the bed was comfortable. I would say really the only thing we would look to change if we went back to North Coast Village is maybe something with a little better view. The access to the beach is great and we really enjoyed spending time in the pool and BBQ area. We will definitely be coming back.
