Great Stay!

The home was beautiful. The pool and spa added to the vacation. I would recommend purchasing the heat for the pool. You have to leave a message for the management team but they will call you back. Everything was wonderful and I would recommend! Thank you! Thank you!

The perfect property!!!

My husband brought our niece, her husband and 6 yr. To Disney for their first time. The house had the perfect layout. We loved the open concept kitchen, living room. The two primary suites and of course the pool. The property had all the amenities you ask for. And my 6 yr niece would have rather played in the pool then go to Disney!

Family Vacation

From the cigarette butts at the front door, the broken bathroom door, shower that needed repairing, hot tub that didn’t work yet I paid for pool/spa heat and it took 4 days to get a repair man there, the bugs/ ants all in the pool that we had to keep cleaning because the filter/ blowers for the pool didn’t work. We constantly kept calling, we were able to have things repaired over our stay but still had to pay for pool/spa heat even though we couldn’t use it for the whole time. We did ask for a refund for the days that were unused but never received it. I use Vrbo for every vacation and this house for all the pretty photos was my biggest disappointment to rent to date.

Great trip

We stayed in this property for 1 month escaping the cold winter back home.. We walked in and were pleasantly surprised how clean it was. The house was super comfortable to stay in. Totally enjoyed the pool area. Gets sun all day but has an overhang if you need some shade. Enjoyed walking the parkway and playing golf. Would highly recommend!!

Family Vaca 2021

The house was absolutely gorgeous and just as described. It was perfect for our family of 4 adults, 4 children. Even though the neighbors are close by, there was plenty of privacy. It is a spa tub, not a hot tub, and I do wish I had purchased the heat before hand. I read reviews that it is a little far from main attractions (Disney was about 40 minutes because of traffic), but we were ok with that. It is a very quiet, clean neighborhood. We had no issues at all calling the management company for questions, and the lady I spoke to on Friday before we left was super nice and personable. I believe her name was Lisa. The only negative I have is that there were NO cleaning supplies. There were only starter paper products (1 roll of paper towels and 1 roll of toilet paper per bath) . We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will definitely rent again in the future.

Good for families visiting Attractions

Good choice for larger families visiting Theme parks. It's a decent price and the area is really safe and not too far to theme parks. The home is newer so it's pretty clean and neat, but a little empty. It did have the kitchen items most people would need. ( Grill rental is $75) Lots of space to stretch out. Plenty of towels, and linens. No cleaning supplies around and the net for the pool was broken. The complex can be a pain to get into. If you're renting there is only one line you can use to get in, even after you have checked in. There were 2 times we waited over 10 minutes to get in. We were just there for the weekend so not too big of a deal. The pool and spa were pretty cool it has a nice shallow area you step into that would be great for little kids or to sit and sun yourself (If you want heat for the spa, or to control the fountain or lights it's an extra $45 a day). All in all not a bad place for the room you get.

Couldn't get Jacuzzi to heat up. Really blowed the whole expense. But the house is beautiful. Leave instructions next time. Oh; the check-in time, and checkout is ridiculous.

Thanks for writing a review following your stay at "Paradise at Providence". We are sorry that you had a problem getting the raised spa to work and warm up during your 2 night stay. One thing we noticed on your reservation is that you didn't purchase the optional pool heat? The raised spa is NOT a hot-tub (this is described in the listing) and is a raised spa that heats to the same level as the pool. It does not have a separate heater. This is common in central Florida as we don't usually have hot-tubs or Jacuzzi's - because its so warm here. The check in and check out times are standard for vacation rentals, to give us time to clean the property fully between guests. We're sorry that we couldn't meet your expectations.

Disillusioned & Disappointed

Very nice house BUT terrible neighborhood and horrible location. The house is a nice house but the neighborhood is awful. The location of the property is far away from any attraction (40 + minutes) or airport (60+ minutes). There were several items that were not working (living room TV) and jacuzzi outside. After several emails and telephone calls, they did come and fix the tv but never sis did the jacuzzi. Also there weren’t even any starter supplies, no dishwasher liquid. No dishwashing liquid. No extra toilet paper or paper towels. For all of these reasons I would definitely not return omens this house to anyone

Hi Julie Thanks for leaving a review following your stay at "Paradise at Providence". We were surprised that you rated this home so low, as most of the reviews on this property are much higher. The address and location is clearly shown on all listings. The property is a little further out than many of the homes we offer, but it is in a quieter, more rural part of the Orlando area. The community is a secure, gated golfing resort. All of the homes around this home are similar size or larger. Just down the road are more family homes and also some townhouses. As for the problems, we are sorry that there was a problem with the raised, bubbling spa (it isn't a Jacuzzi or a hot-tub) during your stay. Since your stay, the owner has replaced all of the controls for the spa operations so that it is easier to turn on and off for guests staying at the property. The TV remote issues was fixed for you, and was a problem with the sensor for the remote, which had been knocked off the TV and was at the back of the monitor. We are sorry that you didn't enjoy your stay. We hope that you find something that meets your expectations and requirements, the next time you visit Orlando.

May Vacation

The house looked like the pictures but could have been cleaner. There were crumbs in one of the beds and hairs on the floor. We had to clean the pool on day 1. The hot tub did not work and after calling in about it, no one came out to fix it or even call us back. There was an ant problem in the pool area. The house is nice, just not cleaned as expected seeing that we paid cleaning fees. The bathroom/pool towels are worn and need to be replaced. The area was nice but we were disappointed in the upkeep of the property.

Since your stay, we have increased the staffing levels for Guest Services team to avoid the communication issues. The owner of the property has also had the pool heating system and spa controls replaced with a better system to avoid the problems that you experienced.
