SUPER VENTA !!! Casa de Holualoa IMPRESIONANTE VISTA AL MAR! Justo encima de la ciudad de Kailua-Kona

Estamos ubicados en el lado oeste de la Isla Grande de Hawái, directamente sobre Kailua-Kona, al lado del Monte Hualalai, en Holualoa, ¡con una vista impresionante del océano y la costa! Por favor, lea nuestros comentarios porque la vista desde la casa de campo es mejor de lo que podemos describir con palabras.
Nuestra nueva cabaña de estudio construida a medida tiene aproximadamente 500 pies cuadrados con un amplio y amplio lanai, y bistró especial con asientos altos para disfrutar de la fabulosa vista al mar. DEBE ver para apreciar!
La elevación fresca de nuestra cabaña es de 1400 pies con una hermosa vista de la costa sobre el puerto de Honokohau. ¡Los atardeceres que disfrutamos son increíbles!
La ciudad de Holualoa, es una pequeña y pintoresca aldea de arte ahora, y una pequeña y antigua ciudad hawaiana clásica con mucha historia. El área de Holualoa es un área muy preferida para quedarse y vivir debido a las temperaturas más frescas, la zona de cafés Kona, las vistas de la costa y su proximidad a la ciudad.
Hay varios eventos en nuestro pueblo que incluyen "primeros viernes" cada mes cuando artistas locales, músicos, puestos de comida y más están en las calles de Holualoa Town. Nos encanta Holualoa y sabemos que usted también lo hará!

Billy and Berta were amazing hosts. The views were incredible, great location close to our favourite beaches. The cottage is well stocked, loved the attention to detail, we had everything we needed. The best VRBO we have stayed at to date!! Hopefully we will be back soon.

The view was incredible, and the lanai offered the perfect spot to soak in the views, the sounds, and the weather (even when it rained, it was so peaceful). Berta and Billy were fantastic hosts, and the layout of the cottage was ideal for our stay. The location was close to town, but also made our jaunts to other parts of the island easy to make as well. The water pressure was great, hot water was abundant, and the screened windows and ceiling fans made temperature regulation a breeze :)

The amenities of the cottage are what stuck out the most to us. This was one of the most well thought of well stocked feng shui place I’ve ever stayed. The interior design was well thought out and the place felt very inviting and comfortable. We enjoyed cooking here because it was so well stocked and worked so well. Watching the sunset from the lanai was a real highlight. The frogs were loud, but we got used to them and slept fine using earplugs. And this was one of the cleanest places I’ve ever stayed as well.

Berta and Billy offer a home away from home, Hawaiian style! The Cottage was our home base for exploring the Big Island. It was well appointed, comfortable, and an overall very pleasant stay. Wonderful cottage in nice location. Very well maintained with all the amenities you need and superb attention to detail in the decor. The sounds of the coqui frogs at night took some getting used to but also made for a memorable experience.

This was a great place to stay! The property is away from the hotel area but only 10-15 minutes from beaches. Beautiful view of the ocean and sunset was amazing. Will definitely be coming back to this home away from home.

Great Views A Short Drive Outside Of Kona

We had a great stay here on the back half of our vacation. Great views from the lanai, great shower pressure, and a nicely done cottage. The short drive was worth it to be outside and above the town where it was quieter and cooler. The frogs were intense but didn't keep us awake, almost like a white noise machine. We would definitely recommend this place to anyone exploring the Kona area.

Wish to stay longer

We had a wonderful stay at the cabin. It offers a stunning coastline view and we watched the beautiful sunset almost every day, which was really relaxing. We would love to return and stay here again on our next visit!

Perfect couples retreat!

We stayed here a few nights for our Kona side of our trip. The online photos are great, but it looks even better in person. The owners were very friendly and take immaculate care of the property. We would stay here again.

Nice Place

It was great until the owner came by the last day around 9:00 asking us when we were leaving and I said the checkout time at 11:00. He said he has another person coming that day with an attitude. I did not say anything, but we paid to 11:00 and not my problem that he had another client coming in . It just messed up a great time and great place they have and they had been very nice up until then.

Big Island West Side

Stayed 5 nights here after 5 nights on the east side. Studio was perfect - just the right amount of space for the two of us. Decorated very nice, comfortable bed, clean, had everything you needed, peaceful view of the awesome sunsets from the veranda. Wonderful hosts! Highly recommend!

Billy and I have lived on the Kona Coast for over 30 years and raised our kids here. Billy is a retired roofing contractor, and I owned retail stores in town for years.
We recently built our adorable guest cottage for family and friends, and also to vacation rent for retirement income! It is built with love and creativity! And now we are enjoying meeting travelers and hearing their stories too.
We love this side of the island and our awesome cool elevation and total coastline view! We are located up the hill amongst the Kona Coffee farms and yet so close to town. This is why we love living here... it has everything!

Por qué escogió este alojamiento

We are in an ideal elevation and location!!! And trust us on that! You can stay cool, be so close to Kona town, (only a short 12-15 minute drive) but it still feels so private and quiet. This is where Kona Coffee is grown for a reason! On rainy days, you will hear the coqui frogs at night, but we supply earplugs if it is bothersome. We've gotten used to them...sort like crickets on a summer night!

Another big plus about our location is that you can access the roads to north and south and across the island without going through downtown and traffic. We have lived here for years and this area is our favorite for all reasons. The best of the Big Island!

Location!!! View!!! Awesome lanai and barbecue too! Close to town, convenient shopping, but slightly cooler and more peaceful. Very private, and lots lots more. Plus our cottage is decorated with fun eclectic imports and very island style too.
You will have about everything you will need and will get you anything you want if not already there!
Also we provide muffins, coffee and fruit for your first morning.
