Family trip

We had a lovely time here. This condo is so well stocked with everything you would need in the kitchen, so many towels, comfy beds & great storage. Easy walk to everything. The street is noisy but didn’t disrupt our sleep.

We loved the condo. It was clean, organized, quiet, close to lots of great restaurants, and the Malecón. We would definitely recommend staying in this property.

Great Spot in the Best Location

Jainene did a great job of communicating with me before our trip. We were met as soon as we arrived. The condo was well stocked with kitchen essentials, bathroom essentials, along with pool floats and plenty of towels. We’ve stayed in various areas around PV in the past, and this condo is definitely in the best location. Close to the beach, restaurants and shops. And you can easily take an inexpensive Uber to areas outside of the Romantic Zone. I can’t recommend this condo enough!

Amazing Stay

The condo was absolutely amazing. Great location. There were six of us, four adults and two children and it was not at all crowded. Very nice decor, the beds were super comfortable. We had a great view and the location was perfect. We would definitely stay here again. Every thing was perfect and the communication was great. Was definitely a bonus to have a washer and dryer! The pool was also amazing, the staff were super friendly.

Great 2 week stay! We wish we could have stayed longer at this property. It is very well located with comfortable furniture and great kitchen utensils. The highway noise is very noticeable during the day, but decreases at night. We were able to sleep with the windows open. When the windows are closed, the condo is very quiet. Great staff at the building. The pool is exceptional! Jainene was very communicative throughout the stay. Highly recommended!

Excellent Place to Stay!

This condo is wonderful!!! We instantly felt right at home. Location is close to everything, and there were days that we did multiple outings and never had to go more than 5 blocks from the building. Convenient restaurants and shopping all around you. The staff was amazing. The property manager Alicia was so welcoming! She answered all our questions and was readily available if we needed anything. The security staff at the building made us feel safe and welcome. It was fun to get to know that during our stay! The condo itself was beautiful and had everything you need. In fact, we over packed! Plenty of toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, body wash, lotion, sunscreen). A safe, although everything felt very secure in this building. Having a washer and dryer was perfect, so that we could do laundry during the trip. The AC was amazing, especially since we visited during the hot, rainy season. With wifi and easy access to Netflix, we were set for when we needed to get out of the heat. The pool area is well maintained and comfortable. We enjoyed it many times. The condo has pool floaties, so you don't need to worry about bringing your own or buying any. My biggest concern before we got there was street noise, but this was never a problem!! I really could not believe how well we slept, even without ear plugs!! The condo is so quiet! I really can't say enough about how much we liked this property. Jainene has made a beautiful home away from home!!!

Awesome stay!

Where do I begin? Everything about this place was wonderful. The condo was immaculate, beds were comfortable, kitchen was spacious, property grounds/pool were also perfect and well enjoyed by my family. We received superb service from the property staff. I am not exaggerating when I say that every single person we encountered was friendly and polite. It’s so nice to walk in to a rental and be greeted with a smile. We have stayed at numerous rentals, and by far this place beats any other! Jainene: Thank you for such a memorable stay. I greatly appreciate the thought you put into ensuring your guests enjoy staying at your place. From the decor, the cleanliness, restaurant recommendations, the neatly folded towels, the sunscreen, etc. it doesn’t go unnoticed! Every touch helps provide comfort, convenience, and enjoyment. A nice stay at Rivera Molino

We found this property to be in an excellent location in a fairly quiet spot in the Zona Romantico. Unit is nicely decorated, furnished and has a well stocked kitchen. Beds were super comfortable and we are pretty picky about our beds. Linens and provided soaps were of high quality. Other people around the property were quite nice and the staff was attentive and helpful. Very safe "feeling" about the place and the people at the front desk do screen people they have not yet met to keep out people that don't belong in the building. Unit has nice river/town/ocean view for 180 degrees. AC, fixtures and appliances all worked flawlessly. Pool was very comfortable and warm; clean and furniture was high quality. Convenient to many things in downtown PV. My wife and adult children and I all enjoyed our stay and hope to book again.

Romantic Zone PV Family Trip

We had another wonderful stay in this fantastic condo. The host was great in providing details throughout. The closeness to the beach and the restaurants cannot be beaten. The pool area was also fantastic with a great communal area. Our family had such an incredible time! I would highly recommend it to anyone wanting a central location with access to the bus lines and being close to several restaurants and other attractions (malecon, markets, beach).

Great Location and Beautiful Condo

We have rented many condos and stayed in many hotels and this was our favorite place. The condo is beautiful, well equipped, and faces a quiet river. My friends and I loved the condo. The furnishings are nice, beautiful kitchen, comfortable beds, and great AC system. The pool is surrounded by a beautiful and lush manicured gardern. This is our place to stay in whenever we go back. Loved it.

This is a wonderful property! Great location, mere minutes to the malecon, and in the center of everything. Almost every night you get fireworks from the pirate ship. Property was very clean and everyone is so helpful. 10 for 10 will do again.

Wonderful!

Clean, well maintained property. Perfectly located within walking distance to many restaurants, shops, The Malecon and the beach! Exceptionally clean and VERY well stocked with practically anything you would need for your stay. Jainene was super easy to contact and quickly responded to any questions I had for her. Would definitely rent this unit for any upcoming stays!

Great Condo

As shown in pictures this is a very nice and comfortable condo in our favorite area of Old Vallarta; the boardwalk and many good restaurants are an easy walk from the condo. We also appreciated the well stocked kitchen and the easy and quick responses from both the owner and property manager Alicia, she even let us borrow her beach chairs! Only minor downside for me was the need to sleep with closed windows with the fan/AC on instead of the tropical PV breeze because of the outside traffic noise from the street by the side of the condo.

Beautiful, comfortable, clean, and convenient!

We (mom, dad, grandma, 13-year-old, 15-year-old) thoroughly enjoyed our say at Jainene's condo! It is incredibly clean, updated, and comfortable. The kitchen and bathrooms are well-stocked, and the laundry works great. The location is so convenient - easy walking to the beach, excellent restaurants, the Malecon, groceries, COVID testing clinics, the Saturday market, and much more. The pool is great too!

Would love to stay again!

This condo was a wonderful place to stay! I enjoyed waking up in the morning and looking at the river, ocean, and life taking place across the bridge. There was very amenity we could possible need in the condo and building as well as a very responsive host and staff. We would love to stay here again soon!!

Great Family Vacation

Great stay, great location, great time. Check in process was easy with low stress, and we couldn’t have been happier with the location and the service provided. When issues occurred the management company was communicative , prompt and personable. The rooms clean and the amenities were more than adequate. Dialogue between the owner was also appreciated. We went in late July, which isn’t the most ideal time, so the owners contacted us directly to make sure we had the proper expectations. (We don’t mind the heat). They genuinely wanted to make sure we had a good time and gave plenty of food suggestions. It was a great stay and the family appreciated the time away. Thanks, The Schiebouts

My husband and I have enjoyed travelling to Puerto Vallarta over the years and visiting friends who live there. We decided to purchase a property to fulfill our dream of spending part of our time each year in the sun and near the beach. We love the fabulous location and well maintained building and appreciate that our building is highly sought after due to the perfect location and reputation of the building. We look forward to the time when we will be able to spend more time in our happy place. We live in Seattle, WA.

This building is great quality, is staffed 24/7 and an easy walk to almost anywhere you want to go. We were grateful to find such a spacious and high quality option and one that we could see ourselves spending several months each year here.

We love the salt water pool, the friendly staff and administration as well as the number of full time residents from the US and Canada. We can walk to everything! The beach, Malecon, groceries, restaurants, spas, shopping.
