Una casa cómoda y tranquila de 7 habitaciones, 3 baños, 2,400 pies cuadrados, perfecta para relajarse en una excelente ubicación para un día de juego. (¡También es maravilloso para la graduación, las reuniones familiares o las bodas!) Rodeado de hermosos árboles, y a solo minutos del servicio de transporte del estadio, tiene fácil acceso al Parque de los Veteranos, Zingerman's Roadhouse, Knight / s Steakhouse, Plum Market y el río Huron. Cuando no estás en el estadio, hay un hermoso televisor Ultra HD de 65 pulgadas con Xbox One y un excelente sistema de sonido. Una cubierta grande es perfecta para disfrutar de un día de otoño fresco. Las áreas de cocina, comedor y sala de estar de concepto abierto en el piso principal son ideales para socializar. Mesa de comedor con capacidad para 8 personas, con espacio adicional para 4 más con sillas adicionales y taburetes de la barra de la cocina. Duerme 10 en camas más dos sofás cama y sábanas de tamaño completo súper cómodos para dormir cómodamente 12. Toallas esponjosas en tres baños completos. Estacionamiento en la entrada para 4 vehículos, además de mucho estacionamiento en la calle. Pequeñas reuniones bien, pero NO fiestas y NO fumar.

Big house close to the Big House

The house was very clean and organized. Rooms and beds fit our group perfectly to come out and watch a game and play golf. Would stay here again

Perfect house for a large group visiting for a Michigan football game

Visited with 7 friends for a guys trip to watch a football game at the Big House. This house was perfect. Plenty of rooms and beds for everyone and a huge TV in the living room to watch football. The location was very convenient and the check-in and out process was seamless.

Wonderful Wedding Weekend

We stayed there with our bridal party for the weekend of our wedding in Ann Arbor. It was the perfect place to stay. Everyone felt right at home and very well taken care of. Plenty of comfortable bedrooms for all. Large living room and kitchen for a big group. Many wonderful small touches to make us feel at home. Would highly recommend.

Michigan weekend stay

This house far exceeded our expectations and needs. We were a group of 10 adults and had plenty of room for all of us. Jesse the host was very responsive and accessible. All of the bedrooms were well kept and very comfortable. The common space was roomy and had a good amount of seating for a crowd.

Terrific home in Ann Arbor

Stayed with our family for a couple of nights over Big Game weekend. It was the perfect place to base for our crew. Plenty of space, well appointed home. Jesse made it very easy with lots of information about his home and great communication. Simple to drive downtown, and easy to get Ubers back and forth as well. Thank you!

Well appointed home, chill owner

Had our family reunion here and needed a place for out of town guests to stay and to hold meals and gatherings. House had pretty much everything we needed--extra towels, toilet paper, cooking tools, etc, and Jesse also stocked some toiletries in case anyone forgot a razor or something. The set up was very thoughtful. Jesse was great and very easy going. He checked in via text message to make sure we had everything we needed and was always very clear with communication. Neighbors were also very friendly. A great stay!

Really enjoyed our stay at this house. We found the house very spacious and clean.

The checkin and checkout process was very easy with the owner. The whole group really enjoyed the stay and we would stay again if our travels send us to Ann Arbor again.

Family Gathering Place

This large house is in a perfect setting for a family gathering. There are many bedrooms on the second floor, a large family room and table on the first floor, plus a basement with opportunities for the kids to run around. The grounds are beautiful and include a place for kids to play. The host is very friendly and accommodating.

Amazing house for group travel + helpful and attentive host

This house was perfect for our group! There were 11 of us (10 adults and 1 teenager) and the house suited our needs perfectly. It was spacious and had plenty of bedrooms and beds for us. We loved all the labeling around the house - there were chalkboards in front of the bedrooms (awesome for labeling who would go into which bedroom, which works well if you're traveling with reasonable people you trust to make decent room assignments) and plenty of signage around the kitchen so we didn't have to go scrounging around every time we wanted to find a plate or a cup. Jesse is a very communicative and gracious host and attended to all our needs without feeling like he was being overbearing or creepy. I would enthusiastically recommend this property for groups traveling to Ann Arbor.

Wonderful, large house to fit a crowd, owner was most accommodating

Our group on 10 traveled from New York and Wisconsin to Ann Arbor for our nephew's wedding. Jesse waited for us until 7pm even though our original plan was to meet at 4pm. He was extremely gracious and kind when we arrived even though we arrived much later than planned. Jesse's house accommodated all of us. The kitchen, dinning room and living rooms were great for us to cook, eat, play cards and relax. The sound system was fantastic! We watched The Greatest Showman twice using the full theater sound system. Being that I was the one that booked the house, my husband and I were rewarded the king size bed. It was wonderful! The bed and bedding were very comfortable. My two brothers in the queen size beds also slept well. My two siblings in the twin beds were comfortable but the last time they slept in a twin was 30 years ago. It did make for some funny memories though. However, we did know about the twin beds prior to booking the house. We were very pleased with out stay. When my sister has another event in Ann Arbor, I'll be making arrangements with Jesse again. Graduation Weekend

My group thoroughly enjoyed Jesse's house for our daughter's graduation weekend. There was plenty of room for 12 people and Jesse left nothing to chance. The house was fully furnished and stocked with the essentials in the kitchen and it is in close proximity to downtown Ann Arbor. Jesse was responsive, attentive and always available to answer questions. We highly recommend staying here whether you are a group of adults, one big family or multiple families.

We had 12 family members stay comfortably in this house. Jesse, the homeowner, could not have been more accommodating and responsive to our needs - not only before and during our stay but also when numerous items were left behind - Jesse happily sent them to back to their owners. Our experience was excellent.

Ideal & fantastic home for large groups! Great floorplan, very well appointed too!

We thoroughly enjoyed the time we spent in this home. I was pleasantly surprised to say that this home was better than I had anticipated. We made our Thanksgiving meal together as a family and had no trouble finding enough pots, pans, cutlery, cutting boards, spices, common food items, etc. in this home graciously provided by the owner, Jesse. Speaking of Jesse, he was a very gracious host - he even came by to take the trash out for us! Coming from the West Coast, my favorite part of this home during the cold evenings was the bedding in the master suite. I couldn't get over how comfortable it is!

Celebration!

I was looking for a comfortable place that friends and family could gather to celebrate my son's graduation from the University of Michigan. Jesse's house was that and more. He was organized, calm, friendly, and so positive. His house had bedrooms for everyone, a kitchen that fit all of our needs and although I initially thought no one would be able to find the address I was wrong. I had been working with caterers and rental companies for our party, and the spaces we used in the house were easy to work with. The entertainment center was way cool. The showers were hot, the neighbors were nice and Jesse was an awesome host. My downsides are the weather (we cannot control the weather!) and the location being a bit far for students. This is a worthwhile item if you are planning to invite students who do not have cars to come to the house. These take nothing away from the awesomeness of our experience.

Very comfortable home in A2, with extremely gracious host!

Jesse's home is a perfect setting for a crowd to come and stay! The layout, with six bedrooms and two bathrooms upstairs and the open format living space on the main floor, really works. We have stayed at over six VRBO spots and Jesse's manner has been the most welcoming yet. He greeted us upon our arrival and checked in with us during our stay. We recommend his home.

Great vacation/holiday home

We rented this home for the Thanksgiving holiday for our family of six. The house was great. The house was attractive, clean and very well equipped. The owner knew we were cooking Thanksgiving dinner and had a roasting pan for us to cook the turkey. The kitchen had all the pots and pans we needed. There were also basic cooking supplies already there. The Keurig coffee machine worked out really well. The living room had plenty of seating and a large TV, that the owner was helpful in instructing us how to use. The bed linens were luxurious! The house was located near lots of restaurants and an easy drive to other places within town. We had a great visit and would definitely rent this house again.

Great spot for a weekend at the big house

My group does an annual college football trip to a different school each year. 2016 was Michigan. After getting canceled on by 2 Airbnb hosts, Jesse took us in on short notice and was a great host. The house was very clean and spacious enough for our 8 man group. Great location in Ann Arbor, a lot walk or short uber ride from downtown. aoukd definitely stay here again, thanks Jesse!
