Bienvenido a Blissful Beach. Ubicado a un corto paseo de las hermosas playas de la Costa Esmeralda de Florida en un tramo tranquilo de 30A en la comunidad cerrada de The Preserve, Blissful ofrece una experiencia de vacaciones atractiva para todos los que se hospedan.

Esta casa recientemente redecorada cuenta con un diseño costero relajado e informal y un diseño espacioso ideal para familias que hará que sus preocupaciones se deslicen. En lo alto de un tramo de escaleras, el loft es un espacio de entretenimiento separado, sala de estar completa con un bar con fregadero, mesa de bar, televisión y sofá cama para arreglos adicionales para dormir. The Preserve es una comunidad cerrada y tranquila con dos piscinas (una de ellas climatizada) y canchas de tenis. The Preserve tiene su propio paseo marítimo que conduce a una de las playas privadas más hermosas en 30A. Conduce tu bicicleta por el vecindario o sigue el sendero hacia el carril bici de 30A para explorar las áreas circundantes de Blue Mountain Beach, Grayton Beach, WaterColor y Seaside. Esta casa cuenta con un amplio estacionamiento, una parrilla al aire libre y una ducha al aire libre con entrada al baño.
El barrio está enclavado entre dos hermosos puntos de acceso a la playa. The accommodations were perfect for our family, tasteful and well laid out. We especially enjoyed the free bicycles. It is a little further from the beach than we might have liked, but the walk along the boardwalk is beautiful and pleasant. The kitchen is very well appointed and perfect for the big breakfast that we made while we were there. Highly recommend this home if you are looking for a place along 30A.

House and Neighborhood was Great!

We enjoyed the house and the neighborhood. The whole family used the pickle ball and tennis courts, as well as the pool. The walk to the beach was a haul, but we expected that. However, what I was not expecting was the construction on the street we stayed. My morning coffee on the front porch was like being in the middle of a construction zone with skid steers, framers, porta-johns and construction trucks. I love this area in general, but it was not peaceful during the working hours of every day we were there…even Sat/Sun.

Kids could ride the bikes to the blue mountain creamery; beach access was super easy in the golf cart. Downstairs living and kitchen were big and gave us ample room to make meals, watch tv, etc.

Nice for the most part

This property was clean and easy to find. Upon arriving, we were disappointed to find that there was NOT 4 parking spaces in the driveway, as the listing stated. You could barely fit 2. The golf cart, that we did not rent, took up a good amount of the space. Entering the house, it was clean, well lit, and welcoming. In the kitchen I immediately noticed no Keurig, which the description says it has. I called and one was brought over immediately, unboxed, and set up for us! We got settled in and explored where the private beach was. It's quite the walk to get there, so if you have a buggy/wagon, I would suggest taking it to haul your beach gear. We did not have one as I was told the beach access was "right across from the property." That, to me, says right across from the house. Maybe they should've said "across from the neighborhood."? Cooking on the gas grill proved to be a challenge. My husband, an avid griller, could barely get a flame on the grill. It took a very long time to cook kabobs. It was so bad, we didn't cook our second night and decided to just go out instead. As we got ready for our first night, I was looking forward to a nice, hot shower in the big master bathroom. The shower, when turned full blast, never got hot. I called the after hours number and they said a plumber would be out first thing in the morning. Upon arriving back from the beach we found a note that he'd been there and the water was coming out "very hot." We tried again, no hot water. We found out the cold was the hot position and the hot was the cold position. So I turned it to cold, it was barely warm. In order to get slightly more than lukewarm, you have to barely turn the knob on, that brings NO water pressure! This was a big issue for us, as that shower is so big and fancy, you'd expect everything to work properly. At bedtime, we climbed into the big King size bed, only to toss and turn all night from the firmness. It's a VERY hard mattress! And when the sun came up the next morning, it was directly in my eyes, with the "curtains" closed!!! While the curtains in this house are a nice touch to the decor, they aren't real functional. This house needs something different to block that sun from hitting the head of the bed at 6am. I did not sleep well the 3 nights of our stay. Overall it was a nice house in a good location, but some issues need to be fixed for the amount charged daily. We will find a different house right on the beach next time.

Great location as well. We really enjoyed having the private access to the beach which was not crowded. If you rent the owner's golf cart, please get instructions from Royal Destinations because they did not communicate that with us prior, so we didn't get to use it the first day of our vacation. You'll need to rent a wagon to haul your beach gear because the one on the property is broken.

Great End of Summer Stay

The home is very roomy and come with bikes, games, and an abundance of beach toys/accessories! Best thing is the community is in biking distance from the public beach as well as a nice ice cream/donut shop (definitely worth the ride). Only down side is the tv is mounted BEHIND the door in the master bedroom...hard to watch tv without having the door completely closed (which is nearly impossible if you have small children like me)

Great family trip

Blissful Beach home is outstanding. Beautifully decorated. Comes with 4 bikes, which we used. Rented another from Big Daddy Bikes and they delivered it. The top deck with chairs is a wonderful. The property management App worked well for various needed codes. Things to know: (1) Speaker sound system in the home is nice touch (plug your phone with a USB cord into receiver under the TV) ; (2) this home is in Grayton Preserves, a gated n-hood and allows you to use private beach. This is key bc the public beach is crowded. NOTE the access to the private beach is via a gate off Hwy 30A near the EAST entrance to the N-hood. That information is not on the App or in the house. (3) the posted info says this house comes with 2 chairs and an umbrella. That is misleading. The two chairs and umbrella are via a service at the crowded public beach half a mile away. And must be used there. You can rent chairs and umbrella ($50 per day plus tip) at the private beach , which we did a couple days. Rental was fine , just disappointed that we didn’t get ones with the home as advertised; (4) the App said it has a Keurig and a drip coffee maker but it doesn’t have Keurig (only mention this so you know what to bring); (5) the distance to the beach is about .7 of a mile using a boardwalk through a tree covered area. (No biked allowed). We enjoyed the walk; (6) We visited nearby Seaside and felt it was really crowded (lines and people everywhere) and we were glad to be staying at Blissful Beach in Grayton Preserves.

Nice Home!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a great week. The house was great and beds were comfy. I would only suggest that the blinds be replaced or covered with drapes as the bedrooms were very bright during the daylight and during the dark hours with street lights and neighbor lights shining brightly. Privacy was an issue at night.

Blissful Beach was great for a Blissfilled Week

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: After we got the few kinks with Keys and The golfcart sorted out we had a Great Time!!! Communitcations with management was awesome. They were quick to respond. We had our 87 and 82 year old parents with us and a 4 month old so we stayed pretty much quarantined. The house was very clean. The 3 couches in the den made fami,y time comfortable and the beds slept Great!!! The Master Bedroom/Bathroom is HUGE So we shared with our girls since the shared bath was a little “too shared” We loved having the bonus of the daybed and half bath in what I called the crows nest since my daughter brought her boyfriend and it gave him some privacy. We didn’t use the deck because of the heat and we wished for ceiling fans on the front porch for the same reason. The Preserve is quiet and we liked being in a gated area with not too many houses. Having access to the private beach was a must as Blue Mountain Beach where the beach chairs are located is a hike on foot and way too many people because it’s a public beach. You can get there by bike or a short golf cart ride but go early to find a place to park. We chose to rent chairs at the private beach access which were quite expensive but with a Baby and Great Grands it was worth it. The Preserve has 2 small private pools which were fine for our purposes but with Covid occupancy was limited to 10 and there were 9 of us lol!The only complaint I have is the kitchen was kinda small for our crew and I would have liked it to have more pantry and cabinet storage.Blissful Beach was Great and Grayton Beach is Beautiful. We will be back.

We booked at the last minute; everything was perfect and the check in process online was perfect and the app was very detailed and helpful! Checkout process was perfect and easy on the app.

Lack of property knowledge

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The rental unit is brokered through an agency and is not very responsive. We were notified that we weren’t allowed to have our golf cart at the rental Property, this info wasn’t known ahead of time in all the pages of paperwork we had to read and sign. Still can not get ahold of the owner to let him know bout our experience in his unit.
