We understand your concerns and want to address them: The information for guests is all sent via email and digital guides. We have made sure all of our guests have easy access to these guides. We've also enhanced our kitchen inventory based on guest feedback. Regarding the garage, we apologize for any confusion and have updated our listing to clarify the space configuration. The cleaning oversight with the garbage has been addressed with our service team and will not happen again. We're currently evaluating mattress replacements and other updates to improve guest comfort.
