The ongoing restoration is the result of hurricane damage, and as disclosed prior to booking, the pool is closed during repairs. Beach access  is available next door as disclosed.Regarding the laundry facilities, we do not advertise an in-unit washer and dryer, nor do we list a shared building facility on our listing.  We appreciate your feedback and thank you for choosing to stay with us.
