Beachwalk 210 está bien decorado y renovado con todo lo que necesitará durante sus vacaciones. Internet inalámbrico y pantallas planas en cada habitación, más ambas salas de estar. El salón principal tiene un televisor de 60 pulgadas. La cubierta grande ha sido renovada con material compuesto Trex para facilitar su uso y cuidado. Astillero Plantation es una comunidad cerrada tranquila perfecta para aquellos que buscan descansar y relajarse. Astillero es el mejor lugar para aquellos que gustan de caminar a la playa, bicicleta en los carriles bici muchos solitarias y sombreadas, jugar al tenis en el astillero Racquet Club, o golf en los únicos 3 campos de nueve hoyos en la isla en cuestión de minutos desde el apartamento . Ubicado en la calle de Beachwalk, se encuentra el Sonesta Resort, que puede caminar hasta el bar y restaurantes al aire libre. Rey en BR1, reina en BR2, 2 dobles en BR3, sofá cama Queen.

Great Stay

This property was great for a multi-generational family vacation. There was space for each family to relax and stretch out. No one felt on top of each other. Everything was clean and in good working condition. The location of the resort was central to everything and the condo itself was walking distance to the beach and pool. We loved it.

Family Vacation

Nice condo. It gave us enough room for 4 adults and 3 kids. It is about a 15 minute walk to the beach or you get a parking pass to drive to the beach. We walked most of the time. The pool is about 5 minutes away and is nice.

I loved the location relative to the beach. If I had to make a suggestion I would suggest that you put more trash bins around. It would be great to have a trash can in every room so that people could adequately dispose of things and at the end of the visit we would just have to put all the trash together and take it out. The other thing would be to cut back the foliage from the trees so that we could enjoy the deck. There was too much hanging in order for us to enjoy the deck and definitely could not enjoy the grill because of the tree limbs hanging. And keeping the deck full of pollen. Also the toaster oven was not clean.Those would be my only complaints or suggestions.

Lovely condo and great location. However, be careful coming down the stairs. The top step is very narrow and I missed the step and fell down the stairs. Watch out

Perfect location

Thank you for allowing us to stay in your villa. The location is perfect 7 minute walk to beach or 2 minute bike ride the pool is close the property is spacious I traveled with 3 teens 2 adults perfect layout. Could use some new couches and some upgrades in the dish department etc but I don't think anyone but us cooks. There's a Weber grill with a full tank huge plus. The price was good I wish I booked through the vacation rental company rather then VRBO would of saved a few hundred all in all its 5 stars for me.

Great family time

We had a great time as a family in this spacious condo. We had 4 adults, 2 teens, and 2 toddlers. We had plenty of space to spread out. No fighting over bathrooms and 3 were even able to take a shower at the same time without hot water issues. The kitchen was well-equipped and we enjoyed the use of that and the grill outside. The walk to the beach was a little longer than anticipated but still very manageable and an easy walk. We also had the option of driving and offloading. With the beach gear credit we rented bikes and that was a lot of fun also. Overall, it was a great, relaxing time - which seems almost impossible with toddlers and teens!

Construction zone

The condo is great. But on Monday morning we were awakened by sawing, hammering,and yelling from the condo next door. Luckily we were able to move to another condo in the complex. Seaside Vacation Rentals were amazing! Thanks to Heidi for getting us switched. She also had the house cleaning service find my husband’s mouth piece that was lost in the move from 210 to 196 Beachwalk. Moving was not fun but the construction zone was unacceptable.

Excellent townhouse in a convenient location

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our family of 7 guests enjoyed the quality and space provided by Beachwalk 210. The location is very convenient to the beach, Van Der Meer tennis, and shopping/dining areas. Apart from paying more to stay on the beachfront, this townhouse is about as close as it gets to the ocean. The place was clean, spacious, and well-appointed. Everything seemed modern and recently updated. Our only complaints were missing or not being able to find a couple of kitchen items we needed and a leak in the atrium glass. It was clear the owner did not know about the leak and that it was believed to have been repaired previously. We enjoyed that fact that linens, towels, and other supplies were provided.

Great place overall

We got so lucky to find this place last minute. The great: place is very clean and is just as pictured. Simple things work that sometimes don’t in some rentals (tv/wifi). The tv is more “regular” in that I don’t have to navigate 10 internet apps and services to find something. The beds are very, very comfortable. The beach is awesome, large and flat with soft sand. The good: kitchen is adequately stocked but not over the top. The surrounding landscaping is really nice but can hold in some of the humidity. The ok: there is about a 7-10 minute walk to the beach. For our group, the two dads lugged wagons etc while dodging bikes down a relatively narrow path considering the foot traffic (but it is paved). The moms took the kids down to park and met us at the resort access (parking is tight and sometimes hard to find a spot). It was a little work if you are used to oceanfront but still well worth the price.

Great location, unit worked nice for kids . Kitchen well stocked and beds were comfy. However, housekeeping needs to be checked before guest arrive . We had dirty towels hanging on hooks in bathroom . Also overflowing trash cans at the front entrance (1st thing we saw, I almost got back in car) They have big TV in bedroom but they only have DVD players . Would highly recommend upgrading to smart TVs Overall the house was nicely decorated and updated just dirty . Luckily we found vacuum to get all of the food off couch cushions .and carpet in sitting area . There was one room we had to keep our kids out of due to the furniture being covered in old worn slipcovers (it reminded my toddler of our Collies Dogbed) Property management company seemed nice

210 Beachwalk

The location a positive! Wonderful water pressure! We especially liked the living space downstairs and all bedrooms upstairs! Continue remodeling. The brown carpet doesn’t fit the beach decor. We needed an umbrella on back deck table. Rotten wood noticed around the outside. TV in double beds bedroom was broken. Update old plastic mini blinds. We were not accustomed to not having blinds to close at night in dining area and at front door. Condensation/water dripped from queen bedroom bathroom around ceiling vent. Several receptacles did not work. Kitchen has too many different glassware sets! Give your guests 8 each water, juice and wine glasses of one pattern! A negative was parking. We and others got written up for parking on pinestraw. Remove the pinestraw and make more parking spaces! And finally, the dining table chairs’ fabric seat covers were nasty. We put towels over the seats during our stay. I hope you take my comments as constructive. It’s a great older condo that needs more updating! We really enjoyed our week!

Good location - few issues

Check in process was straightforward. Location is great and about 7-minute walk to the beach. When we got into the rental it smelled quite bad and it was clear the furniture and carpets had not been cleaned for a while. The TV also had a crack in the screen running from top to bottom and some aspects of the cleaning had not been completed properly. We contacted the property manager and asked them to shampoo the furniture/carpets and fix the TV. They responded promptly and said they would take care of it on Monday, which they did, and it made a big improvement. I asked for some of the rental cost to be refunded since we were paying over 3k for the week and 2 out of the 7 days were waiting for these issues to be resolved. Unfortunately the management company ignored this request. I appreciate it is a busy time of year but if I am paying several thousand dollars for a rental for one-week I don't think it's unreasonable to expect items like this to be taken care of before guests arrive, not during their stay. We have rented many properties over the years and this is honestly the first time I have ever felt it necessary to highlight a negative experience.

I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: While the staff at Seashore Vacations were very nice, I think they could have done a better job at selecting a more suitable vacation home for their vacationers ! Living in NJ, we don’t have the advantage of inspecting a home until after our arrival, which we would hope the realty company might do in choosing the home rentals which they represent!I have been coming to Hilton Head Island for the past 30 years staying at various properties throughout the island, unfortunately I must rate the unit which I shared with 3 other roommates as very disappointing! Beachwalk 210, left little to be desired!Although it has a nice layout, 4 baths 3 bedrooms and outdoor deck, we could not fully enjoy the space. The bedrooms had carpet, which must be the original since the unit was built, as it was dirty and smelled of mildew! The shower curtains were also dirty with mold! We witnessed several ants in the unit as well! The dishes had to be rewashed, as they too were dirty! We had to return a bed pillow that was stained, clearly the maintenance is lacking in the place!Additionally, all of my previous stays have provided courtesy condiments, salt, pepper, coffee, teas, etc! This unit only provided 2 packs of dish powder & 1 packet of detergent!Beachwalk is a beautiful community,however it’s unfortunate we could not fully appreciate the inside of our unit as we had anticipated we would!
