Hello, thank you for staying with us. Over the 4th of July, we had a great demand of propane tanks and could not keep up so we offered to refund you for a replacement tank you got as an extra. Please, also make sur to follow the directions we sent you on the check in email with all the information. The identified cause was condensation, and while we managed to unclog the AC unit and ensure it was operational, immediate ceiling repairs were not feasible on a Saturday. We regret any inconvenience caused by the continued leaking, which was due to residual water trapped within the AC unit and necessitated dropping onto the floor. Our team worked diligently to find a solution and prevent such incidents in the future. We appreciate your cooperation when our manager reached out to discuss potential solutions, including a refund for the night and assistance in finding alternative accommodation. Although the option was presented, we understand your decision to continue your stay. Regarding the thermostat manipulation, we acknowledge the challenges posed by guests setting temperatures too low and leaving doors or windows open. We are evaluating ways to communicate this more effectively to prevent such occurrences. We as a managment company prioritze customer service satisfaction and we take reviews very seriously as long as its authentic.
