Don't go into the water

This property was ok, there were a few problems some small and one big. It was clean until we looked at the pool and it was full of algae. Then after I reported it all of a sudden I'm the new pool guy. Could I do this and do I mind doing that.You think they would already know theres a problem?? They did offer a free night but we had our flights booked, which I'm sure they knew. We never did get to use the pool. You folks really need take care of your pool problems

CATFISH

The house was beautiful and my family and I enjoyed the pool area. The house is very spacious and can sleep 12 people comfortably. Now for the bad. The pictures on the website are obviously from years ago and are misleading. Our first impression was not good at all. The refrigerator had meat blood in it. The floors were flithy in the kitchen. There wasn't enough bathing towels for the guest. The tub in the bathroom needs to be snaked and re-glazed. There wasn't any sheets for the pull out beds. Even though we really enjoyed the pool. The patio and pool furniture were flithy and needs to be replaced. The tables outside were flithy. Half of the pool floaters had holes in them. And last but not least there is a 35/day fee to heat the pool which I didn't see on the listing on vrbo.I did reach out to express some of these issues and was compensated with the pool being heat with no charge.

Relaxing

We had a great time. We had a few minor concerns in beginning, but property contacts had taken care of them right away. (Lightbulbs, patio) overall stay I would recommend everything we wanted to do or visit was near by. Shopping and eateries just a hop skip and a jump and your there. Thank you for the wonderful experience.

Overall cleanliness dissatisfied

The refrigerator/freezer needed attention, assessment & manipulation in order to function properly. Dishwasher rack's wheels missing. Microwave was wobbly. Bedroom light in bunk bedroom did not function so i moved lamp & table from another bedroom for functioning light. While the interior cleanliness was acceptable the exterior was disgustingly filthy & unusable.

Cute house & great location to many things.

It was the perfect house for our group of 10. Good size pool, and back yard space. Location was only minutes from parks, restaurants, grocery & retail shops.

Perfect place to stay!

This house was the perfect place for our team to stay while they were playing in a tournament at Palm Valley Golf Club. The house was well stocked & clean. It was close to all the stores & restaurants we wanted. They even used the pool even though it was not heated! The 6 girls had to share one bathroom and they still want to stay there again next year.

Annual Spring Training trip to AZ - with NO Spring Training

This property is in a great location and the neighborhood is nice and quiet. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Beautiful home

This was a beautiful home with lots of space. The backyard was a perfectly set up to hang out although it was too cold to use the pool it was peaceful to listen to the water fall and use the putting green. House has plenty of games for all ages to just hang out. The home owner was very easy to get ahold of and very nice. We will definitely be back.

Perfect home!

We really enjoyed our stay in this beautiful home. The house was clean, tastefully furnished, and cozy! We would have preferred shampoo in the bathrooms, but ended up getting our own. I would highly recommend this property!

Great place to stay

This house was close to everything we needed- the golf course, restaurants, etc. It was clean & the furniture was comfortable. We fixed breakfast & lunch each day- the kitchen was adequately equipped. Even though the pool was cold & not heated, the team still was in it every day due to the high temps while we were there. Melissa was very responsive to all our questions! Even though 6 girls had to share one bathroom, they have already asked if we could come back next year. thanks again!

Great for family

Our 4 and 7 year old thoroughly enjoyed the pool, putting green, and park down the road (particularity the zip line). The patio was lovely to sit on, and have dinner.

Good option for Goodyear

Overall, a good stay. The house was nice, beds comfortable. The neighborhood felt safe and relatively quiet except for the very dull traffic noise from McDowell road a couple blocks away that was sometimes noticeable at night. The kitchen wasn't as well equipped as other homes we've stayed in, but acceptable. My main concern wasn't the house itself, but with the listing description and the property management company that you have to go through. It is not uncommon for pools to be unheated, but many of them give you the option of having the pool heated for your stay for an extra cost. I called property management (Evolve) prior to booking to confirm whether heating the pool was an option for an extra cost, and after a very long wait on hold, I was told that yes, it was an option. At the time I was still choosing between several properties and told her that if I ended up booking the home, I'd call back to arrange for the heating fee. After eventually choosing this home and booking online, I called back to discuss getting the pool heated. It was impossible to reach anyone (I tried several times over several days). The local contact (her number was provided in the details sent along with the house code etc) was responsive when I texted her however - and she clarified that heating the pool wasn't an option because it doesn't have a heater (which was not what I was told previously). That kind of ruined it for my kids - the pool was much too cold to enjoy in January. I feel like the listing should be VERY clear that there is no option for the pool to be heated so people aren't misled and disappointed. Other than that, the house was fine. I think the customer service of the property management company (Evolve) could be improved.

Close to everything!

Great place to stay. Very roomy. Carpets need to be shampooed and one bed did not have bottom sheet, but other sheets available. Otherwise felt very clean. Pool was awesome, no handrail however, so be advised. Many stores, restaurants within 3 miles. Here for business. Cheaper than hotel, and definitely safer in these crazy times.

Oh Yeah!

For us, the location of this property was terrific. Close to Goodyear Ballpark, Glendale (shopping and baseball) and just down the street from a nice public golf course. Home was comfy, roomy, and in a nice neighborhood.

Perfect location for family stay

This home is exactly like the photos. Clean and modern and comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped and although we did not cook, it seemed to have everything one could need. Beds were comfortable, lots of towels and linens. The back yard was lovely and although the pool was not heated, it was nice to gather around in mid-January. What impressed me the most, though, was the empty closets and cabinets and garage. There was room for your car, sports equipment, cereal, sodas, and toiletries. I have stayed ELSEWHERE, where you couldn't even put your toothbrush away. Our contact Melissa was very prompt to answer texts, even late at night ( don't know what time zone she was in). All in all, loved the place, would not mind living there- open and spacious and Nice!
