This place was fantastic! The condo was clean and spacious and had everything we needed to make our stay enjoyable. They have all the beach gear you need for a great day at the beach including chairs, umbrella, cooler and snorkel gear.

Perfect location

We stayed at this condo for 5 nights and had the best time. Great location, if you want to explore the north shore. We had everything we needed. Highly recommend.

Wonderful Experience

We had such a lovely time at this condo for our holiday. It has a great kitchen with everything you need to cook, a great patio we ate our meals on everyday, and overall perfect location. We can't wait to come back again!

Perfect spot

The unit was very clean, had everything we needed, except maybe an umbrella, it rained alot. Loved being able to walk to princeville and restaurants. Would definitely stay here again next time

Great place to stay!

Nice & clean, perfect location on the North Shore. Owners were very responsive with communication. Kitchen was well equipped. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience.

Enjoyed morning coffee watching the Brazilian Cardinals and other birds off the balcony. Beds were comfy. Entire living space was beautiful and spacious. The dining table was perfect for working our 1,000 piece puzzle. So close to our favorite beach in Hanalei. Mahalo

Great location

The condo was clean and well appointed. We enjoyed borrowing the 3 beach chairs, umbrella and boogie board. Our only wish would have been for air conditioning! Or at least cooling fans....we were sweltering at night.

Perfection

Our 10 day vacation was everything we could have dreamed of. Your condo was the perfect home away from home. Clean, well stocked and modern. Beds were comfy. The porch was a great place to sip coffee and read in the morning. We appreciated being able to use the beach chairs and towels. Convenient location to all the beaches on the north shore. We enjoyed a day at the pool and loved having the grills to use… although there are so many amazing places to eat, we didn’t cook at home as much as we thought we would! Thank you for everything!

We have lived on Kauai previously and also rented several different condos while visiting. Loved this unit, the cleanliness, the views and location. It is spacious and the beds were also super cozy allowing for restful sleep. :-)

Super clean, spacious condo.

Super clean, very responsive—when we had an issue with the washing machine someone was literally there in 5 minutes. Nice pool. Bright and spacious condo with large lanai. No AC for not just here but for any unit in the complex but we opened the windows and ran the fans and it’s fine unless you want it to be 68 degrees. We liked that it’s less electrical use—you’re in Hawaii so enjoy the warmth and help save the planet. The louvered windows mean you will hear all of the outside noise but it’s in a very quiet area except those Kauai roosters so bring earplugs if you are noise sensitive in case there is one outside your window at 5:30 am—which obviously is outside of owner control but happened to me twice. Overall it was a great space for the price and we would be happy to return!

very enjoyable. They have just about everything you need if forget your beach towels they have them they also have beach chairs and coolers for the beach. If you like to cook they have all the basics. Our stayeas relaxing and enjoyable

Excellent Property

We had a great stay at this property! The view from the deck of the mountains was breath-taking. The condo itself was in excellent condition, modern and was fully stocked with the kitchenware needed to prepare and serve meals. You can't ask for a better location on the island - north shore. We would highly recommend this property as a great place to stay when visiting the island of Kauai.

Great price, very clean, includes beach equipment!

The condo was great, easy to find in Princeville. Everything was very clean and well equipped with beach chairs, towels, a cooler, and beach mats. Lots of fans and opening windows and doors, with screens, which were great for staying cool. The shared BBQ and pool/hot tub area were very nice. It is a condo complex so there was some noise from kids, neighbors, and maintenance equipment, to be expected. The only real issue we had was that there was no cable television for the first few days of our stay and when cable was installed the channel selection was very limited. Yes, I know, it's Hawaii, go to the beach, don't sit inside! Some may want to catch a game every once in a while. Otherwise, it would have been 5 stars. Thanks for the great stay!

Clean and nice location

We traveled with another couple. We had a nice time with the comforts of home. The pool and hot tub was nice to relax in the evenings. Would be nice to have 4 more bath towels to take to the pool and 4 more beach towels so we didn't have to wash them every day. A light over the stove is really needed for cooking. Great location on the north shore. Thanks for the outdoor closet with beach chairs and a cooler! We would stay here again.

A Nice Place to call "Home"

Everything we needed in a home was there. The property is very well kept, .Kitchen was big enough for a few of us to work together. Kitchen, dining and living room are an open concept. We didn't get to the pool because we were checking out this whole island. But the pool did look very inviting. This condo was a place we called "home" and let us relax and enjoy. We were a ways off from a lot of things but didn't mind the drives. It's beautiful every where on this island. There is a grocery store within a few minutes if you like to cook at home. Do try this rental out!

The Alii Kai Resort is a gem nestled back from the Ocean Bluff. It has excellent coastal breezes. The grounds are lush and expertly maintained. The resort Pool, Jacuzzi and BBQ are surrounded by beautiful tall palm trees and new pool furniture to relax on. Unlike other condo communities, the Alii Kai is a low density retreat. There condos are spacious and the grounds around the resort are extremely peaceful.

This condo is Upstairs with Treetop Mountain, Garden & Tropical Views. Sunset Views and Tropical Birds. Spacious Interior with Private Balcony and a Fully Equipped Kitchen. The tropical garden off of the living room is a peaceful oasis. The mornings and evenings are met with a natural symphony from the Native Birds. This condo has an excellent floor plan.
