Pool no good

Todo estaba bien pero fui de New Jersey a orlando a llevar mis hijas a una piscina el agua estaba fría nunca pudieron entrar a esta ósea fui a nada

I love it .

This place is so nice and comfortable place if you want to visit Florida. The owner will be communicated with you at all time , any questions I had the owner will responses to me quickly . Love the place comfortable and very clean . Will recommend to anyone

Amazing

My family and I absolutely enjoyed our stay at this beautiful home. It's nice spacious, clean and check-in was simple. The owners communication is an A+ for responding quickly and are only a call away to answer questions or concerns. We will definitely be visiting again. A GREAT PLACE TO STAY, RELAX AND UNWIND!!!

Great!

This place is great. Everything was clean and ready to stay in for the weekend. The only thing that I noticed is that some of the doors didn’t lock and that the pool table and ping pong table were tilted so it was kind of difficult to play. We still had a lot of fun and was in the garage playing the entire time. The outside area was great, we were able to play football and frisbee in the giant field outside. The neighbors were friendly. It was easy to find, and easy to figure stuff out with great communication from the host. Would stay here again for sure

great size house, but full beds and small pool driveway for 3 cars only communication after in 0

5 vacant rooms for only 3 cars not having availability for the other cars in another location, not so pleasant cleaning, small pool with minimal space around it, furniture around the old pool, in which a chair broke because it was rusty, even hurting one of our friends, the gaming tables are among the lowest.

Needs work done!

I rented this property from a Thursday to a Sunday. Communication with the owners were consistent before arrival and after arrival there was absolutely NO communication between me and the host. I arrived to a trash can FULL of trash from a previous stay, which lead to a front yard full of flies. There were ants in the upstairs bathroom. And the pool was very cloudy compared to the pools next to it. Also the net around the pool is very old, the kids were lining up to jump in and the side piece just fell. ALSO it is just like the pictures. Which means everything is for viewing purposes only. Each bed was uncomfortable. The mattresses on each bed were squeaky and very hard. Also it seemed like no one cleaned the house before we came, there was smoking buds all on the patio! Decent house but not worth what you spend! And ps, it’s the day after I left and I still haven’t spoken with the host about my concerns. High disappointed!

Simply Awesome

I highly recommend this property. Definitely thinking on renting again. Superb communication with owners. So many small details made a huge positive difference. My family enjoyed their stay and loved the property. Neighborhood is super quiet and well maintained. Do not hesitate, you will love it!

Family Getaway

Overall it was a nice stay for a good size family of 8 people. Beds need to be upgraded and pool could have been cleaner.

Beautiful home!

My family, friends and I had an excellent stay at this property. Everything was clean and the home is well maintained. The beds were a little small for couples but soft and comfy. Would definitely stay here again!

Family time

We were visiting family from Indianapolis who also rented a house in Davenport. This house was perfect as it was 12 minutes from them! The beds do need to ne replaced, as they do make alot of noise, however they were comfortable. the ping pong table was a hit with the kids. Had a little excitement as we were cooking breakfast amand d set off the smoke/fire alarm, but response time was very quick and the owner was great about it! We love VRBO! Didn't use the pool and didn't pay the extra to have it heated so we were surprised by the extra fee for it.

We enjoyed our vacation. A fee things Needs attention

All bed’s mattresses make a lot of noise. The bathroom floors need attention; the vinyl is coming off you can see the humidity underneath. The upstair bathroom sink is rusty. We did not use the pool even though we paid because the weather is usualy cold in December. The trim through the house needs cleaning or touched up!

Mini vacation

My family and I enjoyed our trip and made the best of staying at this place, but I would NOT choose this home again. I constantly had to contact the owner about things.. First, it was the code to get in (easy fix) then it was the leak in the garage whenever it rained, and little to no water from the sink in the upstairs bathroom. It could use a lot of upgrades being a vacation home to strangers, and the cleaning could be way better..Carpets were extra dirty from all the previous visitors. The rugs that were laid down were all a tripping hazard so we had to move them while we were there. ALL appliances in the kitchen could be upgraded including countertops and tile. The pool area was infested with ants..(exterminator did come pour something around the screen surrounding the pool after texting owner about the ants. I had to clean the pool before the first use, and my mom has to sweep the concrete surrounding pool because it was extremely dirty. The screen surrounding the pool had several holes (wear and tear)which allowed bugs and lizards to get in. There were at least 3 lizards inside the house(not use to that) and tons surrounding property. Never experienced that in any other rentals in Florida. After talking with the owner, property manager did come to ask about the leak in roof and sink but nothing was said except he would notify owners.. (which I had done from the start. Not something anyone should experience on a vacation. However, the owner was nice when speaking with her about everything.. .. Place was just okay for last minute booking but would not book this specific house again.

It was great for what we needed! Easy drive to all Disney Parks from this property.

Prior review of this property was discouraging, however we can change that perception. The property manager was great with communication. Timely responses to requests and concerns. We appreciated there professionalism and courtesy. The house worked perfect for what we needed. For the cost of this house we are happy with our choice with giving this property a chance!! The reason for the 4 stars and not 5 was because the beds in some of the rooms were not very comfortable but tolerable. Overall we were happy with our stay at this property!

Perfectly Relaxing and Conveniently Located

OVERALL: My group had a nice time staying in this home. It looked very much like the pictures - but it was actually more spacious than the pictures showed. The bedrooms were all bigger than anticipated and the living room with its tall ceilings was the perfect hangout spot. The owners were responsive to the couple little issues we had upon arrival. We were initially unable to access the Wi-Fi, but that was quickly resolved. Also, there were no trash bags in the home (not even in the can) when we arrived. The owner quickly resolved that as well by having the property manager bring some over. I'd already purchased my own by then, but it was a nice gesture. For the money, I'd stay here again. THE BAD: The house could use a more thorough housekeeper. Many of the dishes in the cupboard were so dirty I could tell what foods had previously been in them - chocolate ice cream being the most memorable. Many of the dishes were also cracked and in need of replacement. They are cute! But cheap plastic dishes apparently don't hold up well in a rental property. We also had an issue with one of the toilets on arrival. There was no water to it or in it. Again - this was fixed promptly but should have been noticed by housekeeping before our arrival. Corners had a few little cobwebs and dust bunnies were scattered in a few places. Not a big noticeable thing, but easy enough to take care of. The beds and bedding were also not the most comfortable. They were suitable, but very basic. I think each member of my group mentioned the poor quality bedding at least once during our stay there. THE GOOD: The location of this home was absolutely perfect for us! It's located in a quiet, gated community so we were able to get plenty of sleep without traffic or neighbors keeping us up. We weren't worried about the security of our things while we were out during the day either. The pool table in the garage was a big hit! The guys really enjoyed going there in the evenings and playing a few games of pool while enjoying the evening breeze coming in through the open garage door. A comfy couch and a high top table make it a great place to chill and relax after a long day. The pool area had a nice table for lounging as well. We spent quite a bit of time hanging out poolside although it was too chilly in the evenings to actually get in the pool. If you really want to swim and plan to visit in the winter you'll want to invest in the heated pool. Nice place to unwind!

horible custumer service we ask to heat the pool they never went the ac was not working upstairs it says 3 queen beds it was only one queen we slept on small beds the hause was not in good condotion horrible experience specially with custumer service they never answer the call when they see its us calling we payed for queens we gor full ac never works
