The home was clean and comfortable with all needed amenities. Communication with the host was in one word, excellent. The home’s multiple levels offered privacy when traveling with other family members and the elevator was a great asset, especially to the top patio where we BBQ several times. The home is convenient to nearby beach, restaurants and located in a safe, clean, quiet cul-se-sac. We used the beach bikes to go to the beach, which we enjoyed alot. We would recommend this home and host for the Clearwater Beach area.

Overall, the property was very clean and had all of the items we needed to for cooking and relaxing. The rooftop was amazing, however, the hot tub was dirty and unusable. The property manager did have a quick response time and reached out to the hot tub guy but he couldn’t get out until after we left. Needless to say, we were disappointed as it was too cold to go on the beach. Regardless, we would stay again! The property is well managed and walkable to the beach and many restaurants. They also have everything you need for a child, which was priceless. Thank you!

We enjoyed our stay at this condo. It was well appointed, and everything worked as shown. The view was beautiful from the rooftop hot tub, and I enjoyed grilling up there. We have some fun scaring each other with Ruckus :)Everything is within walking distance and Tampa Bay is a beautiful city.

Nice neighborhood just blocks from the beach. Great restaurants within walking distance. The bikes, beach gear and fishing poles were a nice addition as was the pool and hot tub. Two 14 year olds gave rave reviews. The townhouse was nicely appointed

Great week! Place was super clean and we even got in a bit early. It had everything as advertised and then some! Pool and hot tub were great, so was the dock - dolphins came along several times that week. It’s close to all our favorite bars and restaurants!

Relaxation Vacation

Our stay in this beautifully appointed townhouse was wonderful. Anything you could possibly need was at our fingertips. Our hosts Misty and Curt thought of everything, and were very communicative during our stay. They checked in to ensure we were comfortable and it’s clear they want their guests to enjoy theIr stay. Christmas in the Sun!

This was our first time renting a place in Clearwater. We've been here many times and have alway stayed with my dad who lives here, but this time the whole family came along and we needed a bigger place. We wanted someplace that was close to the beach and restaurants. As my dad is somewhat immobile we also needed a place that was easily accessible. This property was PERFECT! The elevator that accessed all floors (including the amazing rooftop) made for a seamless visit for my dad. The location was awesome too. We could easily walk anywhere in Clearwater Beach. The view was stunning. The property was very clean and better equipped than a lot of places we've stayed. Communication with the property manager was easy - very quick responses to any inquiries I had. We loved the small area in the garage where we could workout. Loved having bikes available too. We would definitely stay there again and would recommend the property to anyone traveling to Clearwater. Very comfortable space, a/c worked great, beds were comfy and had plenty of pillows/blankets. We truly enjoyed our Christmas holiday on the water! There was even a small little tree set up for a festive ambience! Thank you for sharing your home with us!

Perfect Family Getaway

Traveling with your adult kids can be tricky but with this waterfront condo, we had absolutely EVERYTHING we needed! Large bedrooms with attached bathrooms, full kitchen, laundry, five bicycles, lots of beach chairs, umbrellas for the pool and beach, towels and boogie boards, fishing gear and of course the rooftop with hot tub and grill. We didn't want for anything. The home was VERY clean and equipped. We were close to everything and there was enough room in the driveway to park the large SUV we rented. Misty was a pleasure to work with. Always one step ahead of me with a check-in email and then a check-out email to confirm we had all of the information we needed to access the home. We would absolutely love to stay here again when we return to Clearwater Beach! 🌴🏖️🌞

Everything was so perfect

This condo is so beautiful and has everything you could possibly need! So close to everything and every detail in the house is perfect, it really makes you feel like you are at home. The elevator was so helpful as there are a lot of stairs. Enough beach towels and beach things to make the perfect day! 100% recommend and hopefully we will be able to return!

Wow! This place was amazing for our family to spend a week together. Everything and anything you could think of is included here. The elevator was a great touch. Beautiful Property & Location

We stayed in this beautiful home with our two college age children. There are so many things which made this an ideal place to stay. We had ample space and never felt cramped. We loved that each bedroom had its own bathroom. The kitchen was well stocked and even had items like a blender and crockpot. There were little things we appreciated like a magnified makeup mirror in the master bathroom and umbrellas which came in handy when it rained. Everything you need for the beach was there. Lots of towels, coolers, beach buggy, boogie boards, umbrellas... We were truly set after a quick trip to the grocery store which was only a few minutes drive. Surf Style is a few minutes walk and has fresh fruit and and other snacks if you need something quick. The beach was an easy 7 minute walk and there are probably 25 restaurants within walking distance. The rooftop deck was a major selling point for us and it did not disappoint. It was gorgeous on a cool night in the hot tub and beautiful in the morning to start your day. It was peaceful and quiet the entire week at the condo. The pool never had more than 2 other people which made it a very relaxing experience. While we never met face to face, Misty was a dream to work with. She answered all questions quickly and her emails gave us all the information we needed before we arrived. A repair person had to service a lock and she gave us ample notice and information. And most importantly, the entire condo was very clean!

We loved this place. Probably one of the most comfortable homes we have rented in the last 10 years. It had everything we needed plus some extra nice touches. Great location. Quite street. BEAUTIFUL PLACE, GREAT LOCATION!

What an awesome, gorgeous condo, I wish I was still there. The rooftop is amazing and so is the whole place. It's in the perfect location, close to beach, shops and restaurants. I would watch the dolphins every morning from the balcony or rooftop. Also, Sofia was very nice and helpful too. We will be back.
