Condominio de 4 pisos bellamente decorado en el centro de Pismo Beach, a solo 2 cuadras de la playa. Esta hermosa nueva adición es de 3 dormitorios 3. 5 baños. 11 plazas. Se adjunta garaje para 2 coches. El estudio privado está abajo con una cama king size y 2 camas dobles triples, TV de 32 pulgadas, cocina con fregadero, nevera pequeña, cafetera y baño completo. Planta baja (nivel 2) es donde se encuentran la sala de estar y cocina. Sofá reclinable y asiento de amor, TV de 50 pulgadas, 3/4 baño, comedor con capacidad para 6 y una zona de bar con 4 taburetes de la barra. La cocina tiene robar electrodomésticos de acero inoxidable y gran despensa w / espacio de almacenamiento. El tercer piso es donde se encuentra el dormitorio principal con una cama king size, tres camas dobles plegables, televisor de 32 pulgadas y un baño grande. La habitación tiene una cama queen size y tres camas dobles, un baño completo en el vestíbulo y un lavadero que conduce a la cubierta de la azotea. cubierta superior del techo !!! Disfrutar de las impresionantes vistas panorámicas (océano, ciudad y las montañas) y respirar el aire puro del mar !! Después de un día entero en la playa relajarse y mantener caliente al lado del pozo de fuego y ver el atardecer sobre Pismo. Un montón de espacio y asientos con 10 sillas y una mesa de picnic. Tiene una barra de bar, parrilla de gas y refrigerador grande. Esta propiedad está a pocos pasos de la playa y restaurantes. Capacidad para 11 personas, mínimo 2 noches. Perfect for the Fam

Me and my family had a wonderful stay at this property. It was spacious, clean, and perfectly located close to the beach and pier. The kitchen was well-stocked for family cooking and the rooftop deck was a great place to grill and enjoy the sunset and ocean views. I would definitely stay at this property again. Thanks for the memories!

Very Clean, great location

House is very clean. Very short walk to the pier, restaurants, shops. 3 Bedrooms, with very comfortable beds. 3 full bathrooms, and 1 half bath, which is on the main floor. I was able to wash laundry, and go back with clean clothes (yah for no washing a luggage full) Details are in place, with even the towels being folded perfectly. Thank you for allowing our group to stay here. Notes to owner/ PM- cement lip entering stairwell to 2nd Floor recomment adding red tape so that peopls are aware there is a step there .

We loved our stay. The rooftop is amazing. The view of the sunset is amazing from there. The room downstairs is great. The living room is a good size.

Great location and place!!!

This condo had all the touches that made it feel like home. The location was perfect just a short five minute walk to the pier. Parking was horrible, but not if you stay here the two car garage was a live saver. At the end of the day the rooftop patio and fireplace were perfect to watch the sunset, if the fog hasn’t set in. But, if it has you have a wonderful fireplace to warm by. We would definitely stay here again if staying in the area.

Great location. Everything was walkable. Would be nice to have double beds in a few rooms instead of a few extra mattress that go on the ground. But all in all a great spot.

Great rental centrally located

This is a great beach rental located a short walk to the beach. It’s our second time renting it and love the location. There are lots of stairs and I would not recommend it for small children as the 3rd bedroom is separated from the others. It works perfect for a family with older kids. The only improvement would be to put dressers in the rooms so you have drawer space, there could easily be put under the TVs otherwise the place is perfect

Nice property/ great locations

Our son is at UC Santa Cruz and we are just north of LA, this location is a great middle-ground for us to meet. Super clean, well decorated, and ideal for a weekend getaway. For a quick weekend, I love a location you can park and not have to get in the car again, and still walk to the beach and a nice selection of restaurants, as well as finish the night with a firepit on the rooftop.

Great condo in downtown Pismo

This condo was perfect for our girls trip. We really enjoyed the rooftop patio with fire pit and the location close to downtown and the beach. The condo is nicely decorated and well appointed with comfortable beds in the 3 bedrooms. It was perfect for the 5 of us. Be sure to read the description to understand that there are a lot of stairs, one bedroom is downstairs with separate entrance, and that the extra beds are portable fold up sleepers so might not be ideal if you have a lot of adults. Also, you are downtown so it can be loud at night. Management was very responsive and attentive to our needs. Would stay here again.

Great property for big families

This property was nice and big, comfy and full of everything a family needs! Our 6 kids ranged from 7-14, so with the 4 story property it wasn’t a problem for us, but would probably be a bit difficult with toddlers. We loved the comfy, fold out twin beds (and want to purchase them ourselves now!) that allowed for cousin sleep overs and being able to provide flexibility with sleeping. We could walk to the beach and downtown, as well as many family friendly eating places. We also loved the amazing view from the rooftop! Check in and check-out and the whole process was easy and efficient! Rhonda was super helpful at messaging on the VRBO app and answering every question! Highly recommend!

Amazing

We celebrated my Wife Birthday and had a blast. Perfect location to everything and the Condom was more then perfect. The beds were supper comfortable and bath towels were also great. Clean rooms clean bathrooms everything. The patio upstairs was awesome Perfect view of the Ocean 360 degrees mountains. Have nothing negative to say it was a blast

Clean property downtown Pismo

We enjoyed our stay! Beautiful property, great location. Easy/close walk to the beach, pier, shops, restaurants. Very clean, beautiful furnishings, comfortable beds and linens. Definitely recommend. One thing to note is there are a lot of stairs in this property, so just keep that in mind depending on the age/mobility of your guests.

Beach Daze

Hello. This property was very clean and in a good location. Walking distance to the beach, restaurants, and shopping. My family enjoyed our stay, but would not stay again for 2 reasons that may intrigue others. First, I have children, lots of them, 3 of them are under 4 and the stairs were quite a challenge and there are 4 stories so stairs cannot be avoided. We immediately went to wal Mart to purchase gates. Second, being that it is centrally located and seems to be other rentals surrounding the property it was quite noisy at night. Overall our stay was full of great memories. I would suggest this home for 10yrs +.

This is a beautiful place in a beautiful area. The host was amazing. There are a few key notes we did run out of paper products pretty quickly and the rooftop fire place is hard to start.

Great Location!

Location is so great here. We had a great visit with family & the rooftop was amazing. There are alot of stairs though. But for the view, it is totally worth it!! You will not be disappointed.

Great Property

Very nice property that we would definitely consider staying at again in the future. Very clean and spacious. Great location with easy access to the freeway and a short walk to the beach, pier, and shopping/restaurants. Also a great location central to other places in the Five Cities area. The property manager was excellent and very responsive. She even responded quickly to a few questions we had on New Year's morning when we were checking out. Overall, we were very happy with our stay. Not a complaint, but a note that future renters should be aware of -- the third bedroom/private studio downstairs has a separate entrance from the main living area of the condo and is attached to the main living space by outside stairs that are accessible/shared with the neighboring unit (the stairs are enclosed from the public, but they are accessible to the neighboring unit). This was not a problem for us as our kids that used the room are teenagers, but if renters plan to use that third room for younger children, this is just something that they should be aware of. Again, not a complaint, just something that we did not fully understand when reading the description of the property and something certain renters might like to know. Overall, for us, it was a really great property.
