Alza sobre la colina por encima de la mundialmente conocida playa de Los Muertos, en el barrio prestigioso y seguro de Amapas, este espacioso apartamento de 2 dormitorios es parte de un complejo de apartamentos de estilo hacienda española de 24 unidades pintoresco. Decoradas en el estilo tradicional mexicano y rebosante de encanto, esta propiedad es verdaderamente único en su clase.

Perfectamente situado, este pintoresco pied-à-terre está a poca distancia de todas las grandes atracciones del centro. En cuestión de minutos podrá pasear por el paseo marítimo del océano espectacular Malecón, bebiendo una margarita en la playa, cenar en una multitud de restaurantes y cantinas, o visitar las galerías de arte y boutiques. Esta unidad de 2 dormitorios es la base ideal para explorar el centro de todo lo que Puerto Vallarta tiene para ofrecer.

Situado encima de la carretera principal de la ciudad (el comercio fuera de este gran lugar es el ruido del tráfico), llama un taxi o coger un autobús para explorar otras áreas es fácil de hacer.

Tenemos que mencionar escaleras. Como el edificio Terrazas abajo de la ladera de una montaña, el acceso a los apartamentos del nivel de la calle es una combinación de colinas y varios tramos de escaleras. Además, la ruta más rápida a la playa incorpora aproximadamente 10 vuelos de la carretera principal. Es cierto que existen otras maneras de acceder a la playa que implica un menor número de escaleras, aunque no son tan directas. Si tienes problemas de movilidad, este no es el lugar para ti, aunque la mayoría de la gente a encontrar los pasos para ser un gran ejercicio, por no mencionar, estas rutas permiten el acceso a los pasillos con más encanto y secretos de la ciudad!

We could not have been happier with Adrian’s gorgeous, comfortable place. It’s ideally positioned with stunning views of Bahia de Banderas, with close access to the beach and Zona Romantica. Communication was prompt & helpful and we greatly appreciated the flexibility and adjustments concerning our arrival date/time. The property itself is lovely and well-appointed; Siliva and others onsite who have lovingly maintained Villas Loma Linda for years ensure that it is the perfect home base while in PV. We can’t wait to return again someday, and Adrian’s place will be our first choice.

Exactly as advertised (excellent). Incredible value.

My hesitation in booking this condo was that I thought there was no way it could be as nice/elegant/well-located/affordable as the photos and description. It was exactly as shown and described. The location was amazing. Be ready for stairs! They are everywhere. But getting uber rides was incredibly cheap and easy. We loved the location, walkable and right above the LGBTQ district. Friendly people, great service and actually cheaper prices than the other areas we visited. We WILL stay there again.

Vacation

We really enjoyed our stay! The unit was spacious and clean. It was such a treat to wake up to a beautiful view of the bay every morning and take in the breathtaking sunset at night. It was truly a perfect place to relax and unwind. The condo was a very short walk from the main parts of the town, but far enough away to avoid all of the city noise. All in all we are were very satisfied with our stay, and look forward to returning again in the future.

Spectacular views, near our favorite neighborhoods in PV

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this unit in Villas Loma Linda. The views are amazing from the patio. Everything you need is included for a comfortable stay. The staff is friendly and accessible. The grounds are well kept and clean. We loved the blue, sparkling salt water pool. The unit is decorated in a classic Mexican theme with nice artwork and accents. The location is within walking distance of the beaches, restaurants and shops... Although everything is downhill from there - you get strong legs by the end of your stay! Taxis are an easy alternative to walking back up :). The only down side is the condo is right above the main road heading to the south of out the Bay of Banderas and it can get noisy sometimes. On the whole, we would highly recommend this condo and we will come back again.

Overall our stay was great! Outstanding views! Nice location just a walk down the hill or a short taxi cab. Property Manager very helpful. Pool area beautiful!! The property was peaceful and we didn’t have any issues with construction noise. Safe for our kids.

Great Mexican experience

Owner communication excellent. Property manager friendly and accommodating. View from the porch stunning. Condo interior wonderfully authentic original Mexican. Sure some of the kitchen cabinet and appliances are outdated but I don’t obsess over the age of a fridge. The warm saltwater pool was a great amenity and very clean. The hike up the hill from the beach was expected and helped work off some calories from the delicious meals we had in town. My only disappointment was the almost constant traffic noise from the road below but I know that’s from old infrastructure design. I plan to return, hopefully soon!

Great property and wonderful view. Condo has a very Mexican style to it and is quite charming Prosperity does run close to the highway that runs through the romantic zone—not much of an issue unless your a light sleeper

Enjoying Amazing Sunset and Quick Walk to Beach

Great getaway for two couples! Loved that we had the option for two king beds in each bedroom. The deck is truly the showstopper of the home: nice size and perfect place to watch amazing sunsets/nightly fireworks over the bay. The property is conveniently located for those who want to explore all of what PV has to offer - a short walk (or very short drive) from multiple beaches and town with restaurants and shopping! Staff who run the building are very friendly and accommodating. Definitely recommend staying at Adrian's home.

Loma Linda condo

Best view in the city! Be prepared to walk, or walk downhill and taxi back! Everything was amazing - clean, air conditioned bedrooms and a huge covered patio. We saw the cruise ships coming and going and even a whale right from the balcony. The road is a little loud but you can’t avoid it on the hill - the view is worth it!

Spacious, Clean, and Extraordinay View!

We were greated by the condo staff on our arrival and promptly shown to the condo. It is a open and spacious condo with a great terrace and jacuzzi! Perfect for watching the sunsets!!! We met a few full timers in the complex and they gave us directions into town and the shops and suggested we take a taxi back up the hill!!! $50 pesos ($2.50 USD) from anywhere in Zona Romantica. There are also steps right across the road, that lead right down to the beach clubs. Amapas is hilly but it affords great views!! We were there on the busy week of Semana Santa, there was a bit of noise from the highway below, but was gone by evening. The bedrooms are air conditioned and can easily cool the condo overnight. We were even able to pack less, as there is a washer and dryer!!! We will definitely be repeat customers when we come back to PV.

Beautiful Apartment with Amazing Ocean View

One of the most beautiful apartments we ever stayed. Very clean and spacious, lots of character and above all the incredible ocean view from the huge balcony. We were enjoying it so much that it was tempting just to stay there and simply don't go out at all. At the same time location was great as well and in 5-10 minutes you could get to the beach or to Zona Romantica and explore all the restaurants and attractions of beautiful Puerto Vallarta. The owner Adrian and his management team were very helpful as well and made our Christmas stay very special and enjoyable. We left with so many great memories and will definitely be back!

Great property exactly as described. Typical Puerto Vallarta hillside unit. Clean, all amenities, and friendly Manager. Views were spectacular, especially New Year's Eve watching the fireworks. Adrian was easy to work with. There was a lot of climbing to get to the unit from below, as expected, but readily accessible from the front street by taxi. Not as private as we thought since other units are close by. Unfortunately we had a loud late night group right above us that partied three nights straight.

Amazing View, Large Condo, Great Location

I have had nothing but a great experience booking and staying at this condo. I was very familiar with the area so the short distance away from old town was no problem. Upon arriving I was pleased to see that the condo was exactly how the pictures represented it to be. The place was large and well appointed and the terrace offers a gorgeous expansive view of the bay and old town. It has been very nicely updated and the traditional decor is exactly what I look for when vacationing in Mexico. It is a short ten minute walk down hill to the best restaurants and from there I walk the Malecon daily the take a taxi back because I'm lazy and it only costs 50 pesos. I can't say that there was anything disappointing with my stay. There was very little noise, it was nice and quiet and easy to get to sleep and sleep in. We purchased food at Ley Supermarket and cooked often in the condo and the kitchen was stocked with everything we needed to cook. The gas grill on the terrace was a great bonus. There was nothing I was left wanting for while here. Though it may be a little more convenient to stay at place in the middle of old town, you will experience a lot of road, construction, and party noise that you just don't get at this place. A friend had come down at the same time as we did and he stayed right in old town. He visited us for dinner one night and was instantly disappointed in his accommodations after seeing ours. I can't say enough how pleasant the entire experience has been. Thank you Adrian for offering up an outstanding condo and for being accurate in you presentation of it. I will be staying here again in the future!

Incredible views

Property exactly as show. Views and sunsets were beautiful. Owner is correct that it is a bit of a hike up to the condo but going down is easy and if you are in relatively good shape, the walk up is not that bad. I'm 70 and had no problem. But if the hike up is too much, or it's later in evening when it's dark, the 50 peso cab ride (or less if you use uber) is a simple solution. Walk down to beach area is about 5 minutes and an additional 10 to 15 to walk to the far north end of the Malecon and everything inbetween. Finding a decent grocery store within walking distance is a bit of a challenge, but there are a number of smaller 'mini markets' that will get you the basics. The best we found is situated on the road Amapas ( at bottom of the stairs immediate down from the condo) to the right about a block. Lot's of restaurants off and on the beach.

Simply Fantastic

Comfortable, spacious, clean and well-equipped. Fantastic views from the large terrace, a few minutes to the beach by foot (lots of stairs, but great exercise!). Ample cab service on the street if you are so inclined. Close to a multitude of dining choices. In short, I would change nothing.
