Esta casa adosada recientemente renovada de 2 dormitorios y 1 1/2 baños se encuentra en el complejo Coligny Villa, cerca de Coligny Plaza en el extremo sur de Hilton Head Island. Esta unidad cuenta con pisos de madera en todo el primer nivel del condominio. La cocina cuenta con todos los electrodomésticos de acero inoxidable y encimeras de mármol con el lavadero justo al lado de la cocina. Hay una puerta del lavadero que se abre al patio de servicio. Una barra de desayuno con tres taburetes separa la cocina del comedor. Esta zona de comedor con una mesa para cuatro fluye directamente a la sala de estar. Love having the pool right out our back door. If I had a complaint, it is that the living room furniture needs to be upgraded. Not the same furniture as in the picture. It is very uncomfortable.

Wonderful 3-month Stay!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My husband and I are locals and we rented this condo while our kitchen was being renovated. We loved everything about our 3-month stay. The location is amazing with the beach, stores and great restaurants are all within a 5-minute walk. The updated kitchen was small but very functional for the many meals we cooked during our stay. The beds are very comfortable and the updated upstairs bathroom was lovely. The washer/dryer worked well for us, even in such a small space. We loved the quiet courtyard in the back, with the grill, patio, and easy access to the pool. The courtyard is well-maintained, and the neighbors were conscientious and quiet. The property management company was very responsive to the few, small issues we had and addressed them professionally and promptly. We couldn't have asked for a better experience. Don't miss this hidden gem, tucked into the best location on the south end! Its not ocean-front, but its the next best thing! Very, very highly recommended.

Perfect for our family of 5

Location was absolutely perfect and the townhouse itself was well appointed and beautiful. We loved the proximity to the pool and Coligny Plaza. Walking distance to everything you need. We would 100% recommend this VRBO and would stay here again in a heartbeat. Small things that would make the stay even better: 1-Patio table and chairs outside to enjoy food together as a family. There were three Adirondack chairs that were dirty, so we had to clean them off before sitting. Knowing that it rains most nights and makes them dirty, this was no big deal. A place to enjoy breakfast together outside would have been a great addition. 2-They keypad entrance was a little difficult to maneuver, because we read the previous reviews, we were able to get in after a few tries. This would be good to note on the instructions in case someone didn’t read the reviews. We hope we get the chance to stay again. This space was sufficient for us and our three boys ages 17, 15 and 12.

Perfect for our family of 6!

This rental had everything we needed for our week-long stay on the island. We were a family of 3 teenage girls, my husband and I and we all were very comfortable with the space of this condo. We loved the proximity to the pool, the patio where we could drink our coffee in the morning in a quiet serene setting. We rented bikes for our stay which was a quick 5-minute ride to the beach. Highly reccommend renting bikes. We rode every day! It was so much fun exploring with lots of shaded paths. The island makes it so easy. I did not want for anything in the kitchen and we did cook a lot! There were plenty of towels for our family of 6. Sufficient supply of toilet paper, paper towels, dishwasher soap, etc. A trick for the front door is to pull it toward you when putting in the code as it unlocks. We had trouble the first day trying to figure that out but was fine once we did. The Piggly Wiggly is right is one block over which was very convenient. Lots of restaurants and shops within a 5 minute walk. Overall, we would stay here again and were very satisfied.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The management company was excellent but we had several challenges. The electric lock on the front door didn’t function properly. Difficult to open which was frustrating. Management did send help and batteries were replaced but maintenance man did notice that the lock didn’t line up properly. It still didn’t function properly. The outside storm door didn’t line up,so it would not close. The rear patio sliding door was missing a screen. The interior was remodeled but the exterior could use some attention.

Fall Break at Coligny Villas was a Hit!

Great location, perfect size for our family. Steps from the pool, great, new renovation. Easy walk to Celebration Park, the beach, Coligny Plaza, etc. Steps from the pool, grounds are kept very well. Easy and comfortable say for sure! Bonus Easter Egg... glowing stars on the master bedroom ceiling :-) Will stay again. Thank you!

The villa was very well stocked with all the things we needed, pots and pans, glasses and towels, we had a family of five so having those things available was very nice. The beds were very comfortable! Washer and dryer worked very well too. You can also drive and park and walk a short distance too the beach if you don’t feel like dragging stuff with you back and forth all day long. Coligny has a parking area with short walking access to the beach, and also easy access to adventure park. Showers and bathrooms are right there on the beach as well. I would recommend this condo too anyone with a family! Great place and we had a great time!

We thought the beds were very comfortable and the shower was AMAZING! We love going to Coligny so it was nice to stay across the street. Would definitely stay again. Just a couple things that were a small disappointment. The garbage was completely full when we got there. Since the garbage came on Wednesday, we had it full again by the time the next people came. Also, the curtains in the living room are see-through so people could see in at night which made it uncomfortable. We really did have a great experience and can not wait till next year!

Great unit for family vacay

Overall, great unit! Everything as pictured/described. Love that I could see the kids in the pool from the kitchen. A few things I’d point out to families with little kids - if you carry a lot of things to the beach (like us), it is easily a 10 minute walk. I’m so glad I had the jogging stroller for my 3 year old, who was exhausted on the way home! You can go to the beach through the main Coligny Beach entrance or take the most direct route and you will find beach access at the end of of Acocet Rd. That entry does not have a sand off water station, so you will have to walk 10 min with sand on your feet but the unit does have a water hose just outside the front door… If you intend to do any meal prep, I suggest bringing your own knife. The pool area was great to enjoy and wasn’t crowded at all despite our mid-July stay. Do pack bug spray, though! The unit does have a hair dryer, FYI. Towels, hand soap and TP were good quality and plenty sufficient for a week long stay for a family of 5… I would recommend this unit!

Great condo!

My family with a 4 and 6 yr old really enjoyed our stay! Easy walk to the beach with our beach buggy to bring all of our stuff. Easy walk with 2 kids to restaurants and ice cream shops. Property management was very helpful and responsive to our needs. Would definitely rent again here.

Nice Villa, Should Have Been Great

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Rental started on Sat of course. Woke up Monday to find that major construction had started in the adjacent Villa with 3 trucks and power tools including table/miter saws set up on their back patio (10 feet away from ours) – even the folks at the pool had to leave given the noise levels. The work continued the next several days, but moved indoors which was MUCH more bearable. Not our hosts fault of course, but surely there should be systems in place to make you aware of construction prior to signing the rental agreement – or offering you a lower rate for those days to tolerate it.Issues with the Villa itself are primarily electrical as mentioned in other reviews – the wall switch for the plugs that the lamps plug into is not working (especially problematic since none of the other lights have dimmer switches), one of the 3-way switches for the stairwell light is wired incorrectly so that the switch at the bottom cannot turn the light on/off unless the switch at the top of the stairs is in the correct position, and the shower light does not operate (not sure if bulb or switch). The WiFi speed in the Villa is great, but for some reason the main TV receives WiFi at a much lower rate which results in a lot of buffering when streaming NetFlix, etc – and there is no hard-wired LAN connection available.Great location, very nice décor (although the raised sinks in the main bath are inconvenient) and well equipped. Also loved the pool and very friendly neighbors!

2 week vacation also looking for vacation property

Overall great stay.several little issues:floors crackled when you walk on,lights in living room have wiring problems (flickered),grill was not usable,need blackout curtains in bedrooms,tiny coffee pot base didn’t heat,I had to clean all outdoor spaces when I got there,trash can and recycling where both full of water so I had to deal with that before we could use,bathroom sinks look nice but are very awkward.super location,convenient,quiet.

Simple but just needed

Everything is renewed, the place is closed to Coligny and the access to the beach is easy. It was not super crowded and everything was fine (except the WIFi was not working).

Great location!!

We had a great time in Hilton Head! This condo's location was perfect - steps from the pool and a short walk to the beach as well as Coligny Plaza. The kitchen had everything we needed, the beds were comfortable, and overall we were happy with our stay here.
